I've been searching since high school to find a nail place I love and I've finally found it!! Clean, professional and just all around great. Angie is my preferred nail tech but honestly all of the techs and talented and so so so friendly. I would recommend kawaii nails to everyone!!

Decided to try this salon being it is under new ownership. Ugh ‍ awful! So I went in with an appointment which is necessary due to COVID. The girl soaked my gel off (this took almost an hour)and asked if I could wait 10min for her husband to come and do my acrylic as she only does fills. I was fine with that... 25 min later..... now I have been an active nail technician for 26 years so I am extremely picky however I will always give a fellow nail tech the benefit of the doubt and give them a try I wanted to pamper myself instead of doing my own nails.. FAIL I had to come home and file every nail just to match up my length! The width of them is different than others, the length was SO off and the acrylic is very uneven and wavy! He used 1 carbide bit for the whole filing process which is mainly used for the cuticle area and smoothing.... no dehydrator or primer was used before the acrylic application and the apex area of the nail is built in the wrong area! I'm assuming I will be breaking these nails. There was NO cleaning in between clients as he moved me to another station and not one person disinfected the station I was previously at. This salon was running as if COVID does not exist! No hand washing etc was put in place (although I did it because that's what you do before a service anyways) I also sanitized my hands. The 1 star is because the workers were very nice but the restrictions need to be put in place and the application of product needs work! Probably will not go back I will just take the time and continue to do my own nails!

Very satisfied pretty busy but was in and out in a timely fashion

Literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon, (I will preface by saying this was my first visit to Kawaii) I had an appointment at 12pm, and I wasn't sat down with a nail tech until 1:30, and that's only because the people who had been waiting since 11:30am got up and left. The nail tech proceeded to absolutely butcher a simple heart on my ring finger and smudged it completely. I had hoped since their instagram page is filled with intricate designs, that a simple heart wouldn't be much to ask for. My nails were nothing close to the reference photo I showed, the tech applied the clear coat way too soon leaving the black heart on my pink polish smudged completely. I was a little taken back at $50 for a set of regular acrylics with 2 hearts. But I am not from the area so I'm not sure if that's standard for a set around here. Was really upset since I had high hopes after seeing the IG page but I will never go back here, not worth the drive for anybody out of the area considering going. Not to mention- I'm pretty sure the woman used super glue on my nails because even 2.5+ weeks later removing them ripped my pinkie nail in half I have NEVER had a set of acrylics this difficult to remove after being so overgrown. Really disappointed.

The price is right and service was great! I would recommend this cute and unassuming nail salon to anyone in the area.

I've never been to T&T but they kindly accepted us as 2 walk in pedicures at 6:20pm. The service here was amazing. So nice, tranquil and truly a relaxing experience. Not rushed at all. I asked for the green tea pedicure. They do a body scrub wash on the legs and feet, a moisturizing mask to the legs and then wrap them in plastic wrap. The lotion they use is wonderful, absorbs and you feel moisturized (I didn't slip around in my flip flops after like some other pedicures elsewhere in the past). They then massage your legs and they turn on a steam device which provides a nice warm feeling over the legs while getting massaged. Then they do heated stones. Finally they paint toe nails perfectly. When they place you at their drying station you're already so relaxed from the leg/feet massage plus the massage chair, but then you become even more relaxed as they offer a shoulder massage that lasts 2 minutes. It was so nice and the perfect ending to our day. I am really happy our pedicures that were scheduled elsewhere did not work out because we found this gem of a nail salon and now this will be the only one we are going to from now on!!
