This was my first and last time here. I had an extremely unpleasant experience. The owner was incredibly rude. He cursed at me and told me to get out just because I questioned the price of my pedicure, saying it was higher than the menu price. He asked me why I was being so picky, and when I was just unhappy, he started yelling and kicking me out. I advise everyone not to come here for services because you won't be comfortable and will only receive abusive language from the owner. read more

Pricing is inconsistent a- I was a local customer, returning every 3 weeks, but for the last 3 times they have changed the price every time. Adding 5$ for "long nails" even though my nails have been the same length the entire time. 5$ for shaping them and 5$ for an unknown fee. They say one price and then change a different one. 60$ for a dip manicure, when it is listed at 45$ is crazy. They have inconstant pricing and when I asked about it I was given a significant attitude. Very disappointed. read more

I believe it was the owner who did my gel x - she was great and I would recommend her. However, when I came back a month later to get it removed, an older woman just dremeled my nails off and it made my nail bed super sensitive. I've shared the before and after pictures of my nails. read more

Long story! I was a loyal customer to this place and will not be returning. The way I was treated was unfair. I suggest finding a different nail shop. Don't waste your time. $235 for this??? My cuticles are cooked! Ruined my day on both days! Especially double charging me knowing I spent $199 & 5 hours of breathing in chemicals. If my nails are done properly I will spend whatever but it's the fact that I was lied to and because I got tired of watching them ruin my nails she turned around and charged me again. Only for the second set to fall apart as soon as I leave. Time & money is very valuable. Not pleasing your customers says a lot as well. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would!!!!!!! I will never be going to this salon again !!!!!! I came here to get my nails done for my bday I asked if they could do what I wanted and they lied to my face and told me yes! The shape and design was not what I wanted at all!! Then caught attitude when I ask for them to be removed or redone. She refused and said that she just fix. Mind you her "fix" was filing the nail more and then putting clear coat??? Idk what that fixed but okay? Then after literally everything was wrong and sat there for over 5 hours, I still had to pay $200+. Also, once I got home I went to take something out the freezer for dinner and one of my nails broke off not even a day after I got them done. I was pissed! I don't recommend this salon to anyone at all! The service was terrible then couldn't even do what I wanted and was getting mad at me after she said she can do what I asked for. I was literally at the salon for over 5 hours and they were just talking about me and kept refusing me the service that THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN DOOOO. The vibes are just not welcoming and they don't care about the customer fr just care about making money. 00000000/10!!!! read more

I started going to this place because it's next to my yoga studio. It's not at all fancy, especially from the outside, but it's clean and the staff are very nice. Also, I have to say... my gel manicures last longer than anywhere else I've gone in the area. They do a really great job. Recommend for sure! read more

I always have such a nice experience at Nails Club! The ladies are so sweet, always being very enthusiastic about cleaning up my nails with whatever shape they are in. She is always very meticulous and detail-oriented, and I love that they use oil and lotion for a little hand massage once my nails are dry. I always feel very pampered afterwards, especially if I pay for an eyebrow waxing. Nails Club is very clean, efficient, and has excellent customer service, and it's deserving of five stars and your time read more

Nails club is under new ownership. I started going back there because it's close to home and assumed that the new owner was just a good and capable as the previous owner. After a few VERY disappointing fills/manicures, I've officially decided to throw my hands up in the air and NEVER go back!!! Not only did one of the workers do a terrible job at removing my last gel color, but the color that she put on today, showed my previous color through the new color. I showed her a picture of what I wanted; it wasn't complicated at all, and she still did what she wanted to do and not what I wanted. Twice! The fact that I had to go home and fix my own nails just made me even more angry! I wouldn't bother going to Nails Club because you're better off doing your own nails. read more

Wow, surprised when I walked in to try this new place and get in on the 20% off specials for new customers, to see so many familiar faces. A few from the last place I use to go to have opened this new place. It is bright, new, great pedi chairs. The space appears small but is really long and narrow but works. It's nice to see everyone. They look great, happy and smiling. I got a much needed hot stone pedi after a long winter. The lotion and warmth relaxed my legs and rejuvenated them. Give a gift certificate to anyone who does yoga, even men, they too would enjoy a relaxing pedi. Father's day is coming. Glad I stopped in. I'll be back. They want to provide customer service and get returning customers. Yeah! read more

Amazing techs! Everyone is so talented, nice, and friendly. The place is very clean. My nails ALWAYS look great

I had a wonderful first experience getting a pedicure here! Everything was clean, the staff was welcoming, and I am super happy with the end result. They really took their time and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with how things were going. I was the only one there on a Friday morning around 10:30 and was able to walk-in without a wait. Prices a tad more than than they have been / in previous pictures - I paid $30 for my pedicure. When I need my next pedicure, I will definitely be back! read more

I had been driving by this place for awhile and today I gave it a shot. I honestly was super nervous because I have gone to many nail salons between Worcester and Framingham and I still couldn't find my salon. I am happy I finally gave this place a shot!!! I thought I'd update my review to share a PSA of sorts -- Nail Club is under new ownership. Helen is no longer the owner. I was quite disappointed as I was sitting there to witness several women come in and take their frustrations and anger out on the new family owners. Scoffing, huffing and being quite rude about the change. A few things to keep in mind: 1. It's not their fault that Helen did not notify her clients about the transition/sale 2. English is their second language, be patient and kind. (How many languages can you speak?) 3. Helen painted your nails, she didn't perform surgery on your heart. Don't take your anxiety out on them. What's the worst that could happen? You spend $40, and if you are unhappy, you'll find a new salon in two weeks time. I didn't get the name of my nail tech, but she was meticulous and sweet. She's been doing nails for 25 years. Her daughter Chi owns the shop, and all the women that work there are family and have been doing nails for 10+ years. I never made appointments with Helen so I can't speak to her work, but I always found the techs at Nail Club hit or miss. Sometimes my nails would look great, others the paint would be thick and lumpy, or I'd leave having clear coat around and under my nails. Upon examining my nails before wrapping them the tech even asked, "did you have this done here?" with a look of disapproval on her face. This is probably the best manicure I've gotten in a while. They are using the same products, OPI, so I assume the quality will hold for two weeks. The prices are the same, and I believe they will be open seven days a week - which is awesome. Change is good ladies! Embrace it, and remember, it costs you nothing to be nice. read more

Anna did a wonderful job. The pedicure she took her time with the massage. The gel manicure came out phenomenal. She did many coats so I'm sure it will last. The only issue was it's hard for her to speak English therefore I could not tell when she was saying how much it was. I will come back she is very sweet read more

THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON I EVER BEEN TO!! I asked for stiletto nails I left out with claws! My polish is a mess! I ask the men to apply the gel powder thinly he put it on thick. He had an attitude with me because I spoke up about how awful my nails looks! I have a lumpy polish and a crookedly filed thump!!! When I spoke with the owner or manager about how disappointed I was about the nails she only offered to give me back $5!!!!!!!! That's insulting! Please never go here!!! The salon is ghetto looking with furniture just placed in strange places! That ascetics of the salon is poor and pathetic! If I had the option of giving negative stars as a rating I would! Also, the man I was assigned to could hardly understand English which made it extremely frustrating! I'm giving him directions and he doesn't understand! How does that work in the nail industry?????? I doesn't it! read more

Have been a long term client at Nail Club was not aware Helen had sold the business, shame on her for letting her clients down, by not letting them know her plans. With that being said Chi the new owner is so nice and shes trying really hard to make former clients happy.. she has her sister and mother working there and they are wonderful give them all a chance you may be surprised how well they do. This is my second time to the new owners of Nails Club. I've had Chi both times do gel polish on my nails. The first time was excellent! I'll see how long the polish stays on this time. I am updating my recent review of Nails Club in Framingham. I went in for my first appointment under the new ownership. The new owners, Kim and her daughters Chi and Ly are fabulous! Super friendly and hard working! Kim did a FABULOUS job on my nails and I will definitely be returning to see her. I'm not sure what happened and why the previous owner, Helen, sold her business without telling any of her clients (which isn't very nice or professional). The new owners are graciously dealing with confused, shocked, and upset clients with a rushed transition with big smiles in their faces. Please give the new owners a chance! I did- and I was very happy with the results! read more

Terrible. I got a manicure and she spent maybe 5 minutes on it. She was rushing and barely filed my nails. She only did 2 coats and it wasn't enough to provide an opaque color with the polish she used. She missed spots and shaped them poorly. I asked her to shape them more and she barely did one before moving on without asking if they were what I requested. There were jagged edges and she left my nails rough after filing. This was my first time going and I will not return again. read more

Affer another place that I knew was open Sundays couldn't take a walkin (really, what nail place doesn't over staff the first warm weekend of the spring?), decided to give this place a try, since it's even closer to my house. So glad I did! The shop is clean and bright, not very spa like but i was confident in the cleanliness of everything. Good selection of colors, too... Found my favortie essie mani shade easily but debated for a bit on pedi color becauses of so many options (mostly opi and Essie, don't remember if there was china glaze, too). The pedi chairs are fabulous, great massage functions and super comfy. The woman who did my nails was absolutely meticulous, my cuticles look great on both my hands and feet. Pretty good massage, and the pedi included some hot stone action. And they use actual foam toe seperaters rather than rolled up tissue, so much more comfortable and no smudging. The color looks perfect on my toes. I bumped a nail on the fan and she fixed it expertly. I do have some bubbling on one of my nails, which is the only reason it's not a 5 star review, but the quality of the work is still great. And a week later, my pedi is still flawless and my nails still look pretty great, just one small chip and the usual wear at the tips. And the best part? My mani-pedi was the same price as just the pedi at the place I tried first! I will definitely be back. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because they actually did a good job, however, I'm concerned with the hygiene there. I only saw 1 sterilizer machine and I'm not confident the lady cleaned her tools after finished the person before me. Shame on me I only noticed it after my nails were done. If wasn't this issue, I would continue to go there, but I can't put my health in risk. read more

I'm from the South Shore but was Metro West for the weekend for a wedding and needed a mani/pedi. I picked this place based on the other Yelp reviews and it far surpassed my already high expectations. I got there around 10am on Saturday morning and got right in as a walk-in. I was there a few hours and business was steady, but not crazy or too crowded. The noise level stayed low and I never felt that my services were being rushed to get to the next customer. I got the spa pedicure ($40 and worth every penny) which was exactly what I needed, ultra relaxing with multiple lengthy leg and foot massages with perfect pressure. So many places rub too hard, especially on my shins, which I hate, but this was literally perfect and went on forever. He took his time shaping the nails, trimming cuticles and buffing my soles and heels - one of the most thorough pedicures I've had. My legs and feet felt like a million bucks when he was done and my toes look fabulous! I've been getting regular pedicures for 10 years and this was probably the best I've ever had! After the spa pedi, I got a great manicure ($14 and on par for the price), nothing too fancy here but good quality and very thorough. The polish selection was awesome with tons of regular and gel colors to choose from. I also got my eyebrows and lip waxed ($16 total, average price) and they did a fabulous job, taking lots of time to trim and shape my brows. All in all, it was a pleasure to spend my morning at Nails Club and I felt the $70 total was money well spent on 4 high quality services provided in a clean and relaxing environment. I'm bummed I don't live closer, but will absolutely make the occasional trip for a spa pedicure when time allows!! read more

Really love it here! Helen the owner is so kind and knows her regulars by name. Started coming here for gel nails every 3 weeks about two years ago and really have never been disappointed! Of course there are some manicurists better than others here and my gel have come off after a week - but they are always willing to fix my gel for free if they don't last like they should. Prices are wonderful and pedicures are always relaxing! Would recommend to anyone looking for fast and good service at a family owned salon! read more

Came for the first time today, got a pedi. Ps. Can't add tips into the card, cash only. I was very pleased because they weren't asking me tons of questions... really annoying. I went to this place several time with both my mother and friends. Every time I go back I regret it. Horrible hygiene. It seems as if they don't sterilize anything, which concerns me, as they consistent, without fail, make me bleed. The technicians also don't speak a lick of English, besides the owner, so when I tell them that something hurts or that the water or hot stones are burning me, they don't understand. The workers also have their children in the salon in a back room, but they constantly come out and distract the technicians. They're cute at first, but it gets quite annoying after the 3rd or 4th time. I refuse to return there, even though it is really close by to my home. Don't go here unless you want to risk contracting diseases. read more

I just love my nail tech. She is detail oriented and gel stays on for more than 2 weeks. Years ago, I was going to a Brazilian salon, but couldn't commit to every week appts. I went here cuz of the good reviews i saw!! BIG MISTAKE.. By far the worst place I have ever been to. I went with a picture of the stiletto coffin shape nails, the lady had no idea how to do them, so i told her just make them pointed.. EVEN THAT she didn't know. I think the owner was trying to show her what I wanted and she started throwing things like she didn't want to do my nails anymore.. Horrible customer service.. The rage i felt towards her was intense.. Not only did she not know how to shape my nails they are uneven and not even filled right, i look like i need a fill already and i just left. The white nail polish i chose had all black dust on it.. I came home so upset. I took my polish off and filed them as close to what i wanted, they look horrible.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They don't even deserve one star read more

Absolutely the WORST set of tips I ever got! The technician kept putting on and taking off a set of reading glasses. The set was wavy, uneven and embarrassing to go out in. I had to spend the same money the next day at a different salon to get them redone. The male technician sits around in bare feet on a chair near the Pedi area on an IPhone, making it a weird and creepy place to have your nails done. Nothing pretty or remarkable about the interior. The sterilization also was a BIG question while I sat there. It was incredibly unprofessional atmosphere, with sloppy clothes, bare feet, and the constant IPhone thing going on all around you. The place was empty- no surprise really, because it's a one and done kind of place! The cost is the same as many other places in the area where behavioral questions, sanitation, décor, and congeniality is much better!! read more
