I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for the others to be finished while the individual who had done my pedicure went to help the artificial-nails crowd. Not sure if this is common practice, but it was definitely remarked upon after leaving. For first-timers, just be aware that if you're looking for a salon where you'll be able to chat with the stylist the way you might at a hair salon while s/he cuts your hair? This is not the place to do that. I do feel badly saying that, but they chat amongst themselves, and the clients either chat with friends or remain quiet.
