Helen did my manicure and perfectly replicated the inspiration photo I showed her. She was extremely detail oriented and patient to make sure her work was of high quality. It's been exactly two weeks since my appointment and my nails still look amazing. This experience was unforgettable as I almost never get my nails done professionally and it was exactly what I wanted for my events. I also got a gel pedicure from another nail tech whose nail I unfortunately did not get. She was also great and my toes still look near perfect! I will not be posting pics because people on the internet are weird, so you'll have to take my word for it.

This was my third time coming to Exotic Nails, and once again, I left feeling so happy and taken…read morecare of. Let me start by saying their spa pedicures are amazing. Your feet will be baby smooth, I mean really smooth, and the results last. My first pedicure lasted three to four weeks before I even started to notice any roughness again. That alone had me coming back! This time, I decided to try a full set. The owner wanted to test out a new product, and I agreed. After the set was done, I honestly loved it, the design was beautiful and the shape was perfect. She also let me know that if anything happened within 7 days, she'd fix it for free, no questions asked. Sure enough, because we had tried a new product, things didn't hold up the way either of us expected. I gave her a call the next day, and we set up a time after I got off work. Even though I was running late due to traffic, she welcomed me in with a smile and made me feel so comfortable. She was gracious and professional the entire time. Not only did she redo my entire set at no charge, but she made it even more beautiful than the original. She explained what went wrong with the product and took her time creating a look that matched the theme of my upcoming event. The design was stunning, and I left completely satisfied. What I love most about this salon is that they truly prioritize customer service and quality. If anything chips, breaks, or pops off, they're ready to fix it. They don't rush your appointment, they don't try to upsell you on unnecessary services, and they genuinely want you to leave happy. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and talented. You can tell they take pride in their work. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, no dust, no mess, just good vibes. They've got music playing, movies on the TV, clean bathrooms (yes, I checked!), and a peaceful, professional energy all around. I've even had to cancel and reschedule before, and they were kind and flexible about it, which is rare in salons these days. All in all, Exotic Nails is everything you want in a neighborhood nail salon: clean, reliable, friendly, flexible, and focused on quality. If you're looking for baby-smooth feet, beautiful long-lasting nails, and good people who treat you with respect and kindness, come here. You can see my pictures below of both sets (the french is what I originally got which I got a terrible photo of and the darker purple is the new set she did for me free of charge) Exotic Nails - Millbury Street, Worcester Tell them Bre sent you!

Because the gel wasn't all removed, the new polish was uneven and not smooth. I should've said something then, but how am I supposed to tell them how to do their job correctly? No base coat was put down and, after putting on the polish, it didn't come out right so she attempted to redo them. I thought the 2nd try would've been better but it was worse! After complaining later on, I kept being told that I should've said something at that time. It wasn't just a bad job, but she couldn't do her job properly. I was charged an arm and a leg as well! You're better off doing it yourself.

It's been a year and in that time I've seen exactly what I feared would happen come to life. As…read moremore and more people flocked to this location (because there isn't another decent spot for nails and wax nearby) the quality of service has diminished. The appointments are basically mandatory now as I have myself and witnessed other walk ins be turned away for the day. My schedule is unpredictable so I have to go when life makes me time whenever that is- but sadly I can never just pop-in to get a simple eyebrow wax or a basic manicure or pedi without at least a days notice. I really just needed a manicure badly for an event and I went in at 3:30 pm on a Monday basically begging for a wax and manicure - they said no to the wax but I was given the rudest manicure ever when I declined a gel manicure and opted for a regular French. The entire time the tech was saying it's only going to last a day and that I should just get the gel .. that she could quickly change it anytime. I was so annoyed - why did you say you were so busy and pressed for time while trying to redo a service I asked for ? Prior to that I had to call ahead to get an eyebrow wax and I was just rushed into a room with a tech who must have herself been in the middle of a service for someone else because when I asked her to pluck a few strays (couldn't dare ask for another face wax service- she made me feel like an inconvenience already) she laughed at me and basically shoved me off the table, opened the door and said sorry she was busy. I don't even blame her - I mean the appointment setter that answered the phone could have said that they were too busy or tried another time. I'm sad because it's a dead zone in North Brookfield for any services or quality... for anything and Bliss changed that for me and a lot of others but very sadly they are falling in with the rest.
