I come see Danny for my fill every month he is great with his technique , very talented and does not rush his work so you don't have to feel like he's rushing out of your chair. I think he truly cares about all of his customers. I also get my eyebrows and Chocha waxed here. Brazilian wax is $60 and the owner Loan does all the waxes. She does a great job and puts you at ease. It was my first time going for an acrylic fill. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in the last minute. I waited less than 15minutes to be seen. I asked for a fill and change my rounded shape to al almond shape. My nail tech's name was John. He made a few jokes that were actually funny! I shared with him what I wanted to do and he did a great job. John took his time and helped me choose a color that I love. The nail shop is nice inside. It's a little more crowded than I am used to. It wasn't too overwhelming but they were not at full capacity. The front desk and most of the nail techs spoke very well English and conversed with their customers. Polish is sloppy, didn't remove all of the cuticle and on top of that she cut me with the cuticle nippers and all they offered me was $5 off for it.... Cozy Nails was so cramped and the space is so tight. When I called, they told me to come by now, for a pedicure. This was 2pm on a weekday. I felt so rushed and it was awkward. Normally a pedicure takes 45 to 70 min, where I usually go. This one was 20 minutes!! It was clip, scrap, hot towels for 15 seconds, polish, and then go sit and dry. I wouldn't recommend or go back. I didn't need appointment. Been there twice on my visiting here and happy with the service.

I'm visiting from out of town and wanted to get a nail repaired/polish change and a pedicure. I arrived at 530 and they close at 7 so I assumed that was enough time for both of those. I explained to the woman doing my pedicure how my heels are very rough to the point they hurt, could she please really spend time/lotion/etc on them. She buffs callouses then next thing I know she's putting the toe separators in. I ask, excuse you did you forget lotion or scrub or anything? She said she does it after. Meanwhile I watch two women sat alongside me getting these wonderful pedicures (with scrubs and lotions). After she paints my toes she puts a tad of lotion on either leg and splashes this nasty greasy oil on my heels. I'm wearing flip flops and can barely stand it's so slippery. She then shouts a table number at me and leaves. Meanwhile I watch the same two women who were next to me get helped down, assisted with their purses and shoes. She was also very irritated that I didn't want to get a fill in, just the color change (my nails were done a week ago, I just happened to break one). At this point I didn't want to spend any more money there. After it was over the girl at the counter asked if everything was okay. I explained what happened and that I wasn't really happy with what I'd received. Then what I assume was a manager came out and told me my pedicure was the basic one. I told her I was never asked which I wanted. Mind you I had since heard other women being asked what level they'd like. She even admitted the other woman next to me also got a basic pedicure too but I assume they were allotted more time because they were going to give me a fill. So I pay same amount and get half the quality? Makes complete sense. So $65 for this all felt like a complete waste and not even a sincere apology from whomever they drug out of the back room to get me to go away. The worst pedicure I've ever received. I'm happy I'm just visiting. Edit: woke up this morning with an excruciating swollen left side of my toe from when the tech clipped my skin. And now two days later my toe is completely infected and swollen. I apologize for the nasty picture. Just stay away! read more

So I spoke with the Owner, and she assisted me in getting my Aunt there and back. The owner did not have to help me. But she went above and beyond what any other owner would've done. I really love this place! I went in for the first time, it looked gorgeous inside and well taken care of. Even before I got there they called so they could make sure I had the appointment, though the only reason I gave this place four stars is because the receptionist talks very quietly! I had trouble hearing her, and when we talked over the phone with what I wanted she misheard me and thought I wanted a full when I needed a full set! Huge disappointment. I walked in and first saw that the nailpolish was totally disorganized. The guy who did my pedicure really rushed through it and the nails were cut flat across without filing to round them. He rushed through everything else. I was supposed to get a manicure but said forget it. I then tried to fix the filing and was approached by a few employees who could tell I was not happy with the work. They said they would offer no discount for my crappy pedicure. Then I was convinced to stay and get my hands done. I had brought my own Essie gel polish with me but wanted to use a regular base coat and NOT do a gel manicure. The lady went ahead and did gel (we had a really hard time communicating) after she tried to fit my nails with fake nails which is definitely not at all what I wanted. You can see that the paint on the sides of the nails don't line up and the edges have already pushed back a little bit. There is nail polish on almost all of my fingers. She repainted my toes since they were pretty jacked up. I paid $73 for this!! No discount or anything and I did NOT ask for gel nails. Terrible customer service. I honestly considered just going somewhere else to have this fixed. I've never paid so much for such terrible work and they refused to reduce any prices at all. read more

I used to be a regular here and loved it. Got a pedicure with some friends and my girl Kim was AMAZING! My friend had a guy who clearly didn't know what he was doing. He scrubbed her feet with nothing on them- how painful is that?? Cut her nails with a cuticle tool because he didn't know what nail clippers were, and used rubber dishwashing gloves which were very uncomfortable on the skWill NOT be returning- train staff (even the owners!) how to do it right. $50 isn't fair when you get half the treatment and they don't know what they're doing. EVERYONE must be licensed to do nails!! read more

I've been to Cozy Nails a total of 4 times. Usually I think the nail tech does a great job and I love my nails. Today is a different story. I went to get a full set at 12:40 and didn't leave until 2 (there was no wait). I asked for medium length rounded acrylics. This lady had no idea what she was doing none of my nails were the same length.... the paint job was patchy and my nails were crooked and bumpy. Everything acrylic nails should not be. I complained and they still charged me $40 and told me to come back and they would fix it. After work I went back and had another nail tech fix them they look a lot better but they are still trash. I will not be going back. It's very inconsistent and that was too much money to pay for a full set of basic acrylic nails that came out like shit. read more

I've been very disappointed with Cozy nails lately. I use to be a regular for over 5 years. For the past year, I either have to wait 30-45 minutes after my appointment and the nail technician I requested either isn't there or "there was a mess up on the computer" and isn't available to do my nails. This excuse has been used several times and I end up with someone who is inexperienced because of lack of communication. I am tired of getting shafted every single time. Ahhh... so relaxing!!! Great ambiance and very clean and professional!! They wrap the basin where your feet go with a plastic bag... so you're never worried about whether it's been cleaned!!! The pedicure selection is extensive and the seasonal one I chose was wonderful!!! My legs and feet feel rejuvenated The wait was very minimal and oh so worth it!!! I got the gel nails for the first time and I'm so happy I got them. They've lasted longer than acrylics would have. The store was super busy and the person doing my nails had to keep stopping to help other people, I'm assuming he's a manager or something. I got a gel manicure the other day which was a lot quicker than most visits at other places...I am one who likes to be pampered and wants my technician to spend time making my nails look perfect. Although the polish looks OK--I had gel polish on the back of my fingers and under my fingernails which he only cleaned off a small spot of even though it was clear that it was everywhere. I also noticed the pedicure section of the shop was newly refreshed as the manicure section looked like it hadn't been touched for a long time. NEVER GOING AGAIN! I am so disappointed and I and I am never going again! I had an appointment scheduled but when I walked in (20mins) early my nail tech took someone the moment I came in. I thought to myself he won't be done by my appointment time.. and 35+ minutes after my appointment time he was still doing her nails. So I asked if someone else could do them because I had to go to work in a couple hours... BIG MISTAKE! The women Kim did a horrible job! Nice ambiance and clean. They've gotten really busy and wait time has increased. Even with appointment you are not guaranteed to be taken right away, and can in fact at times wait up to 45 minutes or more. Depending on who does your nails, some technicians are very distracted, answering phones in between and cashing people out at the desk. Would be nice if it were more relaxing and laid-back. Please do not come here. Came for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. No issues with the manicure but the "pedicure" they had an older white gentleman who had been doing some tasks around/taking out the trash, etc, do my pedicure. I'm not sure if this is a regular thing or not but the fact that they had this person do mine tells me they do not care about their business. The owner stopped him in the middle of his tidying up tasks and pointed to me and said youre doing hers. I would not have minded if they asked me "hey he's training and needs practice do you mind?" If that was the case I would have had a much more positive outlook but for them to charge me full price for essentially a toddler to do a "pedicure" is ridiculous and unprofessional. This was the most unpleasant pedicure you could ever imagine. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing, and their pedicures are not cheap. He was fumbling around with a nail file, would look up to make sure he wasn't cutting me after every time he sightly touched my foot at all, cut my nails with a cuticle trimmer, and put lotion on my soaking wet feet/legs instead of scrub...? I honestly cannot even describe what happened because it was similar to having your toddler give you a pedicure. I kept wondering to myself if I should just get up and say I had to leave because at this point they were flat out wasting my time. I was there for over 2 hours. One of the best nail salons I've been to! I've gotten Lilly to do my Long coffin shaped powder dipped nails and she does them exactly how I want them. Really nice and professional interior with a pretty wide range of colors in regular nail polish, gel, and powders. Only complaint was prices can range slightly from how they were initially told to you, which isn't a big deal considering how well the nails turn out read more
