I've been coming here for a while now and although my experience has been good for the most part, my last appointment was rushed. The manicurist appeared annoyed. This time I did not have an appointment, and although I understand that you may be busy, I was brushed off with " sorry we can't take you". Although, three staff members were just sitting there, no attempt to accommodate an established client. Again, it was the bad attitude that bothered me. The service is not cheap, costing $100+, and I've always tipped well. So I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I went to this salon to get nails done for my prom. I got French tips done with an extension and dip. My nail tech was so nice and did a great job! She took her time and even re-did the glitter stripe I wanted multiple times to make sure it resembled my reference photo. This salon was also cheaper compared to other places I've been! The salon isn't the fanciest or newest, but my gel manicure was great. Pedicure wasn't anything special, but I got it for $20 for the monday special, so I'm fine with it. The monday special is a great deal! I got both for $40. I was a little worried about some large ants I saw crawling in the waiting area. Maybe it's a cultural thing i'm unaware of but very confused by the doughnuts and coffee on the floor (see photo)... The nail techs speak little english but are very friendly and used close attention to detail for my gel polish. If you're looking for an inexpensive decent nail job on a monday, this just might be the spot for you. read more

I decided to stop by since I wanted a quick manicure. The shop is located off a busy throughfair and parking is curbside. My nail technician was very friendly and not to talkative, which I liked because I really didn't feel like having a whole conversation. She was very respectful of my space and allowed me to relax as she did my nails. She took amazing care with nails and the polish selection is varied, so you have a lot to choose from. I chose the gel polish and amazingly enough it has lasted over a week long, which has held up better than the gel polish that I have gotten in the past that only lasted one week. The price is very affordale...my manicure came up to $25 To include the gel polish. I am definitely a returning customer. read more

I've been here 4 times now and have had a great experience every time! I have only been to Tee so I can't speak for anyone else, but she does an amazing job. I get a gel manicure and it lasts at least two weeks every time. Plus this have a Monday special for a $20 gel manicure!! I used to love this place, hence the great review. However the last three times I have tried to go they have confirmed my appointment and then when I get there they're all booked and say they can take me in 10 minutes but it always ends up getting pushed back to the point where I have to leave because I don't have time. This is a decent place in downtown Warren to get your nails done. Only on street parking available at this location. They take reservations but I'm not sure how strictly they honor appointments. It costs about $45 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The last couple of times I've gone I think they put a little too much polish on my toes because even after waiting for 30 minutes, they have smudged both times. read more

Walked in and requested a gel fill. It wasn't until my polish was off and she filed my nails down that they informed me they only did acrylic nails. So I went on with my fill (regret), the nail tech then informed me she would only charge my for a polish change. No prices were listed on the wall so when my boyfriend went to pay it totaled $17. I was so dependent on Jazzy to wax my eyebrows for over 7 years and lately this place has been terrible. I only trusted Jazzy to do a great job on my eye brows but now she has another girl that does it, she does a good job but that is not the problem I'm having here. They are so unreliable. Over this past summer Jazzy went on vacation and the girls she had running the shop while she was away were terrible and turned me away because they were too busy. This past month I have gone by Jazzy's 4 times to get my eye brows waxed, and called. They have no notice over the phone or on the door indicating why they are closed. I have been going during regular hours and they just aren't open. Unfortunately I've had to take my business elsewhere because I just can't keep waiting for them to open when they feel like it. read more

I have driven by this place a million times and gave it a try today for the first time. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. I got one of the best pedicures and manicures I ever had. My reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that parking is difficult to find and they do not give complimentary chair massages like many salons in the area. read more

This place isn't five stars but it's close. They are reasonably fast, inexpensive ($12 for a regular manicure), do a good job, and have plenty of personnel on hand so that you don't have to wait. They don't accept credit cards, but they do accept cash and debit. You can't put the tip on your debit card. For this reason, I docked them one star (I never have cash!). They do spa pedicures, waxing, and whitening here and there looks to be space for about 6 people to get their nails done and 3 people to get their toes done. I would come back, but I don't prefer it over my favorite place in Barrington, Detail. read more

This place is disgusting. Cleanliness is a problem, hygiene is highly suspect. Didn't wash hands between customers and def didn't wash tools between. Flies everywhere. A different tech worked on my hands between a client while she has her other client's dremmel nail shards on her hands. place is gross - not sure how it has a 4 star rating. Too many other places to go to get your nails done. I got a mani; would never get a pedi here. Courteous but won't come back. Didn't even have paper towels stocked. After realizing that my current nail salon wasnt putting in full effort, I decided to try somewhere new. I got a shellac/gel manicure, and was happy with the results! The lady doing my nails made sure i was satisfied with the shape of my nails, the color, the design was what I wanted, the color covered my entire nail, and that they were perfect. We were reassured that if we werent satisfied to come back- and if our nails started to chip to come back and they would fix them for us. They filed my nails down so short and crooked after asking many times to fix the shape and they still don't look good, each nail was a different shape and length. They did 4 coats of gel making them SO thick and the finish was bubbly. The cost of the manicure was more than any place I've ever paid for gel. I wasn't satisfied in any way. read more

I tried Jazzy nails a few times only because they do a deal on Mondays for gel manicures. But spending $10 less that other salons is not worth having to worry about getting hep c. This salon is dirty. I dislike having to wonder if the tools are clean. This place needs a serious cleaning or renovation. The furniture is falling apart and stained. They don't use plastic liners in the pedicure baths like other salons. They don't use sterilization pouches for the tools (you'll notice other salons open a fresh pouch before they work on your nails). The barbicide they do have on the work station..looks like it hasn't been changed in ages. Last time I went in they worked on my nails with a dirty paper towel on the station with someone else's nail clippings still on it. YUCK! read more

NOPE! Two stars is me being nice. First time I have been here since the new managment. I got a full set with gel polish, and my nails were SO messed up. There was no way for me to sit there and have her redo my nails to be in pain. Most of my nails were all different lengths and crooked. Now after spending WAY more money that a full set should cost I'm left with unpleasant nails that I had to reshape myself to look decent. Please.. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Truly exceptional service and experience. I went here in August for a pedicure and was very impressed. I have tried many places for nails and this is by far the best. John, the owner, is very kind and always accommodating with fitting in last minute appointments. Ami, the nail technician, is excellent with her exfoliation, shaping, and polishing. My nails still look perfect and feet are soft and smooth over a month later! I felt very welcomed and at home as a new client and was given a very thorough and relaxing treatment. I go every 2-3 weeks for a gel mani- the manicures easily last 3 weeks & ive never had chipping, my nails simply grow out.
