Barely any customer service skills it give you anxiety about booking your next appointment. Claudia gave me such bad anxiety every time I booked my appointments. Makes the environment completely unwelcoming. Speaks condescendingly. I had a family emergency/hospital visit one appointment and the next one I sadly tested positive for covid the night before. Everyone was understanding except Claudia. She went as far as to say "I don't even know if you will show up to your next appointment" I'm sorry I tested positive for covid the NIGHT before my appointment and didn't want anyone to get sick. It shows you this is not an understanding facility at all. Edit: The owner also sucks. Bad karma will come their way. They are and have been bullying a disabled person, which is me. Because I have memory problems. I have been nothing but polite. But I am disabled, because of my disability I cannot drive a car. And as you can see on this post, the owner is continuing to bully me. As I left a very honest review. The no shows she's talking about was a couple of me thinking that the Canton location was in Massachusetts, easy mistake. The others were because of my disability. I just don't think it's okay for them to come at me when I have such a hard time already with my disability. My disability put me in the hospital. Another reason for the no show. Then the next I received Covid. I will not be bullied for having a disability by this Owner. I've been bullied my whole life for it. Edit: Also notice the owner just responded to MY 1 star review, not others. People who are disabled shouldn't go here or people who support disabled people shouldn't as well.

The stylist did not know how to match foundation, didn't comb out my brows, and had ZERO idea how to put lashes on. I left with one lash falling off and the other halfway up my eye lid. I brought my own quality $30 MAC lashes for her to butcher them and then tried to charge me $11 for "strip lashes". She didn't finish blending my orange foundation and left my cheeks and forehead white. I wish I had read the reviews before coming. The only reason I did is because MAC closed. I literally left in tears having to rush home to fix my face. Oh and she used my own lipstick too because she was rushed to get me out of the chair. So please tell me what about this cost $70? Could not be more upset.
