Booked the day of for my 8 year olds birthday. She loved the little pedicure chair!! We were the only ones in at the time and the owner was there who did my pedicure and then my daughters pedicure and a manicure as well. I had a great pedicure! He really got a ton of dead skin off and I loved the hot stones and massage. My feet feel clean! He was very nice while doing my pedicure my 8 yr old had to wait but he brought her out a juice box and a little jello treat while she waited which was a sweet gesture. I got a mani pedi my pedicure was amazing but my dip nails are thick and I left the salon with 4 bleeding cuticles. The ones that were bleeding are now red and getting infected. It's not acceptable to leave a salon with war bleeding cuticles and now my fingers are infected. That is unbelievable if it was one it wouldn't be as big of a deal, but come on 4 like can't you tell if you go to far on one not to go that far on the other ones. He uses a drill on my nails to buff them, and to get the cuticles off, but you should have enough control over the drill that you don't leave with bleeding fingers. read more

My niece and I made an appointment for a full set online. The booking service was so easy and user friendly. We arrived on time and we were politely greeted by the owner. We were taken right away - no waiting, The atmosphere inside couldn't have been more lovely, it was clean and festive for the holiday and the owners friendly dog greeting us was definitely a plus as well. the owner John quite literally is a perfectionist. you will never leave the salon with a nail out of place. we enjoyed 4 wonderful hours of conversation and laughs with the owner and his sweet employee Tiffany, we felt like we were at home and part of a family. We will never go anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend!!! read more

I called and made an appointment more than two hours ahead of the time and as soon as I showed up on my appointment time slot, THEY offered the time for appointment and then they asked us to come back later time. It was frustrating because we drove a little far for this salon. Also, this is my last straw I had gave this place a couple chances with my nails but I always walked out disappointed with lousy nails work. I'll not be coming back period. read more

I went for my first spa pedicure in over a decade,, myself and my friend. Wow, John was amazing, attentive, and went above and beyond! You can tell he enjoys his work and the benefits he is bringing people! He was very thorough and did not rush anything at all.I would absolutely go back! He has great energy and a sense of humor. If I could rate this 0 starts I would. If you have any respect for your money and nails DONT GO HERE EVER!!!!!! I have been getting my nails done all over the country for the last 10 years. I'm in town visiting family and called the day before to make an appointment for 2pm for dip nails, pedicure and a wax. When I got there for my appointment they put me at a pedicure chair where I waited for 30mins without anyone saying anything to me. The pedicure was not worth the $32. A toddler could of painted my nails better then what I got. I stayed to try and get my nails done, it was the worst experience. If you care about your nails at all don't go here! They cut me twice and bled. The dip nails are so think and not clean. After being at the salon from 2pm- 530 only getting a pedicure and dip nails they completely forgot about the waxing. the top coat my of nails was all clumpy I finally left and had to call another nail Place to fix them. I would NEVER spend money in this establishment. Save your money and your nails go to EROS SPA right down the street. They took me immediately and fixed my nails from the hack job I got at lavender nails. read more

I hesitated making this review but after considering how unprofessional my experience was a few weeks ago I decided to review. Went to get a full set the beginning of the month I had made an appointment for a 5pm. First came in and was denied the service requested because my nails were "healthy". After a few minutes of explaining that regardless of what he thought of my nails I wanted the acrylic. He gave in and put the tips on and then things got worse. Another girl came in for a full set at her appointment time and waited a half hour before he pulls me in the back to ask if I can come back at 7! I was put off but he was persistent and I didn't want to have unfinished nails. I come back at 7 and wait another hour for him to finish the girl who came in during my appointment. She pays and leaves I sit down. He starts working on the nails again and I notice the structure is extremely lumpy and he says that it will file down. Anyway he finishes shaping the nails and goes to paint and again refuses my choice of design and I had had enough at this point so I let him do whatever. By the time I leave it's almost 930. They close at 8. One week later my nails start lifting from the tips. Will not be coming back. read more

FUCK THIS PLACE. I called to make an appointment for a mani and pedi and he offered the time of 4:30. I took it and was planning to go then. I get a call at 2 o'clock asking me to come in early at 4 o'clock instead and I said okay. I showed up at 4 and he took over an hour doing my pedicure and then when he started my nails he asked me to come back at 6 OCLOCK because he had to do someone else's pedicure. I said no I couldn't come back and he offered me gel polish for the price of regular polish if i came back in an hour. I agreed and came back at 6. I walked in and he was in the middle of doing someone's full acrylic set. I waited for another half an hour and when he finally came over to do my nails HE ASKED ME TO GO TO FIVE GUYS AND GET HIM A BURGER BECAUSE HE HADNT EATEN LUNCH...?????? I immediately said absolutely fuck no and said that he had already made me wait an extra hour and a half and he got so mad and skipped filing my nails, cutting my cuticles, exfoliation and lotion on the hands and just simply painted them. They look like shit because my cuticles are long and he painted over them and I have a wedding to go to today so I can't get them fixed in time. He has no staff besides himself in this huge salon and has horrible time management skills. This salon fucking sucks and I will scream that from the rooftops to the entire world if i have to so that no one ever goes there again. A burger from five guys???? Fuck you. read more
