I've been looking for a nail salon in the area since 2019 when I moved in with my husband (then…read moreboyfriend). I never had consistency so I would go to my previous place (40 mins away). My husband surprised me a gift card on Valentine's Day for mani-pedis for both of us (his first) on recommendation of a coworker. Each time I've been, I've had great experiences. Unfortunately I don't remember my tech's name from the 1st time I went but my husband had Lynn. I had her the second time I went & she was great! I was going to ask for her again at my last visit but she was with someone else & was paired with Kayla. She is FANTASTIC She pays attention to detail, she's gentle, takes her time (I hate feeling rushed) & is smiling and always personable. I've never made consistent appointments for nails because I'd just wing it but I truly adore Kayla. Prices are pretty consistent with the numerous places I've been. Reasonable if you ask me. Lots of colors to choose from. Never had or saw an issue with cleanliness. Another thing I can appreciate is every time I've been in they've had someone manning the desk & taking calls so as to not interrupt a client's appointment. There is a large parking lot but with the business there it can get busy & full. Never had an issue but something to consider.

I find that the place down the street (*insert dragon emoji*) is more speed-oriented and focuses on just getting it done rather than what you want done and ensuring your not hurt during the service; whereas with My Nails they're very detail-oriented and take their time to ensure the service is done right and is pleasurable while doing so [use this info as you wish, everyone prioritizes different things when getting nails done] They're definitely my go-to! Hidden gem!!

Review is for gel mani, reg polish pedi, and eyebrows waxing…read more I don't normally get my nails done, but a friend was getting married so it was a special occasion. Pedi soak was relaxing and she worked really hard to scrub my feet clean! Tools were individually packaged and UV sterilized. For the mani, I decided to do gel because it'll last longer and I fell in love with the color (Shellac Field Fox). My mani lasted two weeks which is pretty rare for me. Both polish jobs were precise. There were a lot of polishes to choose from (reg and gel). You can also bring your own polish if you want. I wanted to wax my brows just to clean it up (I usually thread them)-- it was a quick 5 minute procedure! Convenient because I didn't have to make another trip to get them done. Prices were very reasonable and service is super friendly!

I wanted just 2nails painted bc the design I got I dont like so I figured how hard and how long will it take just to paint 2nails. Sanitary issue but ok . They seem to be more focused on the very few people coming in rather than the people currently there trying to get their services complete. Can't complete basic blood drip designs without a manger. Just seems like a mess... Again I will NEVER do any waxing services here again.
