After trying way too many places between Natick and Wellesley, I found Studio Nails, and Nina. Everyone at the studio is dedicated, friendly and attentive to detail, but once I "clicked" with Nina, I felt like I had found my person. She's calmly and listens to your needs, the rest is quality and efficient work. From gel, to dip powder, or a relaxing pedi, I always walked out of there satisfied and with a boost of confidence (and beautiful nails). I moved out of state recently and unfortunately I haven't been able to recreate this experience, but Nina was exactly what I had been looking for (for years), and would highly recommend her and Studio Nails. read more

What in the what??? How is this place in business and getting good reviews? Came in for a last minute appointment, had Cynthia..the lady next to me was singing her praises..she didn't do anything to my nails. No shaping no buff no cuticles cut. I was so horrified I even asked how she did it so fast but once I looked at them I saw. It looked like my 4yo niece decided to "paint" my nails. She literally do anything except soak my nails for a second and apply polish. Polish all over my old cuticles and totally uneven. So mortified. I had to go to another place and get them redone immediately. Provably my own fault considering her tattooed eyebrows were the size of her forehead, so can't imagine anything quality . Went here yesterday for the first time with a friend. I normally go somewhere else and I'm sorry I gave this place a chance. I honestly had a bad vibe from the second I walked in and I wish I had just listened to my gut. The nail tech that did my nails was too rough and rushed through both my mani and pedi. She even cut the cuticle so far down on the side of my finger that it's raw and stings. The nail polish didn't go on even leaving streaks and parts where you could see the nail still. There was nail polish on my cuticle and even on the side of my fingers (which she didn't wipe off or clean off). I even had a dab on my finger between the first and second knuckle. The pedi was just as bad as the mani. The stone she used (and God knows how many feet it has touched) did nothing to remove skin and soften my feet. The leg message was horrible. I'm sorry but punching shins, not calves but the actual shins, is not in any way pleasurable. I got my nails done in the evening and by the time I woke up the polish on my nails were already chipping off which was my tipping point and prompted this review. Honestly, just save your money or go somehwere else. read more

I have been coming here since 2004. I usually go to Tina (the owner) but when she's booked and I have someone else, it's still great. I get tips (dip) and a pedicure. My daughter does gel for nails and pedicure. I should get my nails done every two weeks but I can go three and they still look good. I always get compliments on them. They are friendly and work hard. I love the foot/leg massage with hot stones and the massage chair. I won't go anywhere else. Conveniently located next to Roche Bros. Natick. I highly recommend! read more

I never usually make reviews or like to talk badly about places like this. However, this by far, was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I got a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure. My pedicure lasted about 7 minutes. The guy who did my pedicure went extremely quick and was very very careless. The supplies that was used seemed dirty and the towels that were used also had multiple stains on them. The floors were dirty and just everything seemed so unsanitary and not clean at all. My gel manicure was also very rushed. There was a lot of space left between my cuticle and the polish. The employees were so careless and rushed the entire time. I wish the employees gave a lot more effort, especially for the pricing they asked for. Overall, my experience was horrible and I will not be coming back ever or will be recommending this place to anyone. read more

Excellent Manicures and Pedicures, No frills, fast. consistent .See Mai or Cynthia. The owner is also great (I forget her name). They offer tanning and other services that I don't use, but not for any reason. Mai does great brow waxing-people actually stop and ask me where I get my brows waxed. She also does other waxing well. I don't think they are known for facials or messages but if Mai does it it will be good. The owners husband answers the phone, he is VERY annoying and hard to understand, but work through it, it's worth it. Walk in's welcome but my 2 girls won't be available, they are always busy. Lots of Natick Mom's go there, there are a ton of regulars. The message during a manicure is always great, no short cuts ever (unless you are in a rush and ask to skip it) they work up to your neck and shoulder, who does that any more? This place is not a spa environment, but they do a nice job on my feet, do a nice gel for short money, and it lasts a long time. Cash only. i've been here a couple times and had a brow/ facial wax and french mani pedi done. i walked in without appointment for the mani pedi but only had to wait a short while. unfortunately, the woman who took me had an appointment come in only a few minutes after she started and sped through the manicure. she told her client that it'd only be "two minutes" when my nails were still soaking and was halfway out of the chair as she painted my nails! it made me feel very uncomfortable...i would have much rather waited a bit longer for someone who had more time. the manicure was still nice, as were the pedicure and wax. the salon was clean and the women are very sweet. i have to agree with nicole m. that they treat their regular customers very well. but i disagree that $45 for a basic mani pedi is a good and low price (for them)... i had a hard time choosing between two and three stars, but i settled for two stars because i've experienced much better service and atmosphere for the price. read more

I had the most beautiful experience every time I come here Tina the best waxer of all times...the pedicure was so relaxing and perfect by Kim .Kim manicure is beautiful she gives a wonderful massage including shoulders and neck...I have been coming to this salon for 20 years. Recently I moved to Maine (4.5 hours away) whenever I come home this is my first stop . Never disappoints...the other clients are awesome it is a homey experience. I have been going to Studio Nails for about a year and half now and I absolutely love it. Cynthia started doing my nails once a week about 6 months before my wedding and a year later, I can't break the habit! I've been to several of the women who work there, and they are all very good. I also get brow waxes here. They also have tanning booths, which I have never tried, but they seem to be busy, and if the cleanliness of the nail salon is duplicated - I'm sure that the tanning beds are clean as well. They are all extremely professional, the salon is super clean, and they know and take care of their regular customers very well. Mani and pedi together is only $45, so you can treat yourself for a relatively low price. The only downfall is that they don't take credit cards, so go with cash or check in hand. There are two ATM machines in the Roche brothers plaza next door - so you can always run over! read more

The women who work there are professional and friendly. The environment is clean. They do take walk ins. It is helpful to know that they do not take credit card or check; yoiu must pay cash.. I was there this morning for pedicure. First of all, the person who did my pedicure was nice, however when she sees more customers coming in and waiting, she was in a rush to finish with me. I've never seen anyone only applying color one layer before. She did base coat, and one layer of color and the top coat, that was it! Another thing was, they only accept cash. I didn't have an appointment but stopped by for a pedicure. The woman was very friendly but rushed though the process, also made me feel uncomfortable by repeatedly assuring her next customer that she was almost finished. She was in such a rush that parts of the pedicure were painful and left my feet with scrapes. She finished with my entire pedi in less than 10 minutes. After she was finished, she quickly got up and started working on the next customer, not giving me any instructions where to find the nail dryers or how long I should sit. My toenails were very uneven, some were cut down to the quick while others were left longer. By far the worst pedicure I've ever received. read more

I love this place - they do the best pedis I've had, and they don't rush the massage part, at all. They emphasize it, actually. It's no frills, but comfortable and there's been virtually no turnover in the personnel who work there in all the years I've been going. read more
