Clean, calming, no horribly harsh chemicals or fragrance smells. Other salons have given me headaches or reactions from the various scents and products, but I'm always safe at Bellacure! I have never, NEVER, been to a salon where I've shown a photo to a stylist of what envision my hair looking like and then left feeling like I got EXACTLY what I wanted, only better. My hair looks gorgeous, feels so healthy and as if that's not enough, my spirit feels rejuvenated. Sandi has such a warm and bubbly personality--it's contagious. Our conversation never felt forced, and even though this was my first time visiting, I didn't feel like a newcomer. Well, the tech doing my nails showed her aggravation (if you don't want to provide a service, don't put it on the menu). She was annoyed from that moment and took it out on my gel manicure. I have NEVER had such a bad manicure, my nails have been crumbling since. She absolutely destroyed them. (I have been manicures for years, so my nails can handle a dip or a gel). I had one broken nail and she cut ALL of my nails down to the skin before I even realized it. Then she kept asking me if I "wanted" things that I know were part of the service. Never again.

She takes good technical care of my feet in the sense that she identifies problems and solves them. After a long, traumatic move cross-country, my feet were a mess, but she put them right in a single session. After trying a different salon, I ended up with issues which, again, she immediately set to solving when I returned. I won't stray again. She's pleasant and easy-going, and I leave with my feet looking good and in the best possible shape. If the massage were slightly longer and deeper, she'd be sheer perfection, but the rest--and her reasonable price + no annoying upsells--makes me grateful to have found her.
