Improvements can be made in the area of communication with customers, "please pick a color" instead of " pick a color" which sounds like an order ( "put your feet in water", " wash your hands" etc). They also shout at each other in their native language from one side of the salon to the other side which makes relaxing very difficult. They restarted using the customer reward card which is great. My nail tech was Fanny, who was very kind and did a great job! My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to ;). I asked for two coats of OPI Funny Bunny, one coat OPI Bubble Bath, + chrome finish. The nail salon was super clean. The tools used are all sterilized well. I consider their prices pretty fair, compared to other nail salons I have been to in the city. It was very busy but quiet, clean with soft music playing. A young woman named Helen was my nail artist and was excellent. I have a very bad back and can't sit for very long. She did a great job taking my concerns into consideration. When I was done, she brought me over to a separate seating area to finish drying. I sat there for about 10 or 15 minutes and then on my own left. I will definitely go to Helen again. I got a great pedicure.
