I didn't even realize this wonderful salon was across the street from my eye health vision wear. Until that one day I happen to look up over my phone and noticed the salon across the way,It was the best surprise everrrr! When you enter the salon The ladies greet you upon arrival and make you feel right at home. I went home and told my daughter all about the salon. I booked appointment for my daughter and she loved the salon. Wendy and Kaitlyn are wonderful ladies who do beautiful work!!

I decided to do a light brown as a base, and get chrome on top. The chrome she put on my nails was gold, and did not blend well, as you can see in the picture. The shape was not what I asked for. I showed a reference photo of an almond, rounded nail, and she almost gave me a coffin shape. Also, my cuticles were horrendous, and she did not clean them up after my service was done. The following day, I called the salon to come in and for them to fix my nails, considering the lines on the bottom of each nail. Because of their closing time, I was not able to go, and ended up going somewhere else for a color change. In the end, I paid $70 for this set, without a tip. I do not recommend. Also, the picture was taken as soon as I left the salon.

My mom and I wanted to try this place out when we walked in everything was fine mind you this is…read moreour first time being here so me and my mom were sitting there for about 10 minutes then the lady called us over and asked what we wanted so my mom told her that I wanted French tip coffin no design she went back to talk to Kim and Kim came to my nails and looked at them and told my mom ok 65$ and I had tried previously to do my own acrylic at home so she asked if I was doing a refill I said no that I just wanted them to take off the nails I had on before and do a fresh set and she said ok 65 so about 5 or so min she called me over she soaked the acrylic nails I tried doing my self and she told me to wait 30 minutes which turned to an hour so she was doing this other lady's nails and she told me that one of the other girls were going to take my nails off and then she will do them but the girl was doing someone else's nails and then after about another hour she made one of the other lady's do my take down and also do my nails which me and my mom had no problem with but this lady first off didn't know English so there was a big communication barrier she continuously cut me with the sanding band and e file she cut me four times and she was getting really close to my cuticles which hurt a lot!!! Even till this morning I feel like someone is putting a push pin into my fingers so after about 1/6 hours she finished doing my nails and Kim kept coming over And saying anything to make you happy so when the lady was almost done my mom went over to pay mind you Kim said 65$ for my nails nothing more nothing less so my mom was also going to tip 5 $ so kim pulled out her little price book she told my mom 65$ for nails and 15$!! an extra charge she didn't even tell my mom about until the end of the service so my mom proceeded to ask why she is getting charaged and extra 15 dollars kim explained that they don't do free takedowns my mom was saying that Kim should of negotiated that from the beginning of the service so she could decide if she wanted to continue the service or not Kim started to have an attitude and was being very rude then one of her girls told my mom to not talk to much and Kim pushed the girl back at this moment my heart was racing out of anger but my mom went to go get her 15$ and Kim started talking very bad about my mother !!! to another client so unprofessional mind you I was sitting right there and she knew it to I was trying not to say something but I couldn't stand it anymore so I told her that she should've told my mom this ahead of time and she said that I should've explained to my mom and that my mom was looking at the board that had the prices so my mom walks back in and tried tipping the lady that did my nails but she didn't take it overall service was terrible and we got charged and price we had no idea about !!! 80$ don't go there please save your money vibes was terrible

I have ADHD so looking at the thousand swatches has always been very overwhelming and distracting. I prefer to look at the actual bottles like I always have and has never been an issue. I always put them back in the exact spot every time. One of the technicians came over to me and said you don't put them back in the right spot you can't look at those. look at the swatches. I said I will be sure to put them back I always do every time, i really don't like looking at the swatches. needless to say they were very rude and made a scene. I ended up getting super embarrassed and just saying nevermind and walking out. They lost a loyal well tipping customer. Their work is not great it's mediocre at best, just a convenient location And always take walkins. I'll never go back.
