I asked the man to be more gentle, and he continued to be harsh, rushed and he did a very bad job. I was overcharged; there were no colors to choose from for dip powder originally, and the technician didn't know he was supposed to put a clear coat of powder on top of the color polish. He didn't fully complete the dip powder with the top coat and didn't allow me to dry my nails after putting the activator coat on twice. He barely even filed them, and they came out badly.

The moment I stepped through the door I was greeted kindly and enthusiastically. There was a wait even though I had an appointment but it wasn't a big deal to me. It was quiet and relaxing so I enjoyed a long soak and extra massage chair time lol Vicki's is great! She was meticulous and knowledgeable about my nail care.
