They were so nice and welcoming, that I decided to get my eyebrows waxed while I was there. I was able to get in right away. She did a great job and I didn't have an allergic reaction as I usually do at other salons. The prices are also extremely reasonable, especially for the great service you receive. My Mom went in to redeem her gift certificate this past week and also had glowing reviews. She loved her pedicure, and remarked that the customer service was excellent. We'll both be back!

I sat for my pedicure with Kym. During the polish application, I needed to ask her to buff the corners and edges because they were overhanging, crooked and sharp. I asked her to correct the color that was so far from the cuticle and did not properly clean around the cuticles. I declined having my gel manicure by her, clearly unhappy with the service, paid and left. I've never called a salon before to complain, but the service was so far subpar, I did, and spoke to Leah and she recommended coming back in right away to correct it. I couldn't return that night, and mentioned if it wasn't her correcting, she should refund what I paid as I said I did not have confidence in the others. She refused to refund but assured me she would oversee it was done properly. I sent her photos immediately after the procedure. I returned to correct against my better judgement. Leah never looked at the poor prior service and had me sit for correction with someone else. When the technician took off the polish and went to reapply I asked her to correct where it was not done properly. Crooked filing and not tidy around the nail. The man, possibly Leah's husband, came over, looked and said, I'll give you your money back. Complete waste of my time, horrible service. I'd give them zero stars if I could. My nail tech was Fanny, who was very kind and did a great job! My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to ;). I asked for two coats of OPI Funny Bunny, one coat OPI Bubble Bath, + chrome finish. The nail salon was super clean. The tools used are all sterilized well. I consider their prices pretty fair, compared to other nail salons I have been to in the city.
