    So I had a photoshoot .. And scheduled for a neutral makeup look at their counter. I was informed that it's free but I have to buy 50$ worth of makeup in return . I came in and a young lady started my makeup. I showed her the look I wanted and at the end of the session, I could not walk out of the store with a straight face. I looked like a clown!!!!!!!! I wanted to have a professional makeup artist do my makeup for this photoshoot but at the end of the session I realized that I threw my money down the drain because I prefer buying my makeup from MAC anyway. I could have done better if I did the makeup myself. I would give a higher star for the customer service, the staffs were all nice but I just ended up with someone who doesn't know how to do makeup on women of color. Maybe this store needs to hire a woman of color that can help their customers who are dark skin.

    The shelf's were super dusty and dirty. There was no products left in most of the testers for makeup and perfumes. There was no makeup remover liquid or whips. Very little up keep. Prob the dirtiest Sephora I've ever been in. Very disappointed.

    This is my all-time favorite Sephora location. The store is always clean, well stocked, and the cast here is the best you'll meet anywhere! So super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine in their recommendations! The store always has a well-stocked supply of core items, as well as exciting new launches. Annnnd, they're beyond helpful in helping you to order online if, by chance, they don't have something in store (with free shipping!). I love this location and would encourage anyone to check them out for classes, makeovers, and just good ole' makeup talk!

    Every time I go to this particular Sephora, I always have a full face of makeup on & nice clothes on. The workers there always made sure that I found what I wanted and were always very helpful. But recently, I walked into this very same Sephora without any makeup on, wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants in hot pursuit for makeup. The typical women who work there (who were previously so helpful) completely ignored me and gave me THE dirtiest looks I've ever received from someone. I'm am going to "Pretty Woman" their asses. BIG MISTAKE, HUGE

She picked items out gave a bunch of recommendations and showed me how to achieve the look and helped me with my eye brows!!! Jessica to the rescue. I was so happy she was there because otherwise I would have left with an attitude and back to Sephora to get help!! I would suggest customer service classes.     I had never been to an Ulta and decided to give it a try (I'm usually a dept. store shopper for my…read moremakeup). I made a bee line for the MAC area, where a freelance worker was helping a woman. I waited patiently for them to finish for it to be my turn. I wanted to buy a whole new supply of makeup and told the freelance worker this. We had a brief conversation and then the freelance worker told me she'd be right back. After waiting for her a while and I decided to get up from the chair to look at some MAC colors. Do you know when I got up, I saw her fully helping another customer as if I wasn't sitting waiting for her. She wasn't just answering a few questions, she took on another customer while I've been waiting for her, making me wait even longer. And after I had already waited for her when she initially was with the woman. This really upset me, I felt so insulted to be treated with no regard at all, and I was making a big purchase. I was prepared to leave, but not without speaking to a manager first. That's how mad I was. Here's where my review goes from 0 stars to 5 stars. The manager was excellent (I don't know her name but she was super pretty.). She showed up as me and the freelancer actually started to fight. She came into an upsetting and hostile situation and quickly diffused it. She was able to get this situation that had clearly gone off the rails back on track and in a good way. She offered to have an Ulta employee help me with my purchase and sent in J Lynn. J Lynn is really a 10-stars. She was excellent too. Deeply knowledgable about all the brands and about makeup. Her makeup looked beautiful and she had a personality to match. When I tell you she was great, she was great! Focused, efficient, thorough, friendly, patient, sanitary. The products and colors she picked for me were on point and what I ended up purchasing. She was so professional, had great work philosophies (like she believes every customer should have a good experience), was very helpful. And it was very easy, as the client, to work with her. I totally trusted her expertise and she wasn't salesmen-y at all. She understood my budget, money concerns and even time concerns, concluding the sale by the time set. My experience with the freelancer was exactly what I wouldn't want and my experience with J Lynn was exactly what anyone would want shopping at Ulta. What started as horrific and unsalvageable ended not only as a very positive experience but I'm so thoroughly happy with my make up and everything, that I actually decided to make Ulta Millbury my new place for all my makeup needs (no more dept stores.) Based on this outcome, I can't deny Ulta and J Lynn a glowing 5 star review. It's fully deserved, imo.

    This pharmacy needs to be investigated by the state & whomever handles the pharmacy aspect. How…read moredoes a pharmacy: 1. Acknowledge your script on Saturday for pick Monday morning...then 2. Monday morning, 45mins before my pickup, you report there's a delay because it's out of stock...then 3. Never give an estimate on how long or an update on it 4. Thursday I check the app or online for a status...only to find out that it was CANCELED! I call the "local #" only to get connected to someone who is working remotely from somewhere & I ask questions. He says he can put it right in & have it ready for Saturday pickup (by the way, that would be 1wk since I requested it). I asked why it was canceled in the 1st place? He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it. What if this was a vital medicine that regulates blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, clotting, diuretic, blood sugar, hormones, mood, organ rejection, asthma, infection, pain & etc?! Mine is for PAIN, a muscle relaxer! And no, for anyone thinking, I didn't wait till my script ran out, I had a few days left. This pharmacy is NOTORIOUS for playing games with people's prescriptions & this is not the first time they have done it with me. I've had them do this with other medications in the above categories listed. The longest time I was given the run around (nothing to do with insurance, but their ORDERING & STOCKING), was 3WKS! And because it was a schedule II, they REFUSED to transfer the script ELECTRONICALLY to another one of THEIR locations who had it in stock!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! I hope more small pharmacies can return since these large ones DGAF about their customers!
