This salon is definitely an experience! I made an appointment Tuesday morning after three of my nails broke from a previous appointment (at a different salon). I came in during the afternoon and was greeted with "What do you want?" After reading previous reviews I expected this and told them I made an appointment; she again asked me what did I want so I simply said "dip". Moral of the story, appointments are clearly not important so walk-ins are welcome! The place was really clean which was nice! There was a slight aroma of hot pockets wafting in from the staff room but I didn't mind. There weren't a lot of dip options but beggars can't be choosers. I sat down and the man who did my nails was lovely. I could overhear two woman saying they had to come back here which was a great sign! As he drilled off my previous gel he cut my skin to which I yelped but proceeded to laugh it off. It burned for a while but I said nothing as, once again, beggars can't be choosers. He proceeded to do my nails one hand at a time while texting on his phone. Multitasking skills were quite impressive here. While I felt it was a little unprofessional, my nails were looking fine so I brushed it off. The woman next to me, however, asked to leave mid-appointment. She stated it felt like her cuticles were being ripped off. As I looked down at the cut on my finger (which was now filled with nail polish and glue) I couldn't help but understand her need to leave. As the appointment was nearing an end the nail tech came up behind me to give me a massage. I noticed that a massage came with the pedicures but I kind of thought they asked consent before touching you. I quickly said no thank you as I do not like being touched. I also asked for a receipt when I was checking out which was followed by panic as no one seemed to know how to give me a receipt. Thankfully, someone from the back came and printed one for me. Overall, I paid $46 for dip and a lot of unexpected experiences. Will I come back? Not likely. Did they do a good job? Yes, I'd say so. Give it a shot! read more

So I just moved to a different county in MA, and I must say I have not been able to replace this salon in Medway. I grew up in Medway and while this is a newer salon It quickly became my favorite. I get a gradient french and no other salon has been able to give me the longevity and attention to detail that this salon has. One of the men does my nails but they are both excellent with dip or acrylic. Highly recommend and pricing is great! read more

Honestly, don't go here. Not only did they double charge me and then make me wait 7 days to get my money back. But I after one week my nails looks grown out. I was expecting this because when I went to leave the salon, they already looked like it was almost time for a fill. This place is a scam. Their pedicure costs went up over $10. Most of the places that I tried, the first and second visit went ok but as soon as they think they are getting frequent customer they don't doing well anymore. Few months ago I decide to try Angel Nail & Spa. First impression they were friendly and salon was clean. They offering massage with hot towel after every nail or pedi done, bottle of water ... which is great. Most important for me is how perfectly my nails are done. Came in for a pedicure and went with the lowest priced option because I'm not a fan of foot massages and all other options involved a massage. The price was standard, $25. The pedicure seemed very rushed and was not as good as other pedicures I've had for a similar price. My nails were poorly buffed and -even after 3 coats of polish- ridges could be seen in the new growth. There was a line where you could see where my nail had been buffed at my last pedicure and where it had not been this time. When I asked about the ridge I was told my nails were not smooth. So I said "right, were they not buffed this time?" She said they were and applied another coat of polish and clear coat which did nothing to improve the issue. I got a classic pedicure in July and it was very good. The spa itself was very clean and the staff incredibly hospitable. When the pedicure was finished my artist turned into my masseuse! She came over with a heated towel and gave me an upper back and shoulder massage that was very relaxing as I sat in my smaller chair at the drying station! I highly recommend this salon to anyone in Medway looking for a quality manicure of pedicure (and a surprise massage)! read more

Honestly one of the best nail salons I've been to. I'm so bad at names but if I could remember his i would praise his work. He usually is sitting at the second nail station, but omg. The last 2 visits i went and had this man, he did awesome. I got dip for the first time and my toes done, i mentioned it was about to be my 21st birthday and they gave me 10% off and a $15 gift card for my next visit!!! My nails came out amazing. I said i would skip my toes because it was close to close for them and i felt keeping them after...he insisted it was fine and he finished my nails while i got my toes done.. omg!! It was such awesome service. The pedicure did go by skittle quickly but i didn't mind. I'll add pictures from my last 2 visits. I was a little nervous my tip for him got messed up because I handed it to someone else when he wasn't around so I'm hoping it got to him...but I'll ask when i go in again. This is my favorite Edit; I went back and was not giving the same guy that I've had before. He didn't do anything I asked right, cut them too short and made them circle shaped when i asked for coffin and tried to tell me he did coffin. I was excited to get a mani-pedi post Covid and was encouraged by the positive reviews of Angel Nails and Spa in Medway, but my experience was far from 5 stars. I made an appointment ahead of time. I came in and was greeted by a man who was very rude. What do you want he asked me? I told him I had an appointment. He didn't acknowledge it, as though they don't track them? My temperature wasn't taken, they didn't seem to be taking the precautions other beauty/care companies are. I was told to sit and wait, which I did for 20 minutes past my appointment time. I spoke up and explained I had to pick my daughter up from camp. Finally almost a half hour late I was taken. I was shown a list of pedicures to choose, not realizing they were way more expensive than typical pedicures - seems really deceptive. I picked one and while the woman, Tracy, was extremely nice and competent, she was forced to race through it. Due to them being late my manicure didn't allow time for a massage or to dry. The bill was $70 and so not worth it. Go to Peony nails and save yourself the disappointment. read more

This is the first time I've ever felt 'pampered' at a nail salon. I honestly get my nails done as maintenance, and don't require any extras, but this spot knocked it out of the park. They were happy and welcoming, giving a bottled water and making sure the seat was adjusted properly. The added touches were a bit time consuming, but really well done. I wanted to rate them better because the last time I went there, they did a nice job on my nails, and bonus, I received a mini- massage and I like the wax treatment on hands. They did really push to upsell me on the $$$$ pedicure menu they offer to the point of obnoxious (three people asked more than once each). They do charge a few dollars more than the usual places, but add in a 2-3 minute massage which is nice. But today I went for a mani and the girl was so rude to me. I asked her to round the corners when she was filing and she said "I did!" very rudely twice, and left the corners too sharp. Then, instead of the hot mini-massage on my neck, she just put the hot cloth on my shoulder and left it there. What a bummer. While I'm sitting there drying, the State Board woman came in and the guy ran into the back! The women started scolding them after asking for licenses and for them having more people working than the two licensed workers! Yikes! I'm told the ownership turned over a couple of months ago and the old owner was great start to finish. I'm pretty concerned about them working unlicensed now - very sketchy. read more

Found my new nail salon and this is it!! It leaves my former place, which was perfectly good, in the dust. Everything is immaculate, high-end, and relaxing. They have a great selection of colors, including for SNS/dip powder, and the employees are super nice and professional. Best pedicure and gel mani experience I've ever had. My nail tech gave me a back massage while my nails dried which was such a nice addition! The quiet and calm atmosphere was so relaxing and the employees were incredibly professional and accommodating. One of my thumb nails has always had this little crack that always forms in it when it starts growing out, which has always been frustrating to me and even with gel on it the nail comes apart a bit. I've never had a nail salon do this before but they put a little piece of tape on it with some acrylic powder and now you can't tell it's cracked at all, even after my mani has grown out a couple weeks. horrible! felt that they were discriminatory toward my lgbtqa community and myself for being a transgender woman.i had an appointment for gel full set and gel pedicure and was told that no time for pedicure for me when they close at 7:00 and it was 4:45 after finishing full set. i asked for them to put top coat on my thumb twice and was told they did but another technician finally put it on because she realized he didnt put on top coat. my nails have crazy streaks in them,very uneven and rough and have sharp edges on a few nails. felt so uncomfortable from attitude and the way i was laughed at that i didnt even bother to ask them to fix them after asking 3 other times.we both felt like they laughed at us a few times. i have a modeling shoot in vegas thursday morning and now i need to go have them re-done and i just left there about an hour ago. i beg anyone that is considering going here to stay away. so disgusted by the treatment i recieved and also my roomate recieved(who is also a transgender female)that when i left i got teary eyed while driving home because of the hurt anger and sickness i feel from being treated that way. i am a proud beautiful transgender woman and i would hate for someone from my lgbtqa community to have to go threw this same thing from going there. the now former customers that recommended me to this place and myself will never ever go there again. read more
