This was my third time coming to Exotic Nails, and once again, I left feeling so happy and taken care of. Let me start by saying their spa pedicures are amazing. Your feet will be baby smooth, I mean really smooth, and the results last. My first pedicure lasted three to four weeks before I even started to notice any roughness again. That alone had me coming back! This time, I decided to try a full set. The owner wanted to test out a new product, and I agreed. After the set was done, I honestly loved it, the design was beautiful and the shape was perfect. She also let me know that if anything happened within 7 days, she'd fix it for free, no questions asked. Sure enough, because we had tried a new product, things didn't hold up the way either of us expected. I gave her a call the next day, and we set up a time after I got off work. Even though I was running late due to traffic, she welcomed me in with a smile and made me feel so comfortable. She was gracious and professional the entire time. Not only did she redo my entire set at no charge, but she made it even more beautiful than the original. She explained what went wrong with the product and took her time creating a look that matched the theme of my upcoming event. The design was stunning, and I left completely satisfied. What I love most about this salon is that they truly prioritize customer service and quality. If anything chips, breaks, or pops off, they're ready to fix it. They don't rush your appointment, they don't try to upsell you on unnecessary services, and they genuinely want you to leave happy. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and talented. You can tell they take pride in their work. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, no dust, no mess, just good vibes. They've got music playing, movies on the TV, clean bathrooms (yes, I checked!), and a peaceful, professional energy all around. I've even had to cancel and reschedule before, and they were kind and flexible about it, which is rare in salons these days. All in all, Exotic Nails is everything you want in a neighborhood nail salon: clean, reliable, friendly, flexible, and focused on quality. Exotic nails is the absolute best nail salon I've ever been to in my entire life everyone is so kind and sweet the place is absolutely beautiful and very clean I came in to get my birthday nails in February and the girl that did my nails was absolutely wonderful and so funny and sweet it was so funny that we share the same birthday unfortunately I lost the card and forgot her name but I want her to get the appreciation and credit she deserves for her amazing talented hard work my beautiful acrylic nails and all of the gems are still on all the way they are the best quality nails I've ever gotten in my life the attention to detail and the shaping is absolutely amazing she truly is so talented and listens to what you want and can do it all I will now be a regular forever! Pros: They do have a GREAT color selection compared to many other local salons. Salon was very clean. Cons: Parking sucks. I requested a pedicure and was told they ONLY offer gel pedicures "because of Covid".... which makes no sense to me. Seems to just be a way to garner more money. You can dip my fingers in a jar of powder used on countless other clients but can't paint my toes with nail polish? Okay. Personally don't like gel polish on my toes so I opted out. The worst part was how ROUGH they were with my fingers. I went in with dips, and they used the dremel to scuff the top layer before soaking in acetone for removal (totally normal) But, this girl was SO rough she was literally burning EVERY single finger nail bed because she was using the drill to remove like 90% of the product on my nails... they were on FIRE. (Not normal) I kept flinching and pulling back my hands in pain and she would apologize, but then continued to burn my nails. I would rather soak my nails an extra 20 minutes than to have my fingers in pain. Mind you I was the ONLY client in the salon so it's not like there was a rush to be done. I honestly wish I left right then and there but that leads me to the next thing... When I called to schedule said appointment I was told I had to pay to reserve my appointment on either Cash App or Venmo. I had to pay $30 in advance (which went to my final bill) so when I was done with my $40 dip manicure I CashApped the remaining $10 + tip. Since when do people charge 75% of a service to reserve an appointment? Thought that was super fucking weird and should've just known then that this salon wasn't going to be great. Only plus side of paying on my phone was my fingers hurt so bad I luckily didn't have to dig through my wallet. I'll never go back. read more

I went here a couple times... I stopped going when one woman used her fingernails to scrape the gel nail Polish from my nails. When I told her to stop and she was hurting me- she did not understand and continued. Not even worth 1 star. read more
