I enjoy coming to this nail salon the owner is so sweet and even though she was on vacation. Micheal did my pedi/ mani he was amazing, from the shaping to message to nail polish on my toes and he did a 4 min foot message he touched the trigger spots. The mani was just as a nice experience. He took his time and at the end you always get a two minute shoulder message. There are plenty of chairs and techs available. The polish section is not to bad. On your birthday they give you a discount gift certificate for your next visit. I can't vouch for the quality of work because I ended up leaving before much was done as a result of the misleading pricing. While they advertised at the time that a dip powder set was $40 you couldn't actually go there and get the service done for $40. For example, no matter what shape you wanted your nails they charged an up charge for shaping. This isn't an optional service that you can opt out of and pay the posted rate therefore I feel that's misleading. There was a number of up charges for things normally done as part of the service. I respect that they have a right to price their services as they see fit. I just wish they were a little bit more transparent. Even in the businesses reply to the review they are misleading. They first deny having any of these upcharges and then do a conversation play by play, where they justify why they have these up charges. I'm confused. read more

The lady that did my toes started cutting them right away and she made them so short its at the level of my skin. She also cut the first toe crooked on both feet. She didn't even ask me if I wanted them cut or filed. All the nails are so short it's painful. This has now turned into one of the worst experiences I've had. Alice stopped taking appointments as she only helps when needed - not a problem even though this was never communicated and I was just switched to another tech without communication. Lynn, who was great at one point has become quite rude. Rude I can take but to cut a CHUNK of my skin off to the point that I am bleeding and about to actually faint, is absolutely unacceptable. While I'm about to visibly faint and asking for a cold towel, she keeps painting my nails like nothing happened. Nobody came over to check on me as I'm trying lower my head to my knees and sweating profusely. No apology. Only thing I got was Lynn telling me not to book there anymore and Jason just staring at me and charging me for the service. read more

I am beyond devastated... I felt like I found the perfect salon, great products, clean, timely. I found the perfect nail artist, her name is Grace and she was able to do these extremely intricate designs for me all by hand. She had the most incredible line work and anytime I was complimented on my nails I sent everybody that asked to the salon. I told them ask for Grace because she's so talented and so great. I called today to schedule my biweekly appointment with her and was told she no longer works there. I've only been seeing her for about a month, and totally wish I got her number or Instagram or something. I will miss you Grace. I had recommended the salon to a friend, because she was obsessed with the types of designs I would get and when she went in and showed a photo of her much simpler design than those shown below, they told her it was not something they would be able to do. Just got my nails done and immediately had to write a review of my experience because it was too much. This MUST have been an off day for the nail tech because my goodness. If you're so tired you can't function then don't go to work! I enjoyed the ambience. It's neat and clean and very quiet. A good place to relax. That's what one of the two stars are for. The second star is because I like the way my pedicure looks. But that's about it. During my pedicure the male nail tech (wasn't Tony) who I didn't get the name of because he didn't respond when I asked, and wasn't wearing a name tag, was falling asleep. It started off with yawning and eventually full on head nod with his hands slipping off of my feet during the massage. At one point I had to wake him up and ask if he was ok. That seemed to jolt him up since his colleague started talking to him in a scolding tone of a voice. Once the pedicure was done I went to get my DIP Mani. I asked for shorter nails and he went ahead and cut the first nail up until my nailbed and there was no turning back. Which sucked because now all the nails are super short AND the process of DIP Mani requires more filing so you can see the nailbed now on all my fingernails. He filed them so much that my skin started to burn. The icing on the cake was when we went over the cuticles a second time he cut a piece and I wouldn't stop bleeding. Haven't had that happen at a nail salon in a long time. This was my first DIP manicure and my fingernails look so short like nubs and the color is dull (which I believe is just how dip manis are). Luckily nails grow back but beware! My mani and pedi cost $70 total and I don't believe this was worth the $70. read more

My favorite nail salon, by far. Every time I go, it's such a clean, quiet, and welcoming environment. Almost every tech does an amazing job, and I always love my nails! The only thing I would be cautious about is that there are a couple of younger techs who don't always do the best job, BUT, it is clear they are trying their best, and they are caring and kind. I would just hate to see them have a Karen as a customer that would prevent them from their practice. So if you are very particular about your nails, I suggest asking for Sunnie or one of the older techs. Regardless, this salon is irreplaceable in my eyes--I will never go anywhere else. read more

I am a travel nurse and have been to many nail salons in Iowa, Maine, and Rhode Island this far. This was my second nail salon in Rhode Island and from here on out it will be my only salon! I came into the salon I was kindly greeted, I picked an upgraded pedicure (reluctant as every salon always wants you to pick a more expensive pedicure, but never meets my expectations). The pedicure was AMAZING! From the detailed massage by Sunnie (this was above and beyond any massage I have EVER had) to the paraffin wax and perfect polish! Next I had the Gel Dip manicure, Summer was an EXPERT! I've had this done at many salons and no one did as well as she did! At the end I received a shoulder massage with hot pads, hand/arm massage and paraffin hand dip. I never felt rushed through, both Sunnie and Summer were kind, friendly, and experts at what they do! I love this place! After trying two other nail salons in Warwick I found this one to be way above the best. I got a dip manicure and Sunny was my technician. We had great conversation and they include a massage on the shoulders and hands and arms. She was great. Sunny also had to take calls while doing my nails and had a great system for it. She had headphones in for calls and didn't have to get up once. They gave me water as well. The atmosphere was so nice. Sunny was also very nice to a walk in that was not in a great mood. It had been months since I'd gotten my last manicure because of the pandemic. I was getting desperate and saw that this place was open, so I made an appointment. I was kind of nervous about going out and getting my nails done because of the virus, but they did such an amazing job making me feel safe. The nail technician was wearing a disposable gown, hair covering, and mask; plus, there was a plastic sheet hanging between us. I washed my hands immediately upon entering and they took every precaution to make sure equipment was clean and customers were properly distanced. I'm really sad to sad that today was my last time visiting this salon. I have been coming to the salon every month since my first review in 2018. I made an appointment today for a friend and myself and it was an awful and embarrassing experience. The treatment we received was shocking. I called about 20 minutes before my appointment to let them know that I was running a few minutes behind but I would be no more than 5 to 10 minutes. The owner Summer said " try your best to get here on time because we have another appointment at 1" I found this to be a little confusing because every time I had a nail appointment here I would be there for at least two hours getting the same service each time which is a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I never minded the wait because it was truly a spa experience and very relaxing.. today however was the complete opposite. When we arrived the owner automatically had a bad tone obviously annoyed that we were a few minutes late. My friend had requested dip and the owner refuse claiming that they would not have enough time because they had another appointment at 1 PM. Mind you we were the only two clients in the entire salon for a good 40 minutes. My friend had agreed for a gel manicure. As we were getting our pedicures the two nail technicians provided our service within 10 minutes. I have never had a relaxing pedicure for 10 minutes. My friend began her nail service however she also requested tips be put on the owner walked over and said again they would not have time but if she wanted to they would charge her $20 extra... with every right my friend unfortunately canceled the rest of her appointment because of frustration of the mind game that the owner was playing with her and trying to charge extra for services that they automatically offer to begin with. As I was finishing up my appointment which was well over an hour at this point a client walked in and apologized for being "so late" and the owner was extremely understanding with her told her not to worry about it and asked if she would like dip or gel? At that point I became disgusted. The fact that my friend had been sitting there for about 40 minutes waiting for my appointment to finish and they declined to provide a service to her while they sat there was so disappointing to witness. I am so heartbroken to have witnessed this happening at my favorite nail salon. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I will say nail tech Sunnie is amazing she is always so kind and gentle and very professional. The owner, Summer, should learn some manners. I felt completely undervalued as a frequent customer. It was totally understanding that they were having a busy day but the fact that she was so extremely rude to us is what upset me more than anything. read more

I never ever leave reviews for anything so this is my first. I'm so pleased with my manicure that I am just compelled to leave one. I'm a complete DIP newbie and was intrigued by the claims that is is way better than gel when as it less damaging to the nails. Having done gel manicures for years I figured I'd give this a try and I am shook! My nails have never looked this good. To top it off, Summer was an absolute delight. She was so welcoming and pleasant. The place does natural nails only (no acrylics) which is an added bonus for me. It is spotless and is right next door to my office. The biggest draw of this place is the 5-minute massage that comes with every manicure you get. A bonus is that even in the Winter, they have longer hours than most on a Sunday. That is, in fact, how I found them. I was desperate to get my nails done and it was already 5 minutes to 5PM. I called and they happily took me in since they close at 6PM. Imagine that. They have those punch card promotions to encourage regular visits. Clean place. If you are willing to shell an average of $3 more per service vs. the other nail places in the area, because of that massage and spaciousness, this is a good place to patronize.
