She was careful and gentle. She did not over trim my cuticles, took her time and obviously takes pride in her work. The polish is smooth and not thick. Maybe they are better at other things but GelX is definitely not their area or expertise.

My cuticle was a mess when I walked in so I asked for a manicure with my full set, well he didn't cut my cuticles until after he polished my nails so I left looking like I needed a refill, made no sense to me. On my second visit I had a nail tech that barely looked up at me never mind interacted with me, my nails have been popping off everyday since I'm confused to why I paid 70 bucks for a refill. The work was rushed and sloppy, I will be reaching out to complain, let's see what the response will be, if they'll stand by their work or if they'll give two shits
