Didn't over cut my cuticles and was relatively quick. Unfortunately under a week later it's already chipping and peeling and looks SO sloppy. This never happens when I get manicures at my usual salon, especially well before the 2 week mark. I expect a properly done gel manicure to last 2 weeks. 6 days is just not acceptable for that service and now it looks awful. My sister came with me and also got a gel mani with another service provider and hers is actually now worse than mine. It's completely peeled off about 50% of the nails and needs to be removed or re-done. I unfortunately won't be back and I know my sister won't either. Disappointing.

My mom and I have easily been visiting Veronica for 17 years. She is so sweet and does amazing art work. Her, and the other nail technicians all do their artwork by hand, and they all are super creative. Veronica can, and will paint anything you want on your nails. If you bring in a photo of something you may want she can easily replicate it. She is always finding new ways to make your nails stand out. Both myself and my mother get complements on our nails each and every time we get them done. The Perfect 10 is very clean and they know the right ways to apply nails so that they do not hurt you or give you infections. Their prices are very good, and on the lower side compared to other similar nail salons. They don't charge extra for nail art so you can do anything you want on ANY amount of nails you would like for NO additional charge! I typically request an appointment online and despite doing so unless it is early in the morning the appointment always runs much longer than necessary due to how busy they are. I'm not sure if it is due to overbooking or just allowing too many walk-ins, but I have definitely had to wait over 20 minutes for an appointment I made in advanced which is unacceptable. Charming nail is one of the only salons in the area which offers dazzle dry, but the consistency of the service is all over the place. Some technicians follow the dazzle dry procedures perfectly which results in a long lasting manicure, but others don't and my nails chip less than 24 hours after being done. This is frustrating when I'm spending $30 plus tip for something that doesn't last. Especially when I'm getting nails done for a special event. Overall the vibe of the salon is good and the people are nice, but I do hope this lapse in recent service rectifies itself so that I can feel confident in going back.

This option also includes a 10-minute foot massage with hot stones and a steamer, callus treatment, paraffin treatment, and 6 minute chair massage. It was $45 (if you're paying cash) and it was worth every penny. So relaxing. I didn't realize how much I needed that back, neck, and shoulder massage until it was over. Everyone was very nice, keeping us informed of what was going on during our brief wait at the start. Definitely my go-to location going forward. I love that they use the plastic liners in each tub here (as I've found not every place does). I've always felt very comfortable here whether solo or with a friend.
