Natural Nail gets an A+ for service. I came in to get a gift certificate for my Mom for Christmas, and was greeted warmly by the 3 women working in the store. They were so nice and welcoming, that I decided to get my eyebrows waxed while I was there. I was able to get in right away. She did a great job and I didn't have an allergic reaction as I usually do at other salons. The prices are also extremely reasonable, especially for the great service you receive. My Mom went in to redeem her gift certificate this past week and also had glowing reviews. She loved her pedicure, and remarked that the customer service was excellent. We'll both be back! read more

Worst worst worst manicure ever !!!! Dirty. Total rip off. Went for dip manicure with my daughter. We had one technician between the 2 of us who was rushing back and forth. Did not cut back cuticles, give any sort of hand massage. It seemed like she was running out of polish that we had the goopy stuff. Nails feel thick and heavy with the polish.. Another women was waiting for the blood to stop where she got cut her pedicure. Was a total rip off $45 manicure !!! This was such a horrible place.. I hadn't been here in years now I remember!!! Worst mani-pedi ever I know there are a lot worse things in life than a bad manicure, but the people here were rude. They rushed my daughter and I through our mani-pedis even though there was plenty of time till they supposedly closed. While one person was doing pedicure another was standing in dim light to do manicure. My person smudged my nail and instead of redoing it, she tried to fix it and later the polish bubbled and looked terrible. Waste of money. Will never go back. read more

The place needs a serious facelift. A fresh coat of paint, brighter lights, and a good scrubbing to remove old nail polish would be a good start. But if you can get past that, the place is amazing! They do great work for cheap! I've gone twice now. A shellac mani & regular pedi was only $45 total. My first shellac lasted almost 4 weeks - ask for Jenny. The nails grew out but no chipping or pulling up of the polish near the cuticle. The pedis (just their normal) are like a spa pedi. Exfoliant, over 10 minutes of rubbing with oil, hot stones, and a hot towel to finish. Had 2 different people, both good for the pedis. If it was nicer looking in there I would go all the time. But I'll probably try other places in the area, only because of that. It's worth a try if you don't care about how it looks! read more

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would, I don't even know where to begin... I walked into the salon and they had a very small selection of colors I immediately got a bad vibe being there extremely dirty, clutter everywhere. I chose my color and they insisted they had the same color for my toes.. completely different shades. The technician was doing my pedicure and went over to the sink where you wash your hands and opened a cabinet and took a dirty bucket from under the sink with a foot scraper and sponge that looked like It had been used 100 times and tried to use It on my feet. When she was at the part where they massage your legs she was using dial soap? Never seen that before then she was pushing on the bottom of my foot to the point where It is now bruised. I went to the restroom and the bathroom was disgusting, no paper towels just a dirty rag and little flys flying around the light. I was too far into getting my nails done to leave so I let another women finish my manicure, she was removing the previous dip I had on my nails with a fake acrylic nail and split my natural nail down the middle It hurt so bad. She continued to put dip on the broken nail like It didn't happen. Not to be dramatic but this place was a nightmare I could not wait to get out of there. I would avoid this nail salon at all costs. Not even sure how they are open with all the health violations. Also to top It off they charged me 80 dollars for a horrible manicure and pedicure. read more

This place is FANTASTIC! You absolutely cannot beat the prices... I got a manicure and pedicure for around $30. The lady doing my nails was very friendly. My nails were not in the best shape, but she didn't make me feel uncomfortable about then like some places do... The have a huge selection of colors, too. This place is great! One of the few nail places in the area that is open on Sundays, amazing prices, and excellent quality. They have a huge selection of colors, always offer me water while I'm waiting or getting my pedicure, the chairs are nice with massagers in them, and they do a very thorough job. You can see the TVs from everywhere you sit and the magazines are always new. The girls that work there are so sweet and by the time I tip them all, I've still spent less than at my previous location! I highly recommend Natural Nail. read more

Natural Nails is amazing. The traditional pedicure is what most places call a "Spa Pedicure." For a traditional pedicure you receive a hot stone massage, as well as an additional 15-20 minute lotion massage, sea salt scrub and oils, as well as hot towels. The owner Jenny is always so sweet to myself and my mother. Because we refer so many clients to her, she always rewards us with the hot wax pedicures free of charge. She is an excellent business owner and treats her customers very well! I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done and I am so lucky I live close by. read more

I think this place has gone downhill. True they give a long leg massage when you get a pedicure. However that's the only compliment. My daughter and I got manicures this weekend and we were both disappointed. They were rushing us even though we called to ask if it was too late. They said they were open until 6 and we arrived by 5:15. They were shutting off the lights at 5:45 and told us we were done. Our nails were rough, were not filed evenly at all and the polish was off the edges of the nails. We have been there many times but won't return. It's convenient but there are many others in the area that are cleaner and pay much better attention to detail. read more

Initially used another nail salon in Medfield. At the other salon I always felt as though the ladies did not like their clients - at least from what I felt and observed. Even though they did a great job on nails I just did not want to feel bad while getting my nails done. I decided to try Natural Nails and love it! The ladies are friendly. I feel welcome - even liked! The owner is in the process of a remodel which will just make it an even nicer experience to be there. I love the massage chairs during my mani! While the employees do sometimes chat in their first language, it does not feel uncomfortable. Most conversation is in English, mutual, inclusive and enjoyable. read more

Went here based on high amount of stars. Wow what a DUMP. Dirty everything- windows, carpet, nail stations. Jenny, the girl who did my nails couldn't be bothered to do my whole nail over when she messed it up. Rather, she slapped a thick, sloppy coat on the poorly polished nail. Didn't even go the extra mile to do the basics like trim cuticles or even to ask if I wanted them trimmed. No one was even there- they were empty and she couldn't do it to a decent standard. The polishes were old and crusty. Pass on this place. No clue how it has 4.5 stars. YUCK. read more

When I walked in, on Mother's Day, a woman was reaming out the owner for not having her sit next to her own mom. Really??
