Absolutely hands-down the best salon in Natick and the cleanest. I've been going there for about six years and I have seen PT about every three weeks, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. I understand that they are closing new management. They really haven't invited any of the staff to stay with them so I won't be going back. This was my last trip much to my surprise. I will miss this place. It was my escape every two weeks quiet, relaxing great employees not a lot of chat just a wonderful atmosphere. Of all I will miss Petey, wonderful young men loves what he does. He's very good and just a really nice guy. It's sad when ownership comes in that they don't value those that are there and toss them off for something I'm gonna toss for something new as well. I'll take my in fact, I told Pete wherever he I would make the drive read more

Really like this place. It's clean and the staff is super accommodating. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed at all. Great find.

The best pedicure I've ever had!! I got a pedicure three weeks ago and was so impressed. The man who did my feet was so thorough and they still look incredible 3 weeks later!! Can't wait to come back. read more

Black N' White Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Natick, Massachusetts

As others have written, the staff is so rude. Not a hello, not a smile. I thought maybe they were mad because I had a 5 o'clock appointment, and I was the last person to leave. However, on line it says they are open to 7:00. They gestured that my nails were dry and I understood they wanted me to leave. I had to remove the things between my toes and the flip flops. I brought them to the desk when I paid. They were so unfriendly. They seem to hate what they do. Of course, I still left a normal tip. The person who worked on me did a fairly good job. read more

I moved 45 minutes away and haven't found a salon who does even half as good a job so I still go there. They take the time to really clean up your nails and the polish is perfect and stays without lifting or chipping. read more

Such a cool concept. 6 seats for pedicures, 7 bar-style seats for manicures. reasonable prices $36 for a normal pedi. Even saw someone getting their neck massaged. Very clean, pedicure implements came from a sanitized and sealed compartment. You get a clean bath each time because they use a bag for each pedi. I was getting my car serviced at ntb, I also walked over to planet fitness across the parking lot and even got a little bite to eat at the cafe. Nice little oasis on 135 walking distance from w natick t stop and natick village read more

Nice sign. Awful service. They do not honor their own gift cards. Bought my gf a gift card for Christmas. We live seconds away. She has tried to use it three times. She has been told, "we are too busy." She asked how long is the wait. They said in a rude dismissive way... "not sure". One other time she walked in during business hours. Literally no one there. She waited for ten minutes playing on phone and then left. Lesson learned: the nicer the signage on an asian mani pedi place the worse they are. 5 star sign. 1 Star service. read more

I went here for a pedicure appointment with my mom. I called and made appointments and when we arrived we were the only ones there. The pedicures were super long and super experience. The music was 100% Celine Dion and loud. Though, my toes were good for like 2 months so there's the pro. Strange place, not sure I'll go back. read more

My nails look great; nail tech was definitely detailed and it shows in my gel manicure. Given that a manicure's turn out is the top priority for going to a nail salon, it bumped up this place's score significantly. The people here are not personable at all. It seemed like an inconvenience for them to be doing my nails and they made no attempt at conversation; like another reviewer mentioned, ignored me when I made a comment like, "I love the color, it looks great." Not a smile. Nothing. The place was freezing. I got a polish change on my toes and a gel manicure and one thing the tech did comment on was that my toes were purple when I went to put my shoes on. Yes, because it's 20 degrees in this salon. Doesn't make for a very relaxing experience. Anyway, those are all issues you could put aside for a good manicure. The main issue was the price. I live in NYC and go to a great place that is new, clean, and has great techs that are so friendly and welcoming. I paid the same price here that I pay in NYC for a gel manicure and a spa pedicure (an upgraded version of a regular pedicure). In a pinch, and with extra money to blow, go for it. Otherwise, pass. read more

The outside sign says they accept "Walk-ins" I walked in and 1 person was getting serviced. I saw 2 techs and asked if I could have a gel mani and a regular pedicure if they had time. The man looked at me and said "No time." I thought it was rude and waited for him to say I could come back later or possibly tomorrow? After an awkward silence, nothing. So because I'm polite and the whole experience was so awkward and cold and the place is pretty but has a "cold feeling" too, I said "Thanks anyway." I have no plans on ever going back! Not for me! Good for the people who like it though! Everyone is different! read more

Less than a day after my pedicure here and at least 2 of my toes are infected. What at first seemed to be a very thorough job ended up being overkill and was painful too. read more

Very clean, relaxing and detailed/perfected manicure & pedicure. They really get every nook and cranny out. BUT be prepared to spend 2+ hours. I went in for a simple manicure pedicure, seated right away, and left almost three hours later. Perfection takes time and they gave me all the works (including a hot stone massage) but sometimes you just want a quick upkeep. Perhaps having some faster/cheaper versions of the mani/pedi available for those who are in a hurry. Also prices are up there. They charge $75 for a gel mani and regular pedi with tip $90. That is a bit pricey considering most places in MA are around $30-$50 for same service. They don't have the prices up so you get a nice surprise at the end. Lastly the person that did my manicure clipped off wayyy too much around my cuticles, which looked great the day of, but not so much a couple days later when skin starts growing back out. Would recommend the place for a special occasion (weddings) and if you have time to kill. read more

My manicurist was openly coughing and sniffling the entire time, no mask, touched their nose, then touched my hands so I left mid mani (yes I paid) but will never come back. read more

Black N' White Nails - AMAZING!!! What a fantastic experience. Got my 5 year olds nails done for an upcoming trip to Disney. Meticulous attention to detail!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Natick, Massachusetts

The place is very clean and nice. However, the pedicure I got left my toe injured. The young lady working on me pulled a piece of skin on my toe, i pulled back and exclaimed that it hurt, she did the exact same thing again, injuring it further. It took about 8-10 days for my toe to fully heel. I'm sure she meant no harm, but when a person says "ouch! that hurts!" take a hint.... read more

This nail salon was clean, sleek, modern and open. The staff were great and took their time and didn't rush thorough my appointment. I felt that the prices were extremely reasonable. I'd happily travel from Waltham to natick to get my nails done again!! read more

Black N' White Nails - Love the color! - Nail Salons Near Me - Natick, Massachusetts

I literally downloaded Yelp just to do this review. I have never been more appalled by outwardly rude staff. I came to enjoy a manicure and pedicure and almost left after my manicurist was so rude to me. Literally almost left in tears and I am not a sensitive person! read more

The Metrowest area has been waiting for a nail salon like this for as long as I have been getting manicures! These spot is very clean, with almost TOO MANY colors to chose from, and the best technicians around! Con is the price however the pro is the gel manicure lasts 3 weeks! I say it is worth every penny! The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they have only 3 people working there! They could use another technician to allow for walk ins- they are always so busy that it is hard to make a last minute appointment!!! If you enjoy a luxury manicure and a spa style pedicure I highly recommend this spot! read more

The staff are down right rude! One technician yelled at a customer for no reason at all and made everyone else in the place shake their head. They have not patience with elderly either. The pedicure was ok... the manicure was awful. It was not relaxing and they took 1 hour and 45 minutes to do a mani pedi! I mean come on! I'm never going back. read more

I have been coming here since they first opened. I am not sure if other people are going to the same place that have been writing negative reviews, but the employees here are extremely friendly. They care about their customers and the quality of their work. They take pride in their business. It's clean and modern. If they refuse a walk in and it seems like they aren't busy it's because they value their customers time and respect the customer that has an appointment maybe 15 minutes after you walked in. They have the most amount of color options that I have ever seen in a salon. The manicures and the gel last longer than any other salon that I have been to. Yes it does take longer and yes it is a little bit more expensive, but just like anything else you get what you pay for. If you want a great experience with quality nails that don't chip this is your place. read more

Tried to make appointment 4 times within few days notice. Just wish your availability could be widened to accommodated appointments readily. Can walk-ins and appointments 2-3 days out be better accommodated? read more

Never enough employees working. I referred a friend there and she went in and they told her they were to busy to do her nails. Probably not the best response. I went in for a Chrome gel Manicure - it lasted about three or four days before they started to completely chip off. Chrome is not cheap and should last longer than that! read more

They give some of the best manicure and pedicures around but are so incredibly rude that I've finally had enough. It's too bad, the gel manicures last a month, but the way they speak to customers is unacceptable. read more

Way too expensive for this area. I went in for a simple polish change and the service was awful - no customer service skill. Most of the technicians do not speak english (seem timid) and they speak to each other in their language as well (Seinfeld). Took a long time for the polish change and the polish was too thick. They were annoyed and said they would do over but I said let me first see if they will dry (felt badly doing it over). After 10 mins I knew they would not dry so they gave me back my money but I really wanted my nails done over. They were not nice about it and said that I already said earlier not to do over. I will say its very clean and modern. read more

Black N' White Nails is the best nail salon I've ever been to! The salon is clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly, kind, patient and detail oriented. The pedicure was incredible and included a very cool foot buffing tool to get rid of stubborn callouses and a hot stone leg and foot massage. The gel manicure was flawless. I will definitely be back! Update: it has been exactly 2 weeks since my gel manicure. My nails have definitely grown out, but it is not peeling, lifting or cracking at all. This included a week of vacation where I was swimming in the ocean and pools, digging in the sand with my kids, applying layer after layer or sunblock and not treating my nails well at all. I have never had a gel manicure last this long. Can I give extra stars on my review? Black N' White, you are the best! read more

The best gel manicure and spa pedicure I've ever had. A lot of people are reviewing low because they are more of an appointment based salon vs. walk in. I have never had a problem making an appointment, unless I was calling a day before a holiday weekend which makes complete sense! My pedicures last at least 4 weeks and my gel is absolutely incredible and has never chipped/peeled even after 3-4 weeks of my nails growing out. For everyone complaining, just make an appointment and then you'll be happy! read more

I walked in & asked to get my acrylics removed, they informed me they didn't have the machine to remove my nails. Uhm like how is this a nail salon lol read more

I gave my mom a mani pedi gift card to Black n' White nails. Having been there several times I raved about this place. However, they have very few people working and everytime my mom went in to use the giftcard they said they did not have time for her (she tried six different times) and would not give a future time for her to come back. I am very disappointed. This place is very overpriced (they do a very nice job and gel manicures last for weeks), I just expect better service for those prices along with them communicating their available appointments. read more

Called 20 minutes in advance hoping my mom and I could get a pedicure. They were available! We walked in and were greeted right away. The place looks immaculate. The decor and cleanliness was evident as we walked through the door. I never leave reviews- but I have to say, as someone who has frequented MANY nail salons all over south Florida, natick Ma and even some in Maine. This is probably one of the best if not best pedicure I've ever had. Their basic pedicure is something you pay $20+ more for at any other place. Oil, hot stones.... everything from beginning to end. 10/10 would recommend! They are fairly new! Let's support local businesses!!!! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more

Best nail salon in the area, in my experience. All three of the nail techs (and co-owners, I think?) have incredible attention to detail. A regular pedicure includes an exfoliating scrub, and hot stone massage, all for $36 or so. It's amazing. Your nails will look flawless and will last, and the best part is that it's so consistent, no matter who does your nails. This is the only place I can get a regular manicure (not gel) and have it last for a couple weeks. (Their gel manicures are great, too.) This is a family owned business and they work really hard; I'm happy to give them my business. read more

Awful. I had called for 430 appointments, they told me I could come in at 5pm. I walked in at 5:05 due to traffic and was rudely told that they could no longer take me for my appointment. The women at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and lied, saying she tried calling me. I have never experienced such awful customer service. Will never go here again. read more

I've been here twice for gel polish changes. Both times the (different) technicians were rough, squeezing my hands too hard and digging the polish off so that I thought my nails would be harmed. They only use manual nail files and they push hard. It's not relaxing. For my pedicure I was hurt several times when the woman was clipping my cuticles. When I jumped a little she reacted negatively. Then she spoke (not in English) about me to another tech working on the person next to me. The second technician looked up right at me so it was obvious they were talking about me. I cannot stand that. They use electric foot scrubbers/files that are not disinfected after each use. They used it on my feet and then wiped the top with a towel and put it back in its place never cleaning it again. I witnessed this on other stations too. During my pedicure an extremely frustrated, customer stood up and yelled "f-off"to the salon manager and left. No one reacted-they all just kept working!! The people working here do not seem to understand American culture. I will not be returning. read more

I walked in to get a mani and pedi , when I asked if I could use my debit card to pay the girl said yes but if you don't have cash to tip then we can't do your mani and pedi. First I'm a good tipper so her lost Second a tip is giving when a job is well done I won't bother going here read more

This is my favorite place for a pedicure. It never feels rushed. They do a great job at nail care/cleanup, as well as providing the relaxing, pampering experience with all of the scrubbing and rubbing. I also love the little sanding tool used to take of rough patches of skin. It can sometimes be hard to get a last min appointment, but most times I can get something that works when I call a few days to a week ahead. read more

I have been coming to the salon for quite a while and have always been very satisfied. However the last two times I have been there I have been very disappointed especially the very last time this time I had two very young girls doing my manicure and pedicure while doing my pedicure the other girl came over and started to do my manicure. I come here to relax and instead was having two girls work on me at once. The girl who is doing my manicure actually put the polish on over my existing polish she didn't even takeoff the old polish I feel as though, these girls were very inexperienced and I felt very uncomfortable with them working on me when I came for the first time to the salon the service and the person who did who did my manicures Was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am probably going to be looking for another salon. read more

I feel like I have tried almost every nail salon in the Natick area (which is a lot), and Black N White does the best job by far. Their attention to detail is amazing, the color selection is huge, and my gel manicures last over 2 weeks! Yes it is more expensive than most nail salons in the area, but you get what you pay for. I will say, if you are on a tight timeline, this might not be the best place. Gel manicures take at least an hour, usually more. They take their time and it does take longer for their services. Overall, this is the best quality nail salon in the area. read more

I just love this place a lot, luckily it is located few mins away from my home. Been there 3 weeks ago, the massage is great, the service is awesome. And the way they shape ur nails is very cool. Black N' White Nails - As usual awesome job guys. Keep up! Can't get how come I see so many Russian girls complaining that no one in us can handle gel. - Nail Salons Near Me - Natick, Massachusetts

The best place for nails I've ever found. The place is spotless, and they sanitize their tools correctly. It's sometimes hard to get an appointment but it's understandable why! They have a ton of colors and are capable of doing all the fun nail art. They are pretty pricey but as someone who works with their hands for a living I've also never had my nails last 3 weeks like they do with Black n White. I highly recommend them! (Just don't steal all my good appointment times). read more

Good job on nails, but people who run/work at the place are RUDE! Period. I have never been at the nail place where they don't talk to you at all! And ignore you when you try to talk. The men was doing my manicure and accidentally cut my cuticle( no blood thank god) and I jumped in my chair cause it hurts! The guy didn't even acknowledge it and kept working further. Weird. I didn't feel respected as a customer. Also, I noted that it was my birthday, no discount applied. Couldn't wait to leave. Unpleasant. No matter how good they are at doing nails but they need to know that basic customer skills are also necessary. 3 stars only based on how nails looked. read more
