I was great by Mike, the manager who was so pleasant to speak to and knew of my concerns as he had previously read my message to them prior to my appt, they do pay attention which is refreshing. The business had a nice calm flow to it, all the staff seemed very dedicated to their clients and clients looked happy when they left. I saw Emma fir my pedicure, she was very pleasant and took care of all my needs without rushing through the appt, which meant I was important and not just a number. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The woman who helped me took her time and did an excellent job exfoliating and cleaning my feet, gave me a great pedicure and surprised me with an exfoliating leg scrub, hot stones and massage. The massage chair was great as well and the experience was very relaxing. I followed up with a gel manicure which was nice and quick although she did not sacrifice quality and paid very close attention to detail. I was very happy with the services and plan to return.
