Horrible place, rude staff, nurse practitioner acts like she owns the world, very unprofessional, everything for her is just a common cold. Refused to order X-RAY for my daughter saying it was "just a cold" and when I rushed to ER the "JUST A COLD" was pneumonia. If you care about your kids, find some place else. read more

Do not go here!!!! once dr. happen left, the place spiraled. They wouldn't see my son after he had a ball fall in soccer for concussion. forced me to go to the ER at a prices of $1024!!! After 15 years, I am happy to be leaving this practice for my children. My kids have been relatively healthy and we had mostly well child visits. should be easy to get right. But the most basic of things- immunizations- has been handled terribly. In 2017, My son was given an optional immunization without our consent. He passed out and became ill. We found out that they had given him something we didn't know about, nor had we signed permission for. After several calls and conversation, we agreed to chalk it up to human error and hoped they learned. Now, We are moving schools and were just notified our son's immunizations do not meet acceptable standards to be a student in the school system. Holliston pediatrics didn't follow immunization protocol on proper age to administer other vaccines and now my son has to undergo testing or an extra dose. I called the office and they confirmed they made a mistake and actually said they have seen this quite often because their computer system didn't properly track these things at the time. They are evaluating what is less harmful to him. Ironically, they can't seem to make a decision or advise me on what is best to resolve this in a timely manner. They want to wait a week to get back to me and suggested today I let the new pediatrician handle it since they don't have a DR that can make a decision on it this week. One mistake is bad enough...but we've had 3 vaccine related issues that have been harmful to my children. I'm sure there are many families with issues they aren't even aware of yet. Really unacceptable to not be more attentive to the most basic of services a Pediatric office is entrusted with. I'd caution anyone to not trust this process and ask, confirm, and double check if you are a patient at Holliston Pediatrics. read more

I have been with this group for almost 20 years. They have watched my kids grow up from birth through graduation of college. I always enjoy my time going to see my medical family (I call them that). The front desk is warm and always helpful whether it's making follow up appointments or any questions I may have. The billing department has helped me out many times with payment plans and making sure the care of my children comes first rather than if the money is coming. Dr. Zisblatt is a wonderful doctor and is very knowledgeable. 100% recommended her and her wonderful office staff. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! read more

I was a patient at Holliston Pediatrics Group until I left for college and moved out of state. The staff was always nice and helpful. I had a great doctor-patient relationship with my pediatrician and felt comfortable being open with her, which as a teenager, wasn't always easy. This is the best Dr's office I have ever been to! I am happy I chose this place to be my childs Dr. They are highly educated, they know what they are talking about. I wanted to thank the HPG staff for remaining open during the COVID-19 epidemic and giving me the ability to have a virtual Zoom appointment with Dr. Zisblatt. I was worried about my son's breathing and Dr. Zisblatt was able to evaluate and listen to his breathing over Zoom which prevented me from having to leave the house and expose my baby to the environment. read more

My two children have been patients at Holliston Pediatrics for 18 years. Today we had an appointment and were 20 mins late. The Doctor along with the 6 secretaries were waiting for us. They told us that they could not take us and we needed to reschedule as they only had 2 health care workers on. It was a rainy afternoon and traffic was backed up. (God know I have had to wait for 1 hour to 1 1/2 with active or sick kids though the years) I did reschedule as my son needs the appointment for his college entrance and my daughter needs hers next week. And then I am done with the POMPOUS attitude. In my business I wait at least a half hour for clients and I bend over backyards for my customers. My time is valuable. I had to take 2 hours out of my day for this appointment and the next client wasn't even there. They ALL just wanted to leave on time on a FRIDAY afternoon and probably they were able to bill the insurance company for a NO show. read more

Dr. Heppen is the only reason why we still go to the Milford office, she is amazing . The staff is awfull! The billing department has no idea what they are doing, and their attitude towards patients are despicable. read more

Horrible experience with the staff and practice manager. Have been calling the office for 10 days babysitting them that they complete their portion of responsibility to my daughter's insurance company. Here I sit 10 days later after more than a dozen calls with it not completed. Finally involved the practice manager who was utterly useless....was promised she would contact me the next day by a certain time and would have staff working on my case the next morning....so I called my insurance company after I never received the promised phone call only to find out nothing had been done at all. When I called the practice manager back and repeated our conversation to her asking her which part I should start with , the fact that she never bothered to call me back or the fact that nothing had been done, she replied "I had other things to do". Clearly, there are other things to do but not sure then why anyone would promise a call back by a certain time and a confirmation to actually have the staff do their jobs. The most disappointing fact is that the attitude of the staff is that they don't care if they get their required end of things done even if it causes problems for the patient and their family. Working in healthcare myself, I was appalled when the practice manager asked me what the insurance company needed from them in order to complete everything!!! I had taken it upon myself to go around them and straight to the insurance carrier because of their incompetence and inefficiency but I didnt realize they would then try to benefit from MY work . Really? I didn't realize I was on staff at the Holliston Pediatric Group...I thought I was a parent of a patient in the practice. Incompetence, Inefficiency and zero customer service. read more
