The image shows a close-up of a person's hand with manicured nails painted in bright pink. One nail features a white floral design with a flower and decorative elements. The nails are well-shaped and glossy. The background is blurred, possibly inside a vehicle, with a dark surface visible behind the hand.

Beautiful nails every time! Long lasting and attention to detail! Friendly staff! Ask for Harry!

Dip manicure with tips - The image shows a close-up of a hand with neatly manicured nails. The nails have a natural, neutral base color with glittery tips, creating a French manicure style with added sparkle. The background is an indoor environment with a blurred view of furniture and household items, indicating a casual setting.

I tried this nail salon for the first time recently while visiting RI, despite growing up in the area. Nguyen was my nail tech for the mani, and he was great - very friendly and executed the design & shape I requested flawlessly. I made an appointment online that morning, came a few minutes early & was seen right away. For my pedicure, I had an older woman who was less talkative, but still warm & kind. I noticed a few other workers who seemed less friendly than Nguyen & this woman, so YMMV. Also, while it was fairly quiet when I arrived around 1:50 PM on a weekday, I noticed it got quite a bit busier around 3. Overall, I had a great experience and am very happy with my nails. I would definitely visit again!

The image shows a hand with well-maintained, long, almond-shaped nails painted in a light, neutral color. The middle finger has a glittery silver accent nail. The hand appears to be outdoors, with a plain, light-colored background and some greenery at the bottom edge of the image.

Love this place! I've been going to Perfect Nails for about three years. Everyone there is professional and talented - I've only had great experiences. Their selection of colors and options is massive. When it comes to specialty designs, the shop owners are both incredible. I'm also a big fan of the French manicure and Vivian is the absolute best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for nails.

The image shows a close-up of a person's hand with nails painted in a decorative swirl pattern. The nails have a clear or natural base with green and white curved lines creating an intricate design. The background is plain and neutral, emphasizing the detailed nail art.

I don't live in Rhode Island, but I might just have to because I am in love with my nails! I got my nails done here for the first time, and this place definitely tops the other salons I've been to. I am incredibly picky about the little details, but there was nothing to nitpick about with this set. My nails were filed evenly and shaped to my likings. The lines were sharp and crisp. I really appreciate my nail tech, Vivian, for being so attentive and for taking her time to make sure everything was perfected (hence the name of the place). I love the aesthetic, cleanliness, quality, professionalism, and overall service of the salon! I highly recommend Perfect Nails :D

Went in for a gel pedi and a French set. Was charged $95 but if I viewed the menu correctly, should've only been charged $88. For the prices, they are def not up to par. Not satisfied with my French set, cuticles were barely touched, & nails weren't even. Although I will say that my pedi was sufficient. This is not my usual nail salon, safe to say I won't risk trying out another location again. Save your money folks, go elsewhere. Updating my review! 24 hours with my French set and my thumb nail is already cracked lol

Always greeted with friendly service and love getting my nails done here when I am in the area!

The image shows a hand with pink glitter nail polish holding a person's finger. The background appears to be a towel or blanket with a soft, textured surface and some printed or patterned areas. The focus is on the hand and nails, with the background slightly blurred.

I've been here twice, and to my understanding there are two gentleman- a younger one and an older one. First time I went, I had the younger man and he is very sweet. He took his time. This most recent visit, I had the older gentleman. I arrived 7 minutes early so I knew I had enough time to pick a color without feeling rushed... well, that didn't matter to him. I was looking through the colors for about 30 seconds when he tells me to go sit. I let him know I'm still picking a color and he tells me to bring some of the samples to my seat (which I was totally fine with), however he tries to take one I was still thinking about out of my hand. Next, when I sat down, he started coughing. This lasted for a minute or so; no mask on, no covering his mouth. I let him know from the beginning I just wanted a gel polish change, yet he kept making remarks about "how much skin" was on my fingers (my cuticles are fine). The grand finale was when he aggressively filed my nails so hard that my pinky started to bleed. I pointed it out to him, asked for a bandage, and he just said "oh I'm sorry". At the end of filing, he sits back and goes "all done"... no cuticle cream. Whatever. I ask if I can wash my hands, he repeats "you're all done". Ooook... I go off to wash my hands quickly, and he's already leading the next customer to my seat. He picks up my phone and purse and hands it to me. Still no bandage offered for my finger, even after I asked. I was very disappointed... if you're going to come here, don't ever go to this man.

A close-up image shows a person's finger with a damaged fingernail that is chipped and uneven. The nail has some white powder or residue on the tip, and the skin around the nail appears slightly irritated or dry. The background consists of a tiled floor with a grid pattern, which is out of focus.

I walked in, and I was greated by a very unpleasant woman at the first station. Asked what I was there for & asked what colors I wanted. Pointed me in the direction of the gels and dropped her head.I had a hard time finding a design and the pink I wanted, at one point I was even looking at the same gel samples (oops well in my defense there are a lot of those little sample nails on 1 ring, riight ladies), that same unpleasant woman then looks up, ah those are the same. I awkwardly make the joke "at least I chose the same pink". She just looked especially annoyed and looked down. Okay then, ill just be over here, struggling. Finally I did choose my colors, and I also did pick a regular color to have changed on my toes, which I made clear to the gentleman who took me over to start my set. He said, "ok." I thought he would do that first, then do my nails. No. Anyway, so I did let him know right away, my hands and nails are very sensitive and will need him to be gentle. He was not. He cut me twice. The one I'm showing was the deeper one he did while shaping my nail; he continued on squeezing and filing. He did apologize, but sir, these are human hands, not meat to grind. Clearly, I was in pain. I asked him twice for something to help with the bleeding. But He was more concerned with his allergies. As a matter of fact, almost all the staff were sneezing and / or coughing. Take care of that before you come to work, please. At the end of my nails being done, he asked if I wanted my toes done. I said no twice. All I could think was no, I'm not staying here for another 20 minutes. My nails were shaped uneven; of course, I did not notice until after I left. The design is cute. But overall, I doubt I'll return nor recommend.

On June 13th I had an appointment to get my hair permed at Reviva Spa and Beauty Boutique by Linda…read moreTrudeau. I have never been to Linda before, so I sent her pictures of my hair (to see the length), and when we spoke on the phone I told her I had previously dyed my hair with product from Sally's in December. I have gotten a perm on long dyed hair before, and two different solutions were used on my hair, one for the virgin roots and one for the dyed ends. Linda told me the product she uses is for treated and untreated hair and that it shouldn't be a problem. The only stipulation I told her before coming in, was that I did not want to cut off any length. *these are facts, no opinion involved in those statements* When perming my hair, she used a smaller sized rod on my hair. Since my hair is long, she didn't want the weight of my hair to loosen the perm faster. This makes sense, except for the fact that my hair is way too long to put the entire length on just one rod and expect the solution to penetrate deep enough for the ends to curl. I'm not the 'professional' here, so I just trust her judgement. After my entire head is curled, she starts applying the solution to my head, during which she got solution in my eye. Once she was finished she said, "well I went over your entire head twice, so hopefully that'll be enough to curl it". Not exactly inspiring confidence, but again i'm not the 'professional'. She brings me to the sink to wash out the solution and take out the rods. Now at this point in a normal perm you are supposed to apply what is called a neutralizer that helps the hair follicle close (the perm solution opens the follicle to allow it to become curly). Linda did NOT do this to my hair. By the time I got home, my hair was fully dried and I noticed that the ends seemed pretty straight. I assume this is just because she brushed my hair out to trim it, and perms never look good on the first day. I texted Linda to inform her and she told me it was probably the brushing and to wet my hair. I wait 48 hours and then wash my hair. Here's where things take a turn. I send Linda pictures to show her that my ends are still straight, and ask how we can fix this. She calls me and says how she 'does good perms' and 'this never happens'. That's fine, people mess up. I just wanted it fixed. We ended the call with her agreeing to re-perm the bottom half of my head and she is going to call me back when she has an opening for me to come back in. About 20 minutes later, she texts me and just says how it looks like it didn't take because of the color that was on my ends. She is now not only not agreeing to re-perm my hair, but continues to blame me for not being honest about the products I used, and is only willing to cut my hair to "see if it will bounce up". Remember when I said the only thing I didn't want to do was cut my hair? She refused to even give me a partial credit, because "I'm not responsible for something you did at home that compromised your ends". This obviously infuriates me, because I sent her pictures of my hair ahead of time and went out of my way to tell her I dyed my hair around 6 months ago with product from Sally's so she would know going into perming my hair. We end our texting exchange with the screen shot you can see attached to this post. Every text she sent was as unprofessional as this one. She never took an ounce of culpability in the results of my hair, and was rude and dismissive. I spoke to two other hair professionals, both of whom said my ends were perfectly fine, and that she shouldn't have put all of my hair on one rod and instead have done what's called a piggy back technique. The first picture is what my hair looked like wet and dried after Linda permed it. And the second picture is my hair wet and dried after Marilyn re-permed the ends for me. Please note that Marilyn did not remove any color or do anything to my hair because re-perming the ends. As you can see, my ends are in fact NOT compromised as the perm took perfectly and I have the curled hair I should have gotten from Linda in the first place. I only ever asked for HALF of my money back so I could get it fixed. They refused and continued to deny any fault. I will note that the salon owner offered me 3 products to try to help my hair, which I appreciated but it the bare minimum that should have happened.

I asked for only a little trim because I'm growing my hair out from a pixie and I SPECIFICALLY told her I did NOT want the layers on the left (fuller) side of my hair shorter than the right side. She started cutting and I mentioned she was cutting a lot off, she simply said it was dead and she had to so I let it go. I was sad but I let it go. I declined a blow dry and went home with wet hair. When my hair dried not only did I realize the inches she took off, but what did I discover?! The layers on the left side of my hair are WAY SHORTER than the right side!
