The salon has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and I always feel incredibly pampered from start to finish. You'll see their sign from the road, which also advertises their special prices. Their prices are definitely more affordable than some of the larger nail salons, which I really appreciate. For me personally, this place is exactly what I'm looking for. I like to get in, get my pedicure done, and get out. I'm not really looking to spend a long time at the salon with a bunch of extra services. I just want a good, basic pedicure that gets the job done, and that's exactly what I get here. I also love their prices because they're much more affordable than some of the larger salons. I normally call ahead, and they're usually very accommodating. The salon itself is clean, the staff is very nice, and the pedicure is good. It's a basic pedicure without all the extras--no steam, extended massage, or shoulder massage--but honestly, that's perfectly fine with me. My only complaints are that they don't allow tips to be added to a credit card, so when you pay by card, they'll ask if you have cash for the tip. I always tip, but I don't love being asked because it can feel a little uncomfortable or like an expectation. I also wish the massage portion of the pedicure was a little better. It's more of a quick rub of your feet and legs rather than an actual massage. That said, you're paying less here than you would at many other salons, so I think it's important to set your expectations accordingly. If you're looking for an affordable, clean salon where you can get a basic pedicure without spending a ton of time or money, I definitely recommend it. If you're looking for a luxurious pedicure with a long, relaxing massage and lots of extras, this probably isn't the place for you. But for me, I love being able to get in and out, get the job done, and pay a great price. Overall, a solid four-star experience.

Before starting, I asked about the price, showed the nail tech what I wanted, and agreed to the price she gave me. She began by pushing back and cutting my cuticles, but then immediately started painting my natural nails. I stopped her and explained that I wanted acrylics, as I had told her before we started. At that point, she became visibly upset, dropped what she was holding, started yelling in another language, and went over to another employee while continuing to yell and point at me. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled, so I told them I was done and wanted to leave. I was then charged $15 even though all that had been done was my cuticles being pushed back and trimmed. I understand that miscommunications can happen, but the reaction was completely unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable. Based on how I was treated, I would not return or recommend this salon.
