Improvements can be made in the area of communication with customers, "please pick a color" instead of " pick a color" which sounds like an order ( "put your feet in water", " wash your hands" etc). They also shout at each other in their native language from one side of the salon to the other side which makes relaxing very difficult. They restarted using the customer reward card which is great. The woman who helped me took her time and did an excellent job exfoliating and cleaning my feet, gave me a great pedicure and surprised me with an exfoliating leg scrub, hot stones and massage. The massage chair was great as well and the experience was very relaxing. I followed up with a gel manicure which was nice and quick although she did not sacrifice quality and paid very close attention to detail. I was very happy with the services and plan to return. The gel manicure was $35 and the pedicure was $35 which I think is very reasonable!
