It was an unusual Chinese or Korean nail salon place, not Vietnamese! I went because of the great reviews on Google, but I got unlucky and got the nail men in the room who were oddly in a rush - when I got my gel manicure, the man was a bit aggressive and grabbed my hands when he needed to work on it. He was also answering phone calls and booking other people, so I'm sure my nails could have been done in a fraction of the time. The 2-minute back massage was nice, but I won't be returning to a place that won't have nail techs focusing on my nails. read more

I wish I had read reviews before booking here. I wanted a special pedicure for my friend and I as a birthday treat. I booked the organic spa pedicure. From the momenet we walked in, I didn't like the vibe. No one was friendly and no one smiled. We waited about 15 minutes for our appt (not really a big deal). And then the entire experinece felt like two robots working on us. For me, I got a man, which I never like as every experience has been less than steller. This was no different. He never said hi or really even looked at me. I felt like I was in a pedicure sweatshop! The massage and the steps that went with this type were good, the pedicure was okay. My color got smudge in two places, which I just do typically have happen. They ended with a neck massage. This is a nice tough, but man, mine was rough. I should've just stopped him. There are so many nail salons, and there is no reason to ever go back here. They should take a few less appointments and hire humans, not robots. read more

Worst gel manicure. They use drill on natural nail. Clean cuticles dry and leave stuff still hanging. Had left over nail polish on nail before he started to paint nails. Place was clean but not way I call what I had done to my nails a manicure at all basically just a nail polish change. Have nail pieces hanging from under neath now getting snagged on things. Will not return. Update: I will say that they read my review and were very concerned and reached out to me which is great customer service. Manicure just wasn't up to my standards or expectations. FYI: Despite being listed in the American Express Shop Small online directory, this business refuses to accept American Express as a form of payment, instead requesting an alternative card or Venmo. ------- I visited this business for the first time after learning of it via discount mailer. I was able to make a same-day appointment for a Regular Pedicure without difficulty. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and seated right away - it was not busy at the time of my visit on a weekday afternoon. After trying to upsell for a pricier service twice, we proceeded with my preselected service. The salon is spacious, brightly lit, and very clean. The pedicure area is outfitted with new massage chairs, and disposable liners are used for the basins. It is clear that each patron is treated with single-use and newly sanitized tools. My service was quick, efficient, and effective. Extra points for the massage -- which was lovely -- and the heated shoulder massage provided while waiting at the drying station! Overall, this salon delivers well, but personally fails to provide service that makes them stand out from the several other nail salon options in the area. Unsure if I would personally return, due to not accepting AMEX & also due to the specific location - but I would encourage those curious to give this place a try! read more

I am really not one to write reviews, but I truthfully have never recommended a nail salon more! I found this nail spa shortly after they opened in Fall of 2023 while I was driving through the area and needed a last minute appointment. They went above and beyond during my appointment- back massage at the end of manicure, bringing me a charger for my dying phone, staying well past close to ensure my nails were perfect. My nail tech was the most skilled I have ever seen- she freehanded this French tip without using any removers/stencils/etc. I wish I remembered her name but she was the sweetest. She was incredibly diligent and detailed. I have now had this manicure for a month and am still getting compliments on it, even got asked if i just got them done. Reasonable pricing as well. I live in the city and will be driving back here for all future appointments. read more

Was very beautiful on the inside, but there were a lot of issues with communication. I asked for them to fix two of my dipped nails where the tip broke off and he began cutting all of my nails! I asked him to stop and he let them soak and filed them down. After that, he went around just watching other people and left to do someone else's nails while I was just waiting there for 15 minutes. wow... I just walked out of this nail salon because my skin color did not fit in with the rest of the customers. I called the nail salon before coming in and asked if they were busy, the person on the phone told me to come in. before hanging up i asked how much for Gel manicure the person stated $35. when I there, the person who was doing my nails started with shaping my nails which was usual. he proceeded with pushing cuticles back and buffering my nails, when he grabbed the brush to dust of my nails that's when o inquired about the water to soak my hand. the person who took the call walked over and told me me water usage would be an additional $5, I have never heard such thing, I told her I wanted a manicure. with an attitude she walked over to the sink grab water for me to soak my hands in. at this point the first person who was doing my nails walked away and she replaced him, in the process of removing my cuticle, she tried to convince me that this is a new thing that they're doing. i told her my daughters and myself have been here before and got our hands soaked. not she if she didn't want me there, she kept telling me if i didn't like, I didn't have to pay. long story short, she told me " I talk too much" took her water and left me sitting at the chair. this was so embarrassing because i had my 12 year old daughter with me witnessing this discrimination. read more

This is a new facility that is clean and bright. They have many pedi chairs, all brand new and very comfortable.There is a treatment pricing card at every station so you know what your price is and exactly what you are getting for that price. I upgraded to a "spa pedicure" which included many luxurious extras including: a steam treatment, lavender scrub, hot stone massage, and more! I have full confidence in recommending New Nails Spa. The worst service I've ever experienced. I came in and sat down with no greeting. I was sitting there for at least 10 minutes until someone else walked in. I was completely ignored and not asked if I needed assistance. It wasn't until the other costumer walked in (who was greeted correctly) when I was actually asked what I needed. I was also told to hold on when I told them what I needed. This is my third visit. I was disappointed with how sloppy the quality and service have gotten. I explained and showed pictures of what I wanted to four different people, but it was still incorrect. By the way, I wanted a very simple, neutral design. I had an appointment, yet they needed to know what type of manicure or pedicure I wanted. The woman who did my pedicure was sloppy. I had to repeatedly ask her to clean things up and ensure the polish was smooth and fully covered the nail. She used a steamer but never repositioned it to the second leg. She took a personal call in the middle of the pedicure. The woman next to me was always talking on her cell phone. No one asked her to stop. At one point, another customer came over and yelled at the woman doing my pedicure because she never finished her work with her. Then, the owner came and started a conversation in another language with her very loudly. It was not pleasant or relaxing. read more
