I should have known better I booked an appointment which I was 10 minutes early she took me 10 minutes late which was fine let my feet soak for 30 minutes while finishing another client then came back to me worked on one foot then walked away to finish her without a word!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. My girlfriend went to get her nails done and it looks like a 5th grader did them with their eyes closed. On top of that, the artist John that was doing her nails had a cut on his hand and bled onto her hands and painted over it as seen in the picture. This violates many health violations and honestly is embarrassing that they still have a business. I called back and was denied a refund and was yelled at for giving honest feedback about the nails. Looking to pay $65 to get bled on and have nails done that look absolutely terrible, this is your place!!! Please go to other places to save your time and money. The staff is friendly. But I went in for a full set and pedicure and it was probably the worse pedicure ever. Even though he was super thoughtful. My feet were not scrubbed like usual the paint job was not neat that he painted my toe and didn't remove the polish. They're always so polite and professional. I've been coming here for years. It's harder to walk in but just make an appointment and it's a breeze. My gel nails with a French manicure lasts for weeks. I'm though on my hands, the fact Molly can make my nails look good for 3 weeks straight is a miracle. Pedicures are also great. Come during the week and avoid the crazies on the weekends. I've been coming here for years. Dylan, Sophie, John and Chloe are all incredible! They work around each other to ensure they can take my three girls and I together so we aren't waiting around. The whole staff is super friendly and accommodate any requests my girls and I have no matter how crazy the design. I'm very particular about my fingernails I like them to stay natural so Dylan is always nice enough to just polish them for me so they match my toes instead of trying to get me to add additional services. I had the absolute worst experience with this nail salon. Called and made an appointment. Arrived at designated appointment time later that morning. They said I had not called and would not be able to accommodate me. I had driven a half hour for that appointment. I even showed them that I had called. They all ignored me and refused to help and were incredibly rude. I have never had such an awful experience with any type of service and I have nails/hair etc. done about once a week. Called a place further down the road and they took me right in. The place also smells and is dirty. I would not recommend going there. Do not go here. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years all of the sudden one person was charging me $30 more to get my nails done then another women working there so I started seeing someone else. Then I would make appts and get there and they would only have time to fulfill half my appointment So just my nails and not my toes and today I was 5 minutes late because my son shit all over the place before I left and they didn't take me over being 5 min late but it's cool when they are running 10-15 min behind and you have to wait for them. My friend and I called before and asked if we could have powder dip nails and we were told yes we can do that. While my nails came out not the best but okay my friend received this treatment. 1 hour and 30 minutes. He began doing the dip and was drilling and filing her nails to the point it started bleeding. He than began to put GEL on top of the powder because "it was breaking". This is not what ANC dip powder is. And this is certainly not how he should have left the nails. He took her nails out of the gel light after being in there for 15 minutes(burned her cuticles)put cuticle oil on her nails and said have a good day and walked away from her. $40 dollars for this work? Never again.. if you don't know what your doing, or messed up just simply own up to it. read more

Pedicure was okay - the polish looks great, but they spent very little time compared to other salons on lotions, scrubs, and leg/foot massages. I also didn't witness a lot of sanitation procedures, and the clippers she used on me definitely didn't come out of one of the sterile packages. read more

Horrible customer service!!!! I made a pedicure appointment for 9:30 am, after a few minutes I was seated in hot water. After 35 minutes of sitting there with the employees taking other customers I finally stated that my appointment time and that I had been waiting. I was approached several minutes later and told that it's going to be a few more minutes. At this point it was 10:15 and I had been soaking for almost 40 minutes. I understand if they are running behind but it was completely unprofessional to keep taking other customers. No one apologized or basically acknowledged their mistake. Went in to get a pedicure and manicure and had an appt at 11 and did not get serviced until 12. They never keep appointments and there's a lot of confusion on who will take which customer. Stopped here with my mother for pedicures and we were the first people waiting. After about 20 minutes my mother goes. I wait another 10 as a few more people come in and wait. Apparently there is no care by the employees about who came first. An employee comes over and asks the woman sitting a few seats from me what she's waiting for and goes ahead and takes her. I became instantly enraged, as well as the other woman who was waiting and got there before her. Also, shame on that woman who KNEW she came way later than us. The employees didn't seem to care about this and the aggravation it caused so me and my mother ended up leaving. They kinda just told us "whatever, you'll be next." They didn't even acknowledge or care that it was frustrating to us clearly waiting longer. ALSO, as I was waiting I was watching everyone "clean" their pedicure tubs -- a squirt of Lysol and a spray of the water. Definitely didn't seem very sanitary to me. If I could give this nail place lower than a one star I would this was by far my worst nail salon experience by far. I made an appointment for at 2 pm for 2 mani pedis plus a dip polish, but they gave my spot to two other ladies next to me even though I was present and early to my appointment! I even came in before them! I had to wait over 40 minutes to get my nails done and talked to the other at least 3 times when she proceeded to scream at me about her car which was unrelated to my nails and proceeded to tell me 5 more minutes. Finally when I went to walk out they took me for my appointment. Then the lady took 15 minutes to find my nail color which was not even the correct color I had picked out. The lady was on her phone throughout the appointment and kept getting up throughout the appointment to do who knows what. After my first hand was done, I said this isn't the color I had picked out and she said they did not have it and picked out another one similar which it was not. I had originally picked out a sea foam color but she had done my nails a puke see-through green. I nicely asked the lady if I could pick out another color because it was not the one I had picked out but she refused. This was a terrible nail job with yellow spots in my manicure which I had waited hours to get. I have been going here for at least the past 6 years. I have never had any problems. I always see Kim or Linda for my nails, which they do exceptionally well. Sonny is always good for a laugh and John is my go to when my girls are in Vietnam on vacation. As for pedicures, treat yourself to the deluxe. Have you ever got a mud mask on yours legs? If not you're not living! They recently remodeled and got all new table stations with built-in lights for gel and shellac manicures. I can't believe how rude the service was tonight. We usually love it here but they were just outright rude to us tonight. We went for pedicures and the water for my friend was scorching hot and mine was cold as well as my other friends. They told us the wait would be 15 min when actually we waited 45 min before we asked about the wait and she talked to us like we were idiots! I go there all the time. I think the review from 2011 is fake. This place is always crowded so if it was like the 2011 review they would be out of business by now. Anyway who books last minute for their wedding. Most of the time you have to make an appointment here. I have never had anything wrong and they do a great job with my real nails and my pedicures. I would recommend Nails Today to anyone. The staff is friendly and they take good care of me. I have Reth. She spends a lot of time with me and makes sure I am happy before I leave. The nail polish is not old and I love the massage chairs. They don't give you anything that you don't want. They do want you to be happy and they take pride in their work. This place is fully staffed with at least 10 people working. That is how much business they have. My pedicures last 3 weeks and I get the gel nails and they last 3 weeks without a chip in them.
