My sister called one day to make an appt and he said "no time bye" Horrible service. I went two days ago and got dip powder (I usually have no issues with this), it chipped two HOURS later and all of them had intense cracks. manager who is rude did my nails and got up at least ten times during my appt to tend to other customers. So I naturally thought maybe he forgot a step during the process so that's why they weren't lasting. I called the next day to tell him, i went in and he said "i fix only one nail" i said no please fix all. He PAINTED OVER THE CHIPS AND CRACKS and sent me on my way. Next day: cracked again i called for a refund and he said "no refunds here bye" and hung up. Everyone in customer service knows that the patient/client/customer is ALWAYS right. I explained that I was just there when i went back and this never happens usually and he just kept saying "it's your nails, not our stuff, no refund if cracked" Did I mention he was answering the phone multiple times during my appt?? One day my card was declined because I had a bank issue and he said "you have no money" (so loudly) I said "please stop and allow me to use another card" and he started huffing and talking under his breath in Chinese as if he were talking about me. I went to this nail salon for years when I lived in Riverside. Each time I called the owner got a little ruder. Like I was wasting his time calling to make an apt. I have not gone back in a year due to the last time calling and getting an attitude about specifically asking for a certain person. Just say no. They do a great job at a very reasonable cost and my dip nails last 3-4 weeks and I'm pretty rough on my nails (they could go longer but I dont like the grow-out). Prices are quite reasonable and I'm happy with the service provided. $30 for pedicure (+ $5 for gel removal, standard and expected). This included a whole foot paraffin treatment, 10 min foot massage, and a 3 min back massage. I hadn't been planning on a pedicure tonight and they even gave me a pair of flip flops at no cost. They are clean and professional. The wax dipping they offer as part of their basic mani or pedi is a really nice touch. I do not live in Riverside but my friend recommended this place to me! I am so glad she did, they are amazing. Ambience is perfect, they do not have a overpowering acetone smell when you walk in. It feels relaxing looks so clean, the colors are neutral which really help you feel at ease. The waterfall, stone detail on the wall and wood plank wall really are beautiful. The stations are spaced nicely so you don't feel like stuffed sardines while your sitting, they really did a great job with the decor. They offer so many color choices, I got a gel manicure but debated if I should do powder. I've never see so many powder colors at one location!! They take great pride in their color selection and have them for you to see and the plastic swatches for you to see how it looks when painted. The services they offer really set this place apart. For the same price as other places you get paraffin wax, a massage and different scrubs on your legs & hands. I've never had my whole foot dipped in paraffin wax but it was something I didn't know I needed. I feel I've been getting jipped all these years going to different saloons and not getting these services. The foot massage was amazing, I got the package deal they offer so $70.00 you get a gel manicure & deluxe pedicure ( you chose between honey or lemon). I visited T nails on a tip from a friend, and I realize now I was lucky to be seen. The biggest trouble with this place is unless you plan your life weeks in advance - you'll never get your manicure. I had a gel manicure done. It took 30 minutes. The young woman worked quickly and efficiently, but I just can't understand why a place like this isnt accepting walk ins or how they never have any openings. Pros: The manicure was decent. It lasted, despite being an unusual nail polish brand I was unfamiliar with. But the problem now is... I can't get an appointment to even get it off. They are always super busy but they don't rush to get to the next appointment they take their time and did an amazing job on my mani. It was my first time going to this salon, and let me tell you, it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I didn't like the service or the quality of the pedicure. The guy didn't even clean my cuticles or shape them well, and when he was filing the nails, he was sloppy and hurt my toes. The whole pedicure was rushed. I just don't understand why they said okay to the service if they had other appointments coming in. Finally found my nail salon in RI! Super affordable for great quality service. My nail tech (Jenny) was super sweet and attentive and did my nails perfectly. Today I went with my mother who uses a cane and they refused to make accommodations and would have forced us to pay full price until I said something. When I mentioned my dismay they became rude and I had three employees talking/yelling at me all at once. I didn't wish to provide a tip but was told that I had to tip, which is definitely not true, but I just wanted to leave at that point so I gave a few dollars. I will not be returning and I feel that it would have been better business to remove a few dollars for the skipped paraffin rather than trying to skip it and have me pay full price; my mother does not come here and she did not the service was included. Every nail tech I have had has been focused, skilled and efficient - which I appreciate having been to other nail salons where they have been distracted, seeming not to care about the job etc. I honestly believe this is the best dip manicure around and they get you in and out without compromising the quality. I get that he's in a hurry, but he needs to work on his manners and how he interacts with customers. It also makes me concerned about how he might treat his staff. I have been coming here for 6 months or so.. and initially was thrilled with their service and quality however that quickly changed as I noticed several things that turned me off with my last time there being the very last and I will never return. First off, I find it hard to chose what color I want for my gel manicure and I quickly picked up on the fact that when you walk in here.. even if your early typically whoever is doing your service will literally stand and wait and hover. I've even witnessed them doing it to other clients while I've been getting my nails done myself. Totally not necessary. And ultimately they really don't have too many color choices.. Atleast not compared to many other salons I've been to which makes that choice that much harder. I understand that they are a small shop but if you get either of two that basically run the shop, you will get constant interruptions from phone calls to people being cashed out. Not fantastic but it is what it is to a degree. Unless you go somewhere that has a dedicated receptionist to answer the phone ect. All of the other negative reviews that speak to the manager being rude are dead on. And that's why I will never return. Because of my first reason of not wanting to deal with someone up my ass or picking their colors, I chose to bring my own gel polish. This isn't the first time I've done this here. However the male manager never once made an issue about it up until I left she came back because the polish hasn't cured properly and there were smudges on several nails. He instantly blamed me that I must not have had my hand in the machine and that it was the color I brought and next time I was to use their colors. Now I realize the brand I had brought does sometimes have issues.. he's right. However I would have preferred he respectfully refuse using that polish from the beginning then being rude and putting the blame on my at the end. I'll bring my service someplace that deserves it.. oh and when people call asking for an appointment.. just saying sorry no time and hanging up is their MO. Even when I've been flexible and just want to know WHEN they would have time.. they rush you off the phone. Word of advice: go elsewhere. read more

Been coming to this salon for years. I had a beautiful set of UV Gel nails placed that lasted a month before there was lifting, or any popping off. Went in for a UV Gel fill, everything looked good at first. Less than 12 hours later, sitting on the couch watching TV I noticed there was lifting to several nails. Called the salon was agreeable to fix them. The fixing job I felt was rushed, and like it was an inconvenience. When I got home I noticed the tips were all lumpy, wavy, sharp and uneven. Later in the night, looked like there was dried glue around the nail beds, because they glued the lifted nails then put a light layer of gel on top, and they started to lift again!!! If I wanted to just glue them down and put a little UV gel on top I could have done that at home. After the second time them lifting, it's safe to say I will not go back. In all the years I would treat myself to my nails, I have never had this problem. read more

I am absolutely thrilled with my visit here. I felt bad like I was cheating on my regular salon but I quickly felt no guilt once I sat down. Tim told me to have a seat and it would be about a ten minute wait. Ten minutes actually meant ten minutes. I needed a complete do over of my nails because I was a mess. He took the time and went above my expectations. The atmosphere was very relaxing. No phone ringing to interrupt the calm. The tv was on very low and the music was at the perfect volume. The paraffin wax was nothing I had ever experienced. Literally, I've never had this done before. Out of all the manicures I've had done, this is just about as perfect as it could be.
