Shaving causes me to swell, itch & burn so I had turned to waxing the past 7 years. FINALLY I made the decision to look into laser hair removal. Comparing the cost of waxing every month for the rest of my life & the cost of laser hair, it made sense to go with laser hair removal. I am 3 sessions in and I have no more in-growns!!!! To anyone considering getting this done I highly recommend 10/10 to do so ESPECIALLY here. The staff is amazing & I am so happy I did my research & found such a great business to support!

I mean it people! She's just awesome. She's, neat, clean, extremely professional, honest and loyal. I've done my lip, brows, under arms and yes, my bikini line. It's sooo worth it. It's one one the best things I've ever done for myself! It does require a little diligence and patience. But I'm telling you it's so nice not to have underarm hair that can make you stinky. Sorry for the TMI. If you are tired of unwanted hair, and tired of non permanent hair removal, please give her a call. You will not regret it!

We went here for myself and ongoing for my son…read more The professionals we have seen have been excellent, kind and compassionate. I feel confident in their treatment. We never have trouble making an appointment for a time that fits our needs. Additionally - I feel their Covid policies are excellent. There is an air purifier in the waiting room, temp checks upon entering (which IMO only give piece of mind but no actual confidence of lack of virus) and diligently wash pens. I have noticed on occasion that windows were open to increase the air flow, and the office is warm and toasty every time. I am usually terrible at keeping appointments - but with Aspire it is easy. We are always in and out, today I barely sat down before they called us in. In the event of snow cancellation I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to reschedule to accommodate. The only thing keeping it from a five star is the one time I went in and they told me my referral had expired (it hadn't for that visit but the first girl made it sound like it had) and they also wanted me to tell them what insurance is primary - which has always been an issue and when I call both companies I have gotten different answers. Some billing departments figure it out on their own. One insurance company told me to have our pediatrician bill both as primary and see which one works. I now know it's a DOB thing, but at the time someone asks me I'm always thinking your guess is as good as mine.
