My first visit at Grand Nails and Spa, last minutes decision to go in. Luckily there wasn't much of a wait for a pedicure even though I didn't have an appointment. The salon is located in a plaza with other businesses; plenty of parking. My pedicure was done by Kelly Nguyen; she was very nice, soft spoken. I really liked her because she told everything she would do before it, was apologetic if anything bothered me; very considerate person. My pedicure was great; i had a massage chair and was very comfortable. They have around 14 pedicure chairs and 20 manicure spots. Very spacious and clean. read more

Don't go here for toes. I'm so mad I spent the whole summer growing them out just for them to mess them up. They offered to fix them but I didn't want them to mess them up even more. I have been coming here for years and usually they do a great job but the gentleman that I usually request doesn't seem to work here any longer. I had Nay do a DELUXE pedicure because I haven't had the time to come in for a while now and I'm soo disappointed. My nails look terrible she barely performed any type of pedicure on my toes or feet, she was rubbing the same spot on the leg for so long instead of my feet that really needed it. really don't like making this but this place used to be my go to for a pedicure and it is hard to find a good quality pedicure in the area. i saw the same girl and i was satisfied. until she took a scalpel and attempted to remove my ingrown toenails with no warning. so unbearably painful. blood everywhere, put green liquid in it to attempt to stop the bleeding and it wouldn't stop. both of my toes she did this too got a gross infection after this. nail technicians are not licensed to remove ingrown toenails. only podiatrists. this really broke my heart because i enjoyed coming here and have not found a place that is as good quality as the girl i went to. i never asked her to do this!! and she never asked me either i would have said no thank you. read more

I'm a girly that gets her nails done very frequently so I know what to look for and what to expect! First off my hands have polish all over them as if a kid painted them, not to mention I was charged 70$ just for a full set with a simple black Frencht tip! If I could rate 0 I would. Got a full set of ombré acrylic and was very clear about what I wanted. Ended up with nails that were SO THICK, acrylic all over my cuticles, and had to ask her to fix multiple nails and they were still terrible. Ombré was not blended at all and looked like splotches. Went to a different place to have them removed within 2 hours of leaving. read more

Great service, very nice employees, salon was super clean and spacious. Followed my photo to the detail with what I wanted on my nails. Nail tech was on her phone for a lot of it and other employees had to tell her to finish, she loved them just as much as I did though, so I can't really complain but overall great service I definitely will go back. read more

She checked in with me at every step -- length, shape, and color -- and even re-worked the design a few times until I loved it. She was friendly and personable, and she'll be my go-to from now on. Four stars because the salon itself could be more organized. It was packed when I went on NYE, but not busy today so I kind of expected it to be cleaner. I'm so thrilled this salon has finally opened. the salon is incredibly spacious,organized, and clean. They have 14 pedicure stations and 6 dual seated manicure stations. each station is equipped with plexiglass to protect both staff and customers. They have an abundance of parking and they offer services 7 days a week. they have an online booking portal as well that allows you to book with your favorite technician up to 3 services per visit. At check in you simply key in your phone number at the kioski they provide. hand disinfectant is offered at all of the stations and main desk. The service prices were fair and comparable to competitors. The staff were incredibly prompt and friendly. I can't wait to book more appointments with them. read more

They have been super friendly every time I come. Tracy is my go to, she is super fast, yet still very thorough and when I can't decide what to do she is creative and comes up with something that I like. She is also a master level nail shaper if that's a thing. She always has the angles or curves perfect and my acrylics looking like they grew from my hands. Hanh is just the best!! She's extremely thorough and careful throughout the entire process, really making sure the shape and length work well. I didn't know which color or design to choose so I let her have free reign, though I mentioned I liked blues and greens. She's also really sweet and friendly, and time flew by while she did my nails! Also, last time she did my nails with tips & dip polish, they lasted almost 3 whole weeks. They didn't chip or lift at all. I only had to come back in because my nails had grown out! The nail salon has plentyyy of colors to choose from, and they have lots of hand sanitizer around. They also put plastic shields between the nail tech and you, so it's even safer! read more
