I have been there several times and at first it was great. However, the past two times I went was not good. They did not accommodate my request for a male tech, the pedicure took 15 minutes because there was no time spent trimming and filing my nails and no cuticle work. It was a very sloppy job. I had scheduled an appointment with Kevin, whose services I have used before and knew did good work. However, I was assigned to a different technician without prior notice when I arrived. This new technician caused multiple fingers to bleed, and the dip application was uneven and chunky. It was a painful experience, to the point where I had to hold back tears, especially when she applied alcohol, which exacerbated the pain from the cuts. I asked her to file down the dip so they did not look so chunky, resulting in a slight improvement, but she did not address the issues on my right hand and caused more bleeding when fixing my left. The final result was vastly different from what I had requested and shown her. It is incredibly disappointing to try and treat yourself only to have such a negative and painful experience. I strongly advise requesting Kevin specifically and make sure the request is honored. I definitely wish I did. read more

It was my first time coming in and they assigned me with a guy that seemed to be learning . My powder dip looked chunky /thick.. and my toe nails were cut so short my toes look so stupid. I suggest that when they have a new client they should assign the best person to do the nails so the customer can come back.. now I don't even want to ever come back. I haven't been to this salon before, but stopped in while picking up dry cleaning next door as my nails needed some love! They are under new ownership and recently repainted the entire place, so it looks nice and fresh and clean inside. I got a gel manicure, and my nail stylist was very nice, attentive, and paid attention to detail. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from, both gel and regular polish as well as powder. I'll be visiting again when I'm due for a pedicure, as the spa chairs looked really comfortable. There are three good sized TVs showing talk shows or the local news stations, and parking is not an issue as the salon is in a large plaza with plenty of parking. Prices are pretty standard - $35 for a gel manicure and pedicures range from $35 for a classic pedicure all the way up to $95 for a specialty pedicure that includes a lot of additional features including a 30 minute massage, but they also offer several different pedicures between those two price points. Overall, worth checking out if you're looking for a new nail place! read more

Unfortunately wasn't as expected. The pedicure was ok but it felt rushed. The man that gave me the pedicure kept speaking in his own language which was a bit bothersome since at times it seemed that he spoke to me or was commenting after I said something to him. The manicure felt incomplete as they didn't use water and the cuticles were not done. He asked if I wanted a massage but based on his attitude I declined.Once the manicure was done I accidentally smudged one of my nails on my way over to the drying area. I apologized but the man seemed to be bothered and fixed it but still left it uneven. At the time of paying he pushed I pay in cash and if I did I would get a discount. Part of me thinks that there just some communication problems. Overall, i didn't feel comfortable and don't think I'll be going back! read more

Prices went up overnight under new ownership and, more importantly, quality went down. My dip powder manicure, which normally lasts a minimum of two weeks, had chipped three times by Saturday when I got them done on the Wednesday prior. They used a brand of powder I had never heard of; it was NOT SNS or ANC. It was also noticeably thinner than any of the dip manicures I had had before. I wanted to be wowed but I spent over a hundred bucks for nails that lasted less than a week. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't a great first impression at all. I am not sure whether I will go back and ask for a different brand of powder next time. read more

First time visiting this salon for a pedicure. After a couple of days it looked like the polish was coming off on one foot. I went into the salon to have them rectify the problem. They wanted to know what happened. Nothing happened. They told me my nails on that foot were too short. Funny thing is that I've many pedicures in the past and this has never happened. I went to this nail salon to get a gel mani and green tea spa pedi. The pluses are that it is clean, the services were very relaxing with all the bells and whistles. The staff was very polite and accommodating but the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because they didn't even cut my cuticles. As a new mom it is rare that I am able to get away for long enough to treat myself to such a luxury as nails and toes. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to even do this, i had to do it myself at home afterwards to make them look neat. The biggest disappointment was after 4 days my gel manicure was chipping off on multiple fingers. I also think it was weird that they didn't let my feet soak before they started working on them. Also they manicure used no water at all. I really wanted to like this place but I can't find the time to go somewhere if the gel will just be chipping off after a few days. read more
