I'm embarrassed and feel bad that my friends had to go through a bad experience. The receptionist has the worst attitude. And I'm sure others can agree because as you wait there, you can see how she greets other people walking in. The receptionist said KIDS polish change was $18.... (Even tho On the website it says $16). It's not even a manicure, there was no cutting of nails or filing and literally just one polish. The nail tech priced it at $15... but that just made it seem so shady. Everyone pricing it differently but I still can't understand how a kids Polish change is that much. The whole total time of the service was 7-8 minutes. Service was the worst here. Y'all save the trouble and go to the nearby salons.

She spent about 10 minutes for all process plus o had to tell her look at the nail polish was out the nail she cleaned some then when i was ready to leave the other worker helped me to remove the extra nail polish. I wrote a note for the owner, never contact me to say something about it. There are more nails salon around the area. It is not the money it is honest job not running to get the other customer.

I ended up waiting over 40 minutes, and yet here I am leaving a 5-Star review. The place is immaculate. All of the tools are either new or sterilized. I was the only one getting a pedicure, but there were 4 or 5 other people getting manicures. My nails were filed and shaped expertly without me having to express any problem areas. I was offered food and drinks and she wanted to do a nail service to make up for my time spent waiting. She was meticulous and overall it was an incredible, reasonable ($25 for a pedicure) experience and I will definitely be back.
