AMAZING and friendly staff. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to which is LOVELY because getting a mani/pedi can be tough for a chatty Kathy like me. The first time I went in a week ago, I got a mani/pedi and when I got home I wasn't in love with it (service was amazing, just the manicure wasn't quite right) I ended up speaking with the manager about my concerns of not being 100% satisfied and she told me to come in whenever and they would fix everything, free of charge, no problems. I was going to wait a little longer to go in to fix it but the paint started chipping and I didn't want to deal with it for a whole week so I ended up calling to see if they had availability last minute. They told me to come right down and took care of me right away. My nails look amazing and I left feeling beautiful. United Nails Plus has THE BEST STAFF, highly recommend. Side note: they play movies instead of TV so you don't get stuck watching some ridiculous reality TV show or some random channel that seems to only play infomercials. Super plus. read more

100% The BEST Pedicure....ever. The massage chairs are state of the art and even do your arms and shoulders. I didn't want it to end. My toes never looked better. I had a manicure and waxing too. Very happy to be back in the massage chair after a long year and a half hiatus. They are just as great as I remember. Everyone is very friendly, the cleanliness is top notch, and the service is just wonderful. I came in for a signature pedicure. It was a long and relaxing experience. Between the scrubs and lotions I think she must have rubbed my legs and feet a good 20 mins before even starting the nail polish. This is the worst place as far as customer service. This lady hung up the phone on me twice after yelling at me on the phone. Instead of the owner calling me directly to apologize, she has her employee call me to ask me to call her for her to apologize . They have customer service backwards there. Cara is the only nice one there. She tried to rectify the matter by staying later to keep my appointment. The owner will not approve her staying later. Everywhere else in Bellingham is much nicer than this place. Do not waste your time stepping foot in there. It will ruin your day as it ruin my birthday. read more

The hours kinda suck, but the outcome is better than most around (depending who you ask for, like anywhere). They could open earlier. And stay open on Sundays until maybe 5 instead of 4, since that really means 3:15. read more

Boy was I lucky when I found this off the beaten path nail salon! United Nails Plus was definitely a hidden treasure for me. This was my first time visiting Billingham, MA and desperately needed some TLC on my toes and fingers. I wasn't sure where to go but seen this shopping center that was off the main road; so I took a chance and went in and I was so happy I did! The one awesome thing was the door was locked and they had a number for the customers to call upon there arrival! I thought that was a great thing; we are living in uncertain times for sure and you never know what's gonna happen in this day and time. We really need to be safe and when you own a business they need to protect their self and their customers! I had the sweetest girl named Hien do my manicure and pedicure; she was very professional and took her time to do an amazing job! The rest of the staff was so friendly and happy that I was there. The prices were responsible and place was very clean and everyone had their mask on! If you're looking for a new place or visiting in the area you gotta give them out! Buyer beware. If you received a coupon over the Covid closure they will not honor it. This is unfortunate as many other places are honoring any offers that they had during Covid. They said they couldn't process it in the system. Doesn't make any sense because they are the ones that actually enter the price. They could've taken the money off before actually cashing out. This is my salon! I ran in for a dip in case they closed because of the virus. They wore good masks, sprayed down the area from the last client and asked me to wash my hands. There's a positive vibe and always good chat. I have a powder dip and it lasts forever until it grows out. Always perfect. I also have gel polish on my toes and they are careful to help with an ingrown toenail. I have never been in such amazing massage chairs. I felt like a had a real massage! So I can't say enough good about this place. I have had 4 different technicians and every one has been great! Good job, Tina (the owner)! Hope you don't close because of the virus! My experience there was AWFUL!!!! not only did they overcharge me but the lady that did my full set didn't even bother to push back my cuticles or cut my hangnails. She literally drilled one of my cuticles off and said I had sensitive skin when I said "owww" in pain because she had literally just cut my whole cuticle off with the nail drill my finger was literally bleeding... then she decided to push my cuticles back with her nail!!!!! Her finger nail!!! not only was that very unprofessional and unhygienic but also her nail was disgusting looking. She did an awful job at cleaning under the acrylics as well. The whole time she was also complaining that it was "late" and that she would usually be home by now. I literally had an appointment booked so I'm not sure why she was being so unprofessional. My nails are shaped poorly. I asked for round 3 separate times and they are a square with rounded edges at best. Because of this they're too short, even for me. The polish doesn't match between my left and right hand. Definetly a let down. read more

United Nails Plus has been opened for a little over 3 weeks now. I had a great experience! I went in yesterday without an appointment and was promptly attended by Andy (he owns the salon with his family). Aside from the great service, I really appreciated the fact all of the staff members spoke in English, even to each other! They have a special of 50% off all services from January 20th till the 30th, and after that services are discounted 25%, but I'm not sure how long that discount is in effect for. I got a french pedicure and it came out great! I will definitely return! read more
