I typically request an appointment online and despite doing so unless it is early in the morning the appointment always runs much longer than necessary due to how busy they are. I'm not sure if it is due to overbooking or just allowing too many walk-ins, but I have definitely had to wait over 20 minutes for an appointment I made in advanced which is unacceptable. Charming nail is one of the only salons in the area which offers dazzle dry, but the consistency of the service is all over the place. Some technicians follow the dazzle dry procedures perfectly which results in a long lasting manicure, but others don't and my nails chip less than 24 hours after being done. This is frustrating when I'm spending $30 plus tip for something that doesn't last. Especially when I'm getting nails done for a special event. Overall the vibe of the salon is good and the people are nice, but I do hope this lapse in recent service rectifies itself so that I can feel confident in going back.

This the only place I will take my retired Veteran to get his feet and nails done correctly. He tried many places. now we can both get our nails done without making two different salons appointments. Staff is friendly. Hard working . I have Hyperthyroidism and hypertension which makes my nail bed thin and split. Other place would make my nail bed worst and painful. I always tip, but I don't love being asked because it can feel a little uncomfortable or like an expectation. I also wish the massage portion of the pedicure was a little better. It's more of a quick rub of your feet and legs rather than an actual massage. That said, you're paying less here than you would at many other salons, so I think it's important to set your expectations accordingly. If you're looking for an affordable, clean salon where you can get a basic pedicure without spending a ton of time or money, I definitely recommend it.
