The polish color changed in a weird way and I called them to see if it would be possible to get it fixed and they got me in right away. Not only did they let me choose a new color, they confirmed the precious color and immediately discarded it so that no other customers would have the same issue. I've been going to Cozy consistently for at least a year now and they never disappoint. I highly recommend this nail salon!

My mom and I have easily been visiting Veronica for 17 years. She is so sweet and does amazing art work. Her, and the other nail technicians all do their artwork by hand, and they all are super creative. Veronica can, and will paint anything you want on your nails.
