I recently went in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and my basic $35 pedi came out very nicely. The surprise back massage was something I didn't know I needed and would have been worth paying extra for. Some spots on the floors and cabinets are work, but the place is very clean and well kept overall. The staff is friendly and comfortable to be around. They accept card payment but tip needs to be in cash or check. This is similar to my go to favorite place, but this is more conveniently located with less traffic, which maybe earn my more frequent patronage. read more

Came for my first time on a Sunday, walked in right when they opened. I'm not sure the name of the girl I had but she was wonderful. She was so sweet. She took her time. She actually gave me a good massage. A lot of places I go to the do it quick and pretty crappy. She definitely put effort into it and I have to say it was money. Well spent. All I have to say is RUN. I get dip regularly, not at this location. When I got to Oasis they didn't wrap my nails to remove the dip... they slid a metro card between my real nail and the dip overlay, you read that right a metro card. Mind you they told me it would cost me $5 for the removal, which has to be done in order to put new dip on. I really should have left as soon as I saw the metro card but I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. I tried their gel overlay nail extensions per their recommendation, they lifted after a week. Overall with unsanitary practices and their cheap products I wont be back. read more

The service and quality just isn't there anymore. This place has gone down hill. Full pedicure in less than 30 minutes. I'm not a terribly demanding customer, but I don't want to feel rushed or like someone is just going through the motions. She never cleaned under my nails. Massage was merely rubbing lotion on my legs even after I asked her to use more pressure. I paid extra for the callus remover and I had to ask twice for her to slough more off. I should've known something wasn't right when there wasn't one single customer there at 2pm on a Friday. I wont be back. I guess my consolation prize was the complimentary lollipop. read more

Worst experience ever!!!!!! First off they don't know how to do acrylic nails ... my nails were so thin they broke a hour after leaving there ... the acrylic looks so lumpy and the polish looks like my 6 year old did it .. I wasted 75$ on a pedicure and "acrylic " set if that's what you want to call it ... I was so excited to finally do my nails after being quarantined for 2 months ... I have been a loyal customer of Oasis for over 11 years and I see Chris. While there has been a language barrier, these are some of the nicest people you could meet and they really care! I have gel regularly and pedicures when I need them. Once in awhile, they will even tell me to take a break from the gel to let my nails recover. Awesome shoulder massages, too! Well... I am officially not a fan of Oasis. I usually bounce between nail salons in Greenville. Today was not a good experience. My friend and I both had poor service. First they require a facemask! It's June 2022. No public space except medical facilities require a mask. My friend had a gel pedicure- which apparently no longer includes a foot soak, exfoliation or foot massage. She was told these items are "ala cart". Pedicure took less than 25 minutes and zero time or care put into it. Cost of pedicure $60. . Back to Georgia nails we go! read more

I had not had a pedi for almost a year and a half (Thanks to Covid) My husband gave me a gift certificate for a pedi which I was excited to have ... my spring feet a nice French pedi !!!! Six or seven days later- I started with a foot infection. I went tot he Dr and she recommended that I use Lotrimin , etc- I have Athlete's foot. There has been NO other people in my home (with a foot fungus) AND I haven't Been anywhere... Had a Pedi any where else.... Honestly disappointed in my most recent experience here. I made an appointment for a gel manicure/pedicure and was assigned Kevin to do my nails. All went great for the pedicure, and the manicure was not the best but I didn't want to say anything so I left. I noticed in the car that the gel polish was very thick. Much thicker than my usual gel manicure. I finished my errands and when I got home, I noticed an air bubble underneath the thumb. At this point I knew my polish was not going to last so I called and politely asked to get it fixed. I came back that afternoon and a quick file to my thumb exposed the bubble underneath (see photo). He started to soak the gel off and I showed him two other nails that were lumpy and especially thick. He seemed annoyed but soaked those off too. The other ladies looked and they said it was too thick too. I asked if he could please repaint all my nails, because they were all too thick! I was being as polite as could be, even though I had to come all the way back to get my (already paid for and tipped) manicure fixed. The ladies were very nice, but Kevin got visibly angry when the ladies told him I wanted my nails repainted. He got angry and slammed the door into the back. At this point I asked my husband to come inside and sit beside me. Kevin sat down, soaked my nails briefly, and then filed my nails so angrily and roughly that my cuticles bled on FOUR different nails. I was not rude, I was respectful, and I had already given him a generous tip!! The nails were painted poorly the first time and all I was asking was to get what I had just paid for a few hours prior. The one star is for everyone else there. They've always been nice and respectful to their customers. And, I have never had problems like this before with my manicures. Even Kevin's re-do manicure looks great now honestly. I'm disappointed in this place because I've been coming here for a long time and they do a great job. I'm not sure I can come back now. Terrible experience there. I will not be returning to this salon and neither will my three daughter. I had a gel manicure last week and it started coming off two days later. It was literally done in 20 minutes and was rushed. I called to tell them and they told me to come back. When I got there, I told them I had called on Tuesday and they booked to come back on Friday. They tried to recharge me and told me I was not specific enough when I arrived to tell them it was just to have the manicure fixed not redone. Five nails had come off so I figured they were going to redo it. Had it been done correctly last week, I would not have had to take the time to go back again. They embarrassed me and even asked me if I was at least planning on leaving a tip which I was but didnt need the entire salon to overhear that. Wont be back read more

Today I took my daughter in with me to get her a kid's mani/pedi and I just got a pedicure. I told them an adult pedicure and a child's mani/pedi when I made the appointment and when I got there. While sitting down the girl asked my daughter how old she was-she's 11, and continued on. I thought she was making normal conversation. my daughter didn't get the same service I would when getting a pedicure. They don't cut your nail or cuticles. When it came to paying they charged me for an adult mani/pedi for her. Mind you at no time did anyone tell me they charge you as an adult after ten years old. My daughter had her nails and feet done before my pedi was even completed. It's so ridiculous to charge an 11 year old for an adult service. I will never return. read more

Not overly impressed. NOTE: They do not do acrylic nails. Manicures and pedicures only. When I read the other reviews I was excited to have possibly found a new salon. I've been looking for months and it has been quite the challenge. I stayed and got a pedicure. The massages were nice as well as the hot stones. Half way through they switched nail techs on me, which I was not pleased with. The gentleman that painted my toes did a okay job until he told me to get up and the He hit my toes and dinged a couple. I had to say something about fixing them, because he was waiting for me to get out of the chair. The salon itself was very clean and nice. Nice decor and newish stations and chairs. Some of the staff was very nice, but others seemed very good flustered and agitated towards some of the customers. Overall I might consider going back if all I need is a manicure just to experience that. read more

I've been here many times and I'm usually super happy but today the guy that did my nails didn't do such a great job. Not only did he rush through my manicure (the guy next to me sat down before me and was still sitting when I left, we both got basic manicures), but I'm now doing my best to fix the shape, make them even, smooth and remove all the parts hanging off. Walking into the nail salon i was not welcomed, i got an attitude for requesting a full set on the price board it claimed that the full set gel was 30 but they try charging us 80. Then when I showed the nail parson what i wanted he said no it would take to long and that i had to get a basic color. Then when he was doing my nails i pointed something i didnt like he would sigh, and get annoyed. Then when starting to pay they were rude about not having cash. And yelled at us like it was a requirement. If i could leave zero stars i would. This place was awful with rude employees and owner. read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I usually go to another place but tried Oasis because someone gave a gift card. The moment I walked in, the woman was short with me and rude. The water for pedicure was boiling hot, the woman who did my pedicure never asked which one I'd like, I was already disgusted so I let her proceed with the basic one, (which I would've paid extra for better service) I knew it wasn't going to be a good experience so I went with basic to get out of there. Then she proceeds with pedicure using a dirty towel from previous pedicure. The pedicure stations weren't clean. She rushed through the entire process. I'm 9 months pregnant and just wanted a nice foot massage, rushed through that part.... such a joke. I'll never be back to this place. This review is on the spa massage service: Pro: Employees are thoroughly educated on massage techniques and you will leave sore, loose and comfortable. It's a high quality massage at about $1 per minute. Cons: -I paid to join their loyalty program and as I achieved the highest tier reward (spending $1000 here) they upped the reward requirement to redeem for a free massage with out notice. my points have been "disappearing" every time I go, somehow I have less points than before. - be prepared to get called out for not tipping at-least 30%. I tipped $12 on a $60 service and was told I was being rude, and that 'most clients give $20...' The next time I tipped $20 on a $90 service and was asked to tip more. -the language barrier makes Customer service an impossibility. -the building is always warm, so if you go in on a day over 80degrees prepare to be uncomfortable read more

I get pedicures frequently and I can honestly say this is the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten! I play soccer and my feet/legs are sore and banged up. the massage was amazing I even got the pedicure that allows a longer massage I almost fell asleep! I also got a gel manicure and while the nails dry they give you and other AMAZING shoulder/neck massage! I wish this place was closer to me but whenever I am in the area I will definitely be visiting here! very professional and clean they are friendly but don't talk which doesn't really bother me read more

This was the worst dip manicure I ever got. I had one tip put on to match length of other nails, they cut it too short. They only used 2 coats of the color dip powder. One nail broke the next day. 4 others broke within a week and dip was cracking on the other nails. Dips anywhere else last AT LEAST 3 weeks and up to 5 for me . My son's girlfriend went with me, she had tips put on all her nails, they charged an extra $10 for this. 5 broke within 3 days. She went back to have them fixed and they charged her $10 to fix them! I had an appointment and people were coming in after me with walk-ins and somehow still getting started before me. Paint on my toes has already chipped. Nails are not painted fully and acrylic was done very very thin, pieces have been chipping. I was there 4 days ago. Should last me much longer. What a terrible experience. Wouldn't even give this salon a star. My friend and I arrived around 445 and were barely greeted upon arrival. We were told to come back around 530 even though there were 3 people in the entire nail salon. Ok, no problem we thought, we returned back at 530 and sat down to pick our gel nail color. Both colors I picked I was told I couldn't use because "they are bad." I finally pick my third color, my manicurist beings to file my nails. Barely putting in effort we quickly speed through to putting the polish on. My nails were barely cleaned up at all. As I checked my nails once they came out of the UV light, I noticed the polish was uneven and all over my cuticles. Never mind the fact that the manicurists were extremely rude to my friend and I the entire time. Long story short, it's been three whole days and my polish has all peeled off. We had an APPOINTMENT for 5, and they were shocked and angry when we arrived with the 5 we made an appointment for.... the older woman yelled at us for telling her we wanted full sets. My friend asked for a design and the man doing her nails straight out just said no that will take too long. They then asked "do you have money for tip" to another member in my party- she asked if she could use her card and was attacked verbally for that as well. I would strongly suggest finding another salon if you would like to feel valued or respected whatsoever. Been here a few times and have usually had a *great* experience, except for this last time. Went for a gel manicure and picked a really cool color - while it was wet, they put this magnet over it to make it all deep and jewel-like: because of the special color, they charged $35. HOWEVER, not even two days later, I noticed tiny chips in the polish on a few nails, which was a little annoying, but whatever, but by day 5, half of the polish on my left thumb just flaked off (none of my nails broke, just the polish was coming off). I work in customer service and understand that sometimes mistakes happen, so I went back and super politely requested that they either re-do the polish or refund me. They tried to tell me that my "nails were too weak; any polish is going to chip." They offered to fix the four nails that'd chipped for free, but, let's be real, if the polish on almost half my nails was messed up, they were ALL going to looked messed up before the next few days passed. I politely explained that I've had like 3-4 gel manicures before, and they've *always* lasted 2+ weeks on me, so, no, it's not my nails: something must've gone wrong with the original mani, but they were going to charge me $15.00 for a full polish change nonetheless. Finally, they did honor my request to change the polish without charging me, and to their credit they did a beautiful job, and, to disprove that "my nails are weak": it still looks awesome almost a week out and shows no signs of chipping, so it's definitely not me or my nails, LOL. Again, I'm not taking off stars *just* because the first manicure chipped: perhaps the nail technician didn't harden the gel enough in the U.V, maybe he used remover instead of gel cleaner (a suggestion from a FB friend who does nails), or maybe the brand / color wasn't great (which, for $35.00, it should last as long as other gel colors): whatever, no one is perfect, and if they'd been happy to fix it for me, no harm done, and I'd be raving about what a wonderful experience I had. But, you should stand behind your work and your business, and arguing with a customer, blaming / insulting them (saying it's my fault because "my nails are too weak"), and trying to charge them to fix *your* mistake just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I'll be back or not: they usually do a nice job, and the massage they give while your nails dry is *divine*, so I'm tempted to give them another chance, but I'm not sure how I feel about continuing here if this is their version of "customer service." read more

Sitting in the pedicure chair right now, and it is so amazing that I felt inspired to write a review! For $45 I am getting a pedi with callus removal, 10 minutes of massage, and a short hot stone massage. I don't know the name of the person giving the service but he is male. I stopped in because I am in the area for work, and I have honestly never had such a great experience in one of these strip mall spas. Can't speak to the polish yet, and the environment and service are to be expected, but definitely worth the $45. As a side note, they are playing "Last Christmas" on the radio and it is March 2 - which is definitely weird. read more

I had a pedicure done and it was okay kinda rubbed my feet and legs quickly wasn't a fan of that. I had a shellac manicure which came out nice but the nail tech smushed my cuticles back so far made me bleed and than I had bad hangnails for days after which were painful not a fan ! read more

I was very impressed w/ Oasis Nail & Spa. It is a short drive from my parents' home and I visited for the first time the day after Christmas. Pricing is average, I got a gel mani and pedicure for $60. The space is clean and minimalistic, but the service exceeded my expectations. The hot stone leg massage during the pedicure was longer/better than I've experienced at most salons of this level and I was even given a neck massage after my fingernails were painted! Almost two weeks later and my gel mani is 100% intact other than new nail growth obvs. Normally I have chips after a couple days even with gel or shellac.
