Very nice staff, although a bad set. Nails were left chunky, acrylic on skin, and not filed on the sides. There was no nail prep such as cuticle removal. I cannot believe how chunky and uneven these nails are. I will not be returning and the nails were an outrageous price. My cuticles are painful and my nails are gritty. Never again. Came in on a Sunday afternoon. There was only one other person here, I should have turned back then. $25 for a gel manicure. You literally get what you pay for. I'm used to Royal Nails where they include in their $30 price a paraffin soak and attention to detail. Here, they trim your cuticles, slop on the gel, and send you on your way. The gel pooled and was wavy. By today (Tuesday) I already had a massive chip, and I have been very light on my nails. By Thursday, they were peeling off. read more

I don't think this place deserves that bad of a rep. It's very clean and is a basic nail salon. I got a good gel manicure and a basic pedicure for $51. If you're looking for luxury this isn't your place but I enjoyed my time there! read more

I was greeted right away in a friendly manor which was nice however, the young girl that took care of me didn't say a word the entire time and did a crap job on my fill. To be more descriptive: she didn't ask if I wanted a shape change, didn't file well and didn't cover the entire nail with polish. Won't be back. read more

Ok so I have always gone to Hollywood nails since I was pregnant. I have always talked to them about taking my daughter there for the first time because I was so excited. So yesterday I took my daughter to get her nails done for the very first time . Right when I walked in I could tell the lady had a little attitude already . She told me to go put my daughter in the kids pedi chair and that she was going to be doing my nails in the chair all the way on the other side of the salon (it was the furthest from the kids pedi station) I debated if I should say something because I wanted to be able to see my daughter more getting her nails done . Also she's only 2 so I didn't even know if she would be ok far away from me with people she didn't know . I just let it go though ... while she's doing my nails she doesn't do anything for my cuticles she just drills and then puts the tips on . Once the tips were on I asked if I can get up quick and take a picture of my daughter . She paused for about 5 secs then told me "if you're going to do that then I'm going to go and take my other customer " yes that's what she said . So I told her it would be 15 secs and I'll be right back . Well I came back to the chair in 15 secs and she already went to her other customer. I was soooooo upset so I said to her " are you serious because I wanted to take a picture of my daughter you go to another client " She tried to argue with me that this client had an appointment already . I told her that's not the point , if that was the case she should have never started my nails at all or she could have communicated that to me . The other lady which I believe is the owner was trying to defend her and make me be quite (this went on for a few mins ) . She was saying yes she told me she was going to start you and I would finish BUT that's not what she told me she told me she was moving on because I wanted to take the picture. She actually took out the acrylic overlay to start it and everything. Not to mention I wanted short pointy nails and she told me it wouldn't look good because I have wide nails . Once the new lady took over with my nails I was crying because I was so sad they ruined this experience for me . It meant so much to me and they were so rude . My nails came out terrible I had to go to target and buy polish to fix it myself and they didn't offer to come my services AT ALL . She charged me the full cost . I payed them to give me bad nails and to make me cry . I will never go back again read more

Work in the area and thought I would give this place a try since I have passed by it a few times, hoping to find a place closer to work. This is not the place. The girls are super nice, however the work is not. I had both a pedicure and fill. Within a day they began to chip. The gel polish pooled to my cuticles, which are still in bad shape and now is clumped and lifting! While the woman that did my pedi was super sweet, she did not even use a pumice stone or anything. My husband, who rarely notices when I even get pedicures, told me he hoped I ask for my money back because they were just as rough as before I went. read more

I go here to get my nails done (manicure, pedicure, acrylic, gel, etc) because it's nearby and convenient to me and the prices are pretty fair, however no matter what service I pay for here (acrylic, gel, shellac) I end up with broken/chipped nails 10/10 times so I pretty much refuse to get my nails done here. They are friendly and attentive to your needs but their services and products are sub past, especially when you're paying $20-40$ extra for gel/shellac. read more

Nice ladies, they do a good pedicure, although my manicure started chipping the next day :( The place could use some serious cleaning too! I could write my name in the dust where they put you to dry your nails. Not happy about that since they certainly were not busy and have time to keep the place reasonably clean. this place sucks. not only did they lie about the price of a gel manicure on the phone, but when i walked in i wasn't even greeted. no one the whole time i was getting my nails done said anything except make sly comments about how short my nails were. the ladies were rude, my nails looks awful, the staff is disrespectful. i will never ever be coming here again. i advise absolutely no body to go here even if you're in a rush or have no where to go. HORRIBLE service. They ladies are rude!!! This was my second time in. I never judge a place after one bad experience, this was was just as bad as the first. I asked for a pedicure, the water was cold and the pedicure was rushed the polish is uneven, no clean up around the nail and it's already chipping. I will NEVER go back!
