I couldn't even get into my exam because they book them so stupidly close together and I ran a couple minutes late. To do a full exam on a new patient who wears contact lenses and glasses would take any caring optometrist well over twenty minutes. Absolutely shameful. read more

I had been going here for years without any issues. However, the last pair of glasses I purchased from them have been returned twice. The corner of one of the lenses keeps chipping and warping. I wanted to have them fixed one more time. However, they told me that they would need the glasses to fix the problem. The problem is, I didn't have my old pair at this point. Also, the safety glasses that me and my co-workers had gotten from here have been warped. read more

I will never go back here again. they treated me badly because I have MA Health and therefore get "free" glasses. Well let me tell you, the lady showing the glasses threw a tray of glasses in my direction and said "He are the state glasses". She didn't even ask if I wanted different, not free, glasses. I probably would have bought glasses if presented with the opportunity. That opportunity was never given to me. To make matters worse, they could not find my glasses right away when I got there. When they did finally find mine, NO ONE checked to see that they fit. I was given my glasses and sent on my way. The glasses, guess what, do not fit properly. I will not go back to My Eye Doctor in Sturbridge to have them fixed. I'll find somewhere where I'm that I'm taken seriously, DESPITE my income level! read more
