The assistant manager in particular was very nice and gave me a lot of advice about my glasses from picking out the new ones to sending my old ones out for remaking. She even gave me a discount on the frames for pretty much no reason other than that my insurance didn't cover them until next year. Wish I'd caught her name so I could give her more credit for that.
