Very clean environment, sanitized tools, technicians wear masks. Hot paraffin for hands and heels is a treat. Improvements can be made in the area of communication with customers, "please pick a color" instead of " pick a color" which sounds like an order ( "put your feet in water", " wash your hands" etc). They also shout at each other in their native language from one side of the salon to the other side which makes relaxing very difficult. They restarted using the customer reward card which is great. They kindly hand out tubes of lotion as holiday gifts. Over all good experience provided by hardworking staff. read more

this experience was awful. first it was $20 for an extra design. In total it was $120 plus tip. and it has been two days in my nail has already chipped. It also took two hours and a half not recommended at all. Find somewhere better to go. read more

Regular mani/pedi service with Annie. Professional and welcoming. Clean environment, staff wears masks. Hot wax for hands and heels, and a two-minute shoulder massage included with basic service. Disappointed with one-coat of polish on toes, but otherwise gentle pedicure. However, I think an inquiry should have been made regarding any areas that might need extra attention. Annie did ask how I wanted my nails shaped on toes and hands. The salon uses paper between toes, bring toe dividers to ensure less chance of smearing polish. Relaxed environment mid-week and no waiting. Reasonably priced. read more

This place is clean, everyone wears a mask, and everyone is friendly. They only do regular mani and pedi, dip, and gel but no extensions. I love going here because they are attentive and want to make sure you're happy. Gel lasts for weeks. I've also gotten simple designs here but I don't think they do any fancier nail art. read more

Besides cutting my finger while filing the nails Lisa was rude and unprofessional. On a whim, I made an appointment for a mani/ pedi yesterday. I have only had a handful of them in my life. I was a few minutes late and they called to check on me and were gracious even though I was late. Place was clean, folks were pleasant and attentive, and I was very satisfied with the service. I chose the Green Tea pedicure and a simple manicure with no nail polish (I don't like the sensation of polish on my nails). I do a lot of gardening and I'm attending special events this weekend and knew I wouldn't have time or skill to attend to my nails properly. I've been to a couple of places closer to where I live, but the cleanliness and the hot stone and shoulder massages and the paraffin treatments won me over. I'll be back! read more

If you're of color I don't recommend wasting your time. Recently moved to the area and I saw they were only minutes away. I walked in a Saturday afternoon for service. I was greeted and asked what I needed, after confirming the service requested and asked to choose a color in walks in a white woman and the same person who confirmed my service asked me if I could come back because the white lady who supposedly had an "appointment" came back! Insane. Never again and I will never ever recommend anyone to go there. read more

Very mediocre lackluster pedicure. The manicurist left in the middle of my pedicure, no clue where he went. He didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut (I didn't) but just started clipping. Barely buffed, Poor paint job & no top coat. Asked me to pay but didn't give me a bill...overall just not a great experience & an even worse pedicure. Got extra 10 minute massage where he barely used any pressure & this all cost me $50 plus $10 tip. Much better salons in the area for these prices read more

Today was my first visit to Yoo Nail & Spa, for a pedicure. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with how lovely, clean, and spacious the salon is. I found the experience to be calm and relaxing -- the technician was highly skilled and had a firm but gentle touch. My toenails are immaculate and perfectly polished, and my feet are smooth and fresh! A brief shoulder massage, while my polish was drying, is a nice extra. I will be back!! I was happy to return here after I recently came here for a pedicure and it was great, I thought this would be the new salon I would come to ..but I went to get an acrylic refill for nails that I had from a different salon thinking they would use the same products (acrylic powder) but instead they used a Gel mold to put over my nails. I had one broken nail which I was told would be an extra $10 to fix which is not what the normal salon I go to would fix it for, it would be much lower. They continue to do my nails with this Gel mold and every time I would put my fingers in the UV lamp it would burn my nails really bad so I told them and they just replied with "it's ok". I know it is not normal for Gel to burn like that unless it is being applied incorrectly. After being really uncomfortable, she starts filing and using the drill on my nails. My finger was cut open with no apology and alcohol was applied to it which obviously made it more uncomfortable. I then notice a nail on my right hand that is completely crooked and there would be no way to fix it other than taking the whole nail off and starting over. She then painted my nails and I put them under the dryer. After a couple minutes I take them out to look at the color and notice they're all wrinkled because there was too much paint on my nails and the fans from the dryer made the paint spread. I was really frustrated and called over someone and told them. He brings me to his chair and wipes off the nail polish and I tell him also my nail is completely crooked too and I was so unhappy with my nails. The nail that had previously been broken and redone was and still is bumpy from the side. I told him I was not comfortable paying $60 for nails that look like that. He offered to redo them but I had no time and was extremely uncomfortable and upset. He then still expected me to pay for all of this and thankfully I didn't because my nails are so ugly and still feel so sensitive. I left them a tip and then I left. I am a shy person so it takes a lot for me to say something and stick up for myself, and I never want to cause an issue but it was that bad that I had no choice but to speak up. I am going to have to go to my usual salon to have them taken off now and then redo them for me the right way. This experience was anything but relaxing and I was really disappointed. The staff are all nice people but there is a lack of training here and when simply just getting my nails done causes physical pain, it's something that should be taken much more serious. read more

BEST mani pedi I've ever had!! The whole place is gorgeous, they just opened in July I believe. I got the lavender pedicure option (sorry I don't remember the actual name of it!) and it was sooooo relaxing. My feet and hands are so smooth from the wax thing they do (looks weird but I can not stress it enough, get the wax). Yoo Nails is fabulous. You can eat off the floors it's so clean. They go over aboard and beyond for COVID Safety. Kris is fantastic. He does exactly what I ask my dip nails nice and natural looking. I've been waiting for Yoo! I moved to Walpole four years ago and had yet to find a nail salon I liked, until now. The place is so clean! They took my temp upon arrival, everyone was wearing masks and each pedicure chair and manicure station has plastic barriers. The people were beyond nice and the service was impeccable. I tried the dry dazzle polish and am so happy I did. The color is beautiful and it dries in 5 minutes! I even got a complimentary massage while I waited at the dry station. I absolutely will not return to this salon. Today was my third visit to this salon, and was having a pedi/mani done for my grandson's wedding on Friday. The first two visits with Chris, the owner, went well and he did a dipping process on my nails which I was happy with. However, when he removed the color on the second visit, he used the sander and my nails were left very, very thin, chipping and splitting at the ends and as a result, were very short. Hence, my reason for only getting a manicure today. I had a technician called Ellie and, please, do yourself a favor and avoid her like the plague. I arrived at 9:30 a.m., had to pick out my color (so it took a little time) and she had me done in 20 minutes (9:55)!!!! She snickered when she asked which "spa" pedicure I wanted and I responded the basic one (the least inexpensive). She had an "attitude" the whole 20 minutes she worked on my toenails and, honestly, I've NEVER had so little done in such a short time. It was definitely not worth it, especially since I left upset and without a manicure. Wasn't going to spend one more minute there! Chris was no where to be seen when I left and I'm pretty confident he knew I was unhappy. Way to go, Chris. read more
