I have been coming here for years and I always think that the next time is going to be better. It is local so I always want to support a local business. However, at extreme nail and spa I always feel rushed and that the staff are just trying to hurry up and finish so they could get to the next person. I have had multiple nail techs and this seems to be the case with everyone. It seems as though they are more interested in what everyone else is doing then your actually nails. More than once while getting my nails done I have been cut. Don't get me wrong the establishment itself is always clean, bright, and inviting. The staff is nice and accommodating when it comes to making an appointment. read more

Excellent service; they had me in a chair quickly, did a great job on my pedicure, and everything was comfortable and soothing to my tired muscles. They are my salon of choice, I won't go anywhere else. I have tried others, this one is the best that my sister and I have experienced. read more

Just thought I'd update my review. I have 21 check-ins over the last few years, that should be enough of an endorsement in itself. However, I will say this: Extreme Nails is clean, professional and sets the bar on what a good mani/pedi should be. Do not be deterred by a few bad reviews, those are the exception, not the rule. read more

Rushed service environment. Not the best for relaxing. Staff should more considerate of the experience for clients.

I want to extreme nails cutting do the actual nails in that I wanted didn't cut them short enough which I asked them to I couldn't understand any of the people there and when they were filing my nails they hurt me in my opinion I wouldn't go there read more

Extreme Nails & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Mendon, Massachusetts

I'm smitten with Extreme Nails and I'll tell you why - Nathan and Annie and their staff have created a nail salon that sets the standard for excellence! I have been coming here for over two years and their consistency in keeping the salon clean is outstanding! When it comes down to the myriad of services they offer, manis and pedis and spa services, I can attest to the fact that their ability to create beautiful nails, on a repetitive basis, while making clients feel comfortable and relaxed is what makes me a big fan! Nathan does my nails and he's a perfectionist and Annie does a wonderful job too. I also experienced one other nail tech and she did a good job too! How incredible it is that three different people did my nails at various times and it was the same work of art every time and that......is a sure sign that this salon is top notch! read more

I finally found someone who does my nails the way I want. Van is great. Highly recommend this place. Very clean

Last week was the first time I had my nails done at Extreme nails. A very hard working group of people, pleasant, with a great smile all greeting you. I liked them very much and their service, I will be buying my Xmas gift cards for friends from them soo. read more

Been here the last few times for an acrylic fill. Absolutely terrible. A nail broke within a week each time. The last time I told them and they just blamed it on me saying I hit the nail and that's why it broke and to be more careful. I gave them many chances to redeem themselves. I went on vacation to Florida a few days after I got them done and the nail broke on the plane going there. I had to pay a nail place in Florida to get it fixed the day I arrived there I was so mad. A week later another nail broke. Plus the pedicure was awful, no massage nothing it was like 15 mins and done. Like I said, I gave them numerous chances saw numerous nail techs and it was all the same, never again. read more

The owner is super nice and helpful. The prices are about average compared to other places in the area. They have lots of colors to choose from. I was satisfied with my gel manicure read more

My friend and I came in for pedis and acrylics. My pedicure was mostly ok but she kept cutting my cuticles too short causing nicks all around my toes. The worst was the nails, I got a full set that took well over an hour, she didn't do the right shape even after I mentioned it 3 times. She cut me in 3 different places and then they even charged me an extra $5 for "long" nails which I've never had to do before as the length I get is barely long. Within 3 days multiple nails were lifting, and in less than 2 weeks I have had 3 nails come completely off. I have never had that happen in all my years of getting acrylics. I will never return here. read more

My visit here today did not go well. I brought my grandmother in for a manicure and pedicure they were not friendly and the services were over priced for the quality. They separated my grandmother and I who gets confused and they did not paint her nails to match her toes. We were both disappointed, waste of money, do not recommend!!!!! read more

LOVED this place! This was my first time here, and it will definitely not be my last! When I go to nail salons, I usually get a full set (pink & whites). I bite my nails, like REALLY badly - (like so badly that my fingers hurt - gross I know). Which is why I get fake nails as often as possible. I think I had the owner of the salon as my nail tech. She was very sweet. She made sure to be extremely gentle (since like I said, my fingers hurt a bit). She seemed to be a perfectionist (which was fine by me), my nails came out absolutely beautiful. The salon was very clean and had a nice layout. Nice big screen tv facing the whole salon too. Also, at the other salon I used to go to, you could pay with credit card but you had to tip with cash. Here you can do both on your credit card which makes things that much more convenient. To give you an idea of pricing, a Full Set = $25 and Pink & Whites = $45 read more

Excellent job on my gel mani and toe polish change. I also had my lip and chin waxed and they literally got every single hair. I am super picky when it comes to my nails and jen did my nails exactly how I like them. She is such a perfectionist which is great. She doesn't speak much English and I can't say that when I walked in it was a very inviting atmosphere but they are very clean, do great work, and for everything I got done today it was only $58. Highly recommended by someone who has searched and tried many nail salons in the area. read more

Extreme Nails & Spa - Gel manicure hello kitty collection in "let's be friends" - Nail Salons Near Me - Mendon, Massachusetts

First time I tried this nail salon out and they took me as a walk in right away which was nice. Then I sat down for 5 minutes while my nail lady called a few people on her cell phone while I was just waiting there. I think it was the owner of the nail salon since she answered the phone once it rang and stopped to talk to each person that walked in. The towel she put down for me to put my nails in looked used and already have nail polish on it, but the place look sanitary otherwise. She gripped my hand and knuckles roughly to the point where it kinda hurt. Other than that, she was nice and listened to what I wanted with my nails. You can see some of the brush strokes in my nails but overall, I'm satisfied. I might come back read more

Had Mani and pedi done Friday, May 31st. On Sunday saw that nails were cracked so I called them on Monday. I was told to come in and they would fix for me. Was done half hearted and hear it is a week later and already chipped. Spent $67 plus tip never again. Waste of money. Not even going to bother calling again. Not a very friendly environment either. read more

Great job on pedicure . They seem to be very clean , however , as a health care professional it seems as if they're trying to pull a fast one by pretending they're their "instruments" are being sterilized when they're really not . The proof is the pink dot on sterilization pouch should turn black when sterile and cannot be re/opened when sterile , all bags were pink dots , not sterile. read more

Initislly went for a pedicure and it was easily the best $37 I have ever spent in my life. If I lived closer I would be here once a week. I also had my eyebrows waxed and I have never had better results in my life. The arch/shaping was perfect, she went back and did extra tweezing, and minimally painful (she spent a good deal of time making sure everything was pressed in place and was extra careful with the removal). The waxing room could be a little more spruced up, but honestly after the end result and service I would've been.okay having it done in a McDonald's bathroom. read more

My nails always come out the best at Extreme. They really take their time and they are always so welcoming. Nathan does a great job running his business. They just expanded for another row of manicure chairs and added another pedicure chair and a child size pedicure chair! My gel nails always seem to last the longest here! read more

I really like this nail salon, which is why I drove 1/2 hour out of my way home to come here today. I have had every technician here, they all do a nice job, and unlike other places my manicures last 1-2 weeks, pedicures 2-4 weeks, and gel manicures 2-3 weeks. The salon is clean and the technicians are friendly. I will keep coming back! read more

They sat me right away but I sat for an hour with my hands in nail polish remover trying to get my acrylics off and no one was helping me. for an hour. I understand they were busy and had other appointments but if that was the case, don't sit me at all? tell me to come back later? read more

My daughter and I recently came here on a whim for a pedicure. They were so insanely friendly I felt so welcomed. Also I am a licensed cosmetologist & master esthetician and was the last one there as they were closing up. I know all the health and sanitation protocols for nails and pedi tubs and I must say I was HIGHLY impressed. They did all steps to properly clean the pedi tubs. They wiped and sanitized everything in that place from the backs of the manicure chairs to the counters. As a cosmetologist I swore I'd never get a pedi bc I know what is lurking in those tubs if they are not cleaned right (a lot of places don't take those extra steps) and they did everything as needed to make sure all was clean! Good to know!! read more

Love this place! Always clean, polite and if they are too busy for a walk in they will book you at a later time.

A great mani & pedi was just what I needed today. It was amazing! Always a great place to go for "me time".

Used to love going here but the manicures are rushed, the quality is poor, and if you try to call them out on it, they tell you to come during the week. Newsflash, many people work so evenings and weekends, though they might be your busiest time, are more convenient for most. Focus more on the quality of the work and less on the quantity of foot traffic, and maybe you wouldn't lose the regulars. read more

I come here pretty much every two weeks and am always satisfied. I usually get the gel manicure and it always lasts. Would probably last beyond two weeks but I just like changing the color. My daughter was in one month ago. She went to get her nails and toes done...which took three hours because of an inexperienced nail tech. She also complained for 2 weeks that her toes were killing her following her treatment as they were made to be too short. She wrote a email to the manager, in which she stated that she would not return because of the poor experience. The manager asked her to return when ready for the "best mani/pedi at absolutely no charge." She went back one month later for "best mani/pedi at absolutely no charge" ... when she was done, the manager charged her and said "I know I said no charge, but I lied to get you to come back" and laughed in her face. Bad management, poor business. STAY AWAY. read more
