I am extremely frustrated. I just went to Paris nails for a full set before I asked for them how much it would be over the phone. They told me $50 when I got there I asked them for the new funny bunny and bubble bath color. I asked them several times to confirm that they had it and he proceeded to do the wrong color. when I asked him to fix it, he decided to put on chrome. I asked him how much extra it was and he didn't respond to me. He continued to do it and then when I went to the register to check out, they charged me $50 for the full set plus $60 because I got almond shape rather than square or round and then an additional $20 just for chrome I am extremely frustrated and will not be going to Paris nails ever again read more

However, she became annoyed when I didn't want the style she suggested. The guy owner then moved me to another tech, saying Lily had another appointment and that I didn't know what I wanted, which was not accurate. I chose to only have the dip removed and leave. Took my neice here on Monday to get her toes painted and I got a gel polish change. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and told us to pick colors. A lady came to get us and immediately I felt rushed by her. We sat down and she just seemed so annoyed with us. Then when I asked if my niece could add sparkles I thought she was going to yell at me. She made what should've been a nice fun experience very uncomfortable. Other nail technicians were talking and laughing with their customers but not ours. I'll prob never go back here bc of her. Clean salon and easy to make an appointment. However, this may have been the worst pedicure I've ever had. Within a couple of hours of leaving the salon my gel pedicure started peeling, leaving me no choice but to remove it all. When removing the polish I also noticed that I had several cuts in my cuticles and my nails were all cut unevenly and the skin on most of my toes was painted to cover up the mistakes. I've been a loyal customer of Paris Nails since they opened and have always stuck with Amy. I even left a glowing review at the very beginning because I appreciated her services and the friendly demeanor. While I've had a couple of mediocre experiences here and there, I never made a fuss--it's just nails, after all. But my most recent visit was absolutely unacceptable and has completely changed my view of this salon. I booked an appointment 1.5 hours ahead of time. When I arrived, just 4 minutes late (I was walking over from a store two doors down), the manager immediately told me they had given my appointment away. He claimed he had called and texted me, but I didn't hear my phone while walking over. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he condescendingly reprimanded me about their "policies" and "fine print," all while grinning as if it were some kind of joke. Mind you, the salon wasn't busy at all. Yet, instead of offering any reasonable solution--like rescheduling me, fitting me in with the next available tech, or even apologizing--he just smugly reminded me of their policies and kept going on about how they didn't hear back from me. I did listen to my message when I got back in my car and it stated "She's not picking up, hi Im calling for Heather. Im calling from Paris nails. We have you at 2:30. It's 2:30. Please let us know if you intend to come within 5 minutes we will cancel the appointment thank you". This was shocking, considering I've always been flexible with waiting when the salon is behind schedule. I pointed this out, but he continued to speak to me with a pompous, dismissive attitude, making it clear that he thought his authority was more important than my loyalty as a customer. What's worse is that this wasn't the first time he made me feel uncomfortable. On a previous visit, I arrived early, and even then, he made a sarcastic comment about it being an issue. Make up your mind! His lack of professionalism and complete unwillingness to offer any sort of solution was appalling. I simply shook my head, said, "Oh, okay," and left. Clearly, client care and customer loyalty are not priorities here. It's ironic that they watch their "creepy surveillance cameras" all day but fail to watch out for their clients' comfort. Thankfully, when one door closes, another opens. I went to Bonsai on the recommendation of someone in the med spa industry, and WOW, what a night-and-day difference! Bonsai is incredible--14+ techs on staff, smooth operations, and managers who genuinely care about ensuring every client and technician is satisfied. They were personable, professional, and efficient, with little to no wait time. It's everything Paris Nails should have been but failed to deliver. I will never return to Paris Nails, nor will I recommend them. Instead, I'll be singing the praises of Bonsai to anyone who will listen. Thank you, Paris Nails, for opening my eyes to your 2-star-worthy establishment and pushing me to find something far better. read more

Recently tried this salon after going to the same salon for 10 years. Made appointment for gel manicure. First appointment great. Was booked with Amy. Told her my nails were weak & brittle from previous incorrect gel removal, explained I didn't want the drill on my nails as they are natural nails. She took the time to remove correctly. 2nd visit she proceeds to take the thickest bit drill & instead of soaking off my gel polish, drills it off completely down to my nail plate. 3rd visit, my fingers hurt at this point. My nails are so thin & brittle from her drilling my nails with nothing on them. Im picking out a color, she comes over, rushes me to pick out a color, I tell her I don't want the drill on my nails, that my nails hurt. She brings me over & instead of waiting the correct time for the gel polish to lift with removal, she immediately starts scraping before it's even lifted. Looks at me & pulls out the drill & says she wants to drill it. I tell her no, my fingers hurt so she starts getting rude. Wraps my fingernails in acetone & disappears in the back. Comes out 5 minutes later, tries to scrape off the not lifted gel polish, yet again & says we have to use the drill. I'm aggravated at this point. She drills off the gel. I'm telling her my fingers hurt, I visibly show her that my long natural nails are now bending like paper from this. She says not one word, finishes my nails, doesn't say anything else & gets up & walks away to the front like I'm bothering her. Ma'am, I'm paying you for a service. Like all other salons, they rush you in & out, without a care of your actual nail health. So now I'm left with paper thin nails that HURT due to callous work & I had to soak it off myself, chop off every nail & add rubber base because my whole nail plate is so thin you can see the flesh underneath. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon & I've been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs. I'll never step foot in this place again. read more

Went in for a simple soak off and buff. The man at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Past that, my experience went downhill. I was placed with Tim or Tom (apologies I cannot remember). He began cutting my nails down upside down... I have never seen that before. He then cut my skin twice which I now am left with a very painful scab. After I soaked he took the drill to my nails which is a complete no-no. My nails are now painful and extremely thin. I think he filed them for less than two minutes and no buff occurred. I left with uneven nails, pieces of gel still on, and indents from the drill. I immediately went home and filed them myself. Not only was the experience horrible but it cost $25. This place deserves 0 stars. Was very excited that a new nail salon was opening in this spot. I went in for a basic set of dip nails and was more than dissatisfied with my nails and the service. The girl who did my nails had her AirPods in the entire time I was there having a conversation with someone on her personal phone. They make it seem like they have plenty of color options for dip with the ones they "have" being starred. I was told 2 times to pick a different color because they didn't have it, despite being shown that they did. You would think being a new place they would have only offered the colors they actually had. An older woman was hovering over me as she watched the girl doing my nails. She corrected the girl multiple times, telling her not to trim my cuticles and to leave out many steps. I have had my nails done plenty of places and this was the first place I felt like they wanted to do only the bare minimum. My service ended off with the girl applying a polish top coat instead of the typical gel top coat to my dip. She told me that I had to "be careful" 10-15 minutes after so I don't "smudge". The women who was hovering the whole time came over and touched my thumb to "check". She ended up smudging the top coat with her finger that shouldn't have been applied in the first place. There was also a "deal" going on that was advertised for new clients. The man at the front desk told me that this no longer was occurring. Not only did I have to pay for my natural nails to be ruined;they didn't want to offer any sort of discounts to accommodate. For a new place, this was highly disappointing. If you want the "normal nail salon experience" I would suggest going elsewhere. Honey Nails down the road never disappoints and never tries to jip me. Since the owner decided to take down my previous google review and numerous other poor 1 star reviews from other past clients.....I will continue to rewrite this story on google reviews and other sites for as long as I need to. This nail salon is an a money greedy excuse for an establishment. I went to this studio and the younger girl wore her airpods the entire time during my dip nail set, talking to some man on the phone and laughing. Very unprofessional when someone is constantly reaching for their cellphones when you are paying for a service to be done. The owner was hovering over my chair/pacing back and forth next to my chair staring at the girl doing my nails. The service I received was a dip manicure. The owner saw the younger girl reach to start cleaning my nails and do standard manicure steps such as trimming my cuticles or buffing my nails. The owner abruptly stopped her and stated that those steps were not included in the service I paid for. After the service, my nails were in pain, sore for weeks following and so brittle that they cracked 2-3 days following. When I checked out for the service I asked about their new customer discount that they had been marketing. The owner told me it was not applicable and I would have to pay the full price. For a sh** set of dip nails that made my natural nails painful - I will never return here and will continue to steer anyone and everyone away from here. PROTECT YOUR NATURAL NAILS.
