If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for a simple cuticle trim and just to have my dip taken off and like the photo below and I walked out before they could finish because they ruined my nails! Under new ownership now! They can't trim cuticles as they said they don't do it like the picture! They use a tool to grind them all up and they assume that is fine? Not fine at all. Photo 2 is what I asked my nails to look like. Nothing fancy just a clean cuticle trim. Photo 1 was after they trimmed my cuticles. See them all dry and completely jagged? I left before even letting them remove the dip on them. Photo 3 are my mom's nails that broke and peeled in a couple of hours. Terrible service. If they cannot trim cuticles without sanding them with a tool, they shouldn't be in business. read more

Came in as a walk-in and was very pleased with the service. Super friendly and able to help me pick out a superrrrr cute neutral light purple that made me very happy!!! Definitely recommend! Inexperienced staff, demand tips when work wasn't done to one's liking. The manicure comes with an uninvited massage- a guy comes from the back and starts massaging your neck without permission for which you will be asked to tip. Totally disappointed and absolutely a rip off for the services. The pedicure was done so harshly that my skin cut under my feet. The whole polish on the thumb got ruined as they had me put on my shoes before the polish was dried. Would never go back. read more

Terrible service and I will NOT be coming back. I was one of 5 customers in the salon and was super rushed, on a Thursday night right after 5pm. I came here because its closer to me than my "usual" nail salons, and I had previously gone in 2019, and it was a pleasant experience, and at that time it was SUPER BUSY It was extremely rushed, I'm talking less than 15 minutes for a gel manicure for $33 and I left a 20% cash tip. I wanted to ask the woman doing my nails to slow down, but I didn't. I had to ask her to go over a couple nails as it was streaky. A gel manicureh normally lasts me AT LEAST 4 weeks. 1 week and 2 days later and multiple nails have chipped. Also as I was signing the slip, there were ants crawling around on the front counter. They had a masseuse that gave me a five minute massage while I was getting my nails done that was wonderful! And a paraffin wax dip after I washed my hands. All part of the gel dip service. I never leave reviews but I had such a horrible experience today I felt the need to. I walked in at 5:30 today and asked for a dip manicure and they said they could take me and to pick a color. I showed a picture of the color and design I was looking for. She gestured me to a chair and when I got up to walk over she laughed at me and told me to wait. It was only down hill from there. Once in the chair another woman was doing my nails. There were a lot of small unpleasant things that happened but completely overshadowed by the fact that she was LAUGHING at me while talking to the first woman I spoke to. They were talking to each other and then pointed at the current design on my nails and they started laughing. I know I shouldn't assume when I can't understand what they are saying but it was so blatant that they were talking about me and laughing at me. I was extremely uncomfortable. She ended up doing a good job on my nails and the pricing is fair, but I will never go back due to the sole fact that I felt like the lonely kid at school being made fun of by the popular kids. read more

Had been getting a manicure and pedicure here every weekend for the last several months (always as a walk-in) and had been relatively happy with their services for the pricing. Last weekend I went in as usual and asked for a manicure. They said "gel manicure?" and I clarified "no, just a regular manicure." The gentleman didn't respond. I walked over and chose my color and took a seat in the waiting area. After a few minutes the gentleman asked me again if I wanted a gel manicure. Again, I said no- just a regular manicure. He didn't respond. I sat in the waiting area for 25 more minutes without being spoken to (they never told me how long the wait would be, that they'd be with me as soon as they could, etc.). I was completely ignored (probably because I wasn't letting them up-sell me the gel manicure. I ended up getting up and walking out. No one said a word to me. I won't be back. Today I went to this place hoping for a flawless experience however, from the moment I sat down on the chair this woman Tammy interrogated me as to why I am here and why not going back to the place I usually go to and where is that etc then she was so rough with the instrument to do acrylic refill that all around my nails are red She had the machine on high so that it was hurting me. And just to make it even more disgusting she very rudely pointed me to the pedicure chair and that was that!! Apparently she is the owner of this place!! Doesn't she realize that there are so many other nail places that she can't afford to be so rude?!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this place for any service. Horrible job! read more

Had a very unpleasant experience here DO NOT RECOMMEND, to start the salon is completely run down everything is out dated and breaking. The nail tech who did my nails was clearly to sick to be working coughing and wiping his nose all over his clothing. I got a gel manicure and it hasn't lasted, it started lifting after 1 week. I called Christine Nails last minute Sunday, they were very accommodating for my best friend and I even only having an hour to close. Staff is soooo nice and super friendly! I went last Friday to get a fill on my acrylics with gel polish and it took the guy less then 35 min and they looked horrible he rushed threw the entire thing and kept telling me "oh quick better". No them actually looking nice is better, mind you there was no one in the salon but two others that were being serviced so I'm not sure why it was rushed. I'm no expert of manicures, but I do enjoy indulging in a mani/pedi on occasion, and they get the job done.
