Improvements can be made in the area of communication with customers, "please pick a color" instead of " pick a color" which sounds like an order ( "put your feet in water", " wash your hands" etc). They also shout at each other in their native language from one side of the salon to the other side which makes relaxing very difficult. They restarted using the customer reward card which is great. They kindly hand out tubes of lotion as holiday gifts. Over all good experience provided by hardworking staff.

Salon is immaculate and instruments were sanitized. Kim, the owner, was very welcoming. I had two colors in mind that I wanted for the my nail design. She suggested a different combination and she was right! But Kathy, who did my nails, was fabulous! She spent 20 minutes on a foot and leg massage that was soooo relaxing. I could have really zoned out were it not for the woman sitting next to me who needed to be on her phone saying OK about 15 times. I digress...Kathy designed a lovely blue and white flower with green vines and sparkles on my big toes. I love it!! I'm going back! There were two customers inside along with herself and a single nail technician on the floor. Her demeanor was very rude and cold. I will never be returning and I do not recommend, unless you want unfriendly service.
