I just had such a frustrating experience at The Nails in Sudbury. They always do a nice job so I am shocked by the whole experience. First off, the woman doing my toes did a so-so job. Maybe she's learning, so I'll cut her some slack. But the rudeness I experienced from the man at the desk, Paul Choi, was hugely disappointing. I forgot they only accept cash tips. So when I was done, I headed toward the door to go to my car to get money. He stopped me, challenging me that I wasnt going to tip. When I told him my plan, he pulled out his phone and opened Venmo, which they do not normally accept for tips. I scanned it and was typing the tip into my phone while walking out the door. He stopped me again, challenging me that I was actually going to process it. I was appalled! I told him it's not nice to tell customers they have to tip and walked out. read more

Hands down (pun intended) this is the best nail salon I've ever experienced. The staff is professional, friendly, and expert at what they do. I can get a mani/pedi in an hour. Each pedicure nail appointment ends with a 2-minute neck and upper back massage. read more

Really loved this nail place. It was clean and they give a great pedicures. They were kind and efficient. We got a 10 minute foot massage plus 2 minute back massage as our nails dried too. Would definitely go back! read more

My manicure was very well done but the "manager" guy is very rude. I will not go back .

Another great mani (this time dip). The tech got the thickness I desired (not thick that is) just perfect. The place is always clean. And the warm towel next massage at the end is the icing on the cake of great service. read more

The cleanest, nicest nail salon I've ever been to in the area BY FAR. Everyone wears a mask and sanitizes, regardless of vaccination status, which I think is smart. They sanitize the chairs and massager buttons on the chairs between visits and they offer a variety of colors. For an extra $8 there are various special colors that stay on longer and are a bit stronger. I didn't go for that, but I can see the appeal for other customers. They have many different pedicure options starting at $35 with the classic. The other pedicure options include the smoothie, relax, lemon quench spa and lavender relieve spa ($50-$65 range). It's a very organized and relaxing environment and the massage chairs are pretty much brand new! Whoever owns this salon is extremely type-a and ultra organized and a clean freak, which I totally LOVE! I recommend making an appointment. You won't regret coming here. The staff is great and they do a wonderful job of making your nails and look wonderful! read more

Used to love this salon. I have gone for two years since they have opened. All of the techs were awesome and did a fantastic job. However they are now doing such great business, they have begun rushing and moving people through like a factory. I usually get dip and I had to go back twice to get my nail fixed last time. The tech found a bump on my nails and just put gel over dip. Of course this peeled and I had to go back and fix it. The second time I left she used a wrong color to fix it. For the cost, I would like pampering. I tip well! Not sure I'll go back. read more

Love this place so clean and very organized. Lots of color options to choose from to!

This is a little jewel of a salon. Staff is efficient, the salon is very clean. I have been twice w/a reservation & have not had to wait & both manicures lasted 1.5 weeks. read more

I have been going here for the past couple months and they always do a great job. There is amazing service and they are very thorough. The message is a great touch! read more

It was a good experience very relaxing I just didn't end up liking the color I picked but not their fault. A very nice experience.

They do a nice job! It is quiet which I enjoy without any small talk. Massage is included. The salon is very clean. read more

I really tried to like this salon because of the convenience. I'll start with the positive, it is clean, spacious, and they do a decent job (hence the 2 stars), HOWEVER... the level of rudeness, especially talking about clients, eye-rolling, being rough and price-gouging for extras is too much. If you're going to talk in a different language, other than English, you may want to ensure your clients don't also understand/speak your language... I won't be back and don't recommend it. There are much better salons in the area that are much more customer service-focused and respectful of their clients. read more

Excellent pedicure with nice massage and staff was great. Highly recommend. Able to walk in.

Very good at accommodating appointment times. Very relaxing salon. Excellent mani and pedicures. Peter is fantastic!!!

I've been going to The Nails for over two months now for regular gel manicure appointments, and I love it here! It's a super clean, beautiful salon with friendly technicians who are excellent at what they do. My manicures from here have much better longevity than at previous salons I've gone to in the past two years. I've seen maybe one chip in two months (towards the end of one manicure, and totally my fault anyway), and have had absolute no peeling even when I'm tough in my hands. I'm so glad I found this salon - I don't plan on being a regular anywhere else! read more

A very luxury feel. Throughly enjoy coming to this nail salon for a relaxing spa day. Bountiful amount of options for a pedicure treatment. All very friendly and understand this is a place to relax. read more

They do a good job but almost the entire staff is rude and unfriendly. Because of this, I can't bring myself to go to the nails anymore.

Have to agree with everyone else - they are so rude and unfriendly. Asked them to cut my nails shorter and they argued with me. They do an ok job, but gels are chipping after a week. read more

Don't miss the opportunity to visit this new nail salon! The salon is beautiful and it is immaculate. The chairs are comfortable and the utensils are clean, clean, clean! They have thought of everything including a hook for my bag and jewelry/ring holders. Sammy gave me a "dip" manicure, was very efficient but absolutely did not rush. She focused on perfection and it showed! My nails have never looked better! And...hand warmers, a warm neck massage, a hand parafin treatment included with the dip manicure. This is my new nail salon; booking my next appointment! read more

Initially I loved the cleanliness of this place. However, began to notice a very high turnover in staff. One male staff member looked about 15 w wrinkled tshirt and jeans. Just rolled out of bed? Will not return. read more

The guy at the counter was very rude. After I had already tipped he told me it was not enough and said I have to give more otherwise I will not get an appointment next time. He pulled out a calculator and showed me how much I had to give without any reason. Around the shop it does not say any where how much tip is required. They also only have tips in cash which is very inconvenient. He had a rude tone and could have told me to tip more nicely even though I gave enough I did not get very much done. Overall the guy working at the front desk is very threatening and rude to customers. read more

They give a very nice pedicure ( with the up-charge), but everything else is so bad and uninviting. It's the quietest salon I've ever been in. So strange and uncomfortable. The fact that you never know if they understand English is disconcerting also. I've been going to nail salons for 30 years and have always had at least one person that speaks English. Not sure if they pretend to not understand.......but forget asking them anything!!! Not being able to request a manicurist is annoying too. It's clean but time to find a new salon! read more

Outstanding service!! They always try to get you in even with little notice. Once there the extra touches of massaging shoulders, back, and hands moisturizing at the end make you always feel your appointment was well worth the reasonable charge. read more

This is my go-to nail place. Immaculately clean and impeccably managed. They are always on time and always do a good job. I drive 20 minutes to get here but it is totally worth it. read more

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Let me start off with I looked like a bum, mismatched sweats, greasy hair, and they took me 30 minutes after I called and treated me nothing but nice. My old salon whenever I got dip they never did my cuticles or oil, or lotion but they do all that here. I saw some reviews about the staff talking about people and honestly I didn't feel like I was being judged or talked about. My nail lady named Mia had a coworker next to her just watching and learning and she was so sweet and just checking out my color and shape. I declined the neck massage but there's the option! It was a good price and I gave her a $20 tip I was so excited that she didn't judge my appearance and did a quality job in less than an hour! read more

I made an appointment the day of and they were able to squeeze me in. excellent pedicure for $50 - included a leg mask, exfoliating, massage, and hot stones. they also include a brief neck massage! the staff is nice and the salon is incredibly clean. read more

If you enjoy being man-handled and then get a lovely eyeroll and dirty look when you ask them to be more gentle, this is the place for you! If you like your nails to end up like they're one week into growth, this place is for you. If you want your nail technicians to mumble in their language to each other the entire time they are working on your manicure, this place is for you. If you want to be rudely told and grabbed and told "sanitize, sanitize" on your way in, this place is for you! I won't be back for sure! If you do go, I suggest asking for one of the ladies and avoid the men. read more

I got a gel mani and regular pedi here and had a great experience. The facility is clean and new and the pedicure came with a hot stone massage. Staff was very polite and professional. Will definitely be coming back read more

First time visiting today for a dip mani and it was wonderful! I've been looking for a place closer to home and happy I found them. Very clean salon, good updated color choices and friendly staff. Nice bonus is the heated back massage while your nails dry and lotion gloves at the end of the manicure. Can't wait to go back for a pedicure!!!! read more

This place is spotless!!!! So, so clean and such friendly, lovely service! Tao does a wonderful job!!

I LOVE this place. Everything is new and Super clean. Staff is friendly and professional. One of the best pedicures I've had!

5/27/21. This is the best nail salon in Sudbury. Super clean, massage, hot rocks etc. no comparison to other places.

I received an amazing dip powder manicure! The place was very clean and everything was brand new or cleaned in between each client. The people were very efficient. I got tips as well as dip and the shaping and polishing was amazing. Will definitely be back! read more

I have been to this salon a couple of times now, and I am always impressed. Hands down the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. They have a variety of different colors, dip/gel options, and a number of different pedicures to choose from. They also time the foot massages.. always a bonus! The staff takes their time, so you do not feel rushed. The salon itself is very calming, relaxing, and quiet. One day, I was one of the last clients there, and was impressed that the staff took the time to clean the salon head to toe before closing. Right now, they have great fall deals going on. Check it out! read more

i love this salon. the first time i went was back in march right before the covid lockdown and they did such a great job. they have extensive hours which is why i came here the first time instead of my usual salon which closes at 4. they have a great variety of colors in all brands. the gel and dip are opi only which is fine with me! since the lockdown ended i have consistent gone every few weeks and they follow all the guidelines. i have had virtually every nail tach that works there and all of them are awesome! they do a keratin glove treatment and hot towel massage as part of gel manicures which is the icing on top of the cake. i love this place! i recommend going during the week early in the day when it's least busy and most relaxing! awesome consistent salon! read more
