The polish color changed in a weird way and I called them to see if it would be possible to get it fixed and they got me in right away. Not only did they let me choose a new color, they confirmed the precious color and immediately discarded it so that no other customers would have the same issue. My mom and I have easily been visiting Veronica for 17 years. She is so sweet and does amazing art work.
