I came in with a very specific reference photo for my wedding nails. During my actual appointment, the technician even took his own photo of the reference before starting. Unfortunately, the final result was noticeably different from what I requested. When I pointed out that the shaping was not matching the reference, I was met with attitude. I also explained that the color needed to be a white pearl finish, especially because these were my wedding nails. I was assured that the color being used would come out white, but it ultimately came out silver. I was also told that pearls could be added to recreate the design, only to be told later that they did not have them. What was most disappointing was the customer service. Each time I respectfully expressed concern about the shape or color, the technician became visibly annoyed, sucked his teeth, and spoke to coworkers in another language while reacting negatively to my concerns. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable simply for asking for the service they were told could be provided. I gave multiple opportunities during the appointment to correct the design and clearly explained that these were my wedding nails, so this was especially disappointing. I had even taken the extra step of coming in ahead of time to confirm that the design could be done, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I left unhappy with both the final result and the way my concerns were handled. I would strongly recommend finding another salon. I didn't have time to dispute this or to find another salon. My wedding is tomorrow. this definitely ruined part of my wedding preparation experience.
