So it's now 3+ years later since I've been going to LS Nails and I'm updating my review from 2022 to say that Bobby, Tee and their amazing team are still fabulous and their salon is better than ever, after completing recent renovations. Love their new lighting. The most important thing is that I'm also pain free during these past 3 years from my ingrown toenail problem. Terrible experience at LS Nail Spa. The pedicure was okay, but the manicure was a nightmare. Despite asking them not to cut my nails short, they clipped them way too short, left two nails with weird shapes, and even made my nails bleed. Three different people were "experimenting" on my nails, and it took forever. When I asked for a discount for the poor service, they refused. After I paid and left, they later claimed they hadn't charged me the full amount (their mistake) and started threatening me with police if I didn't come back immediately. They kept sending me harassing messages and treated me like a thief, instead of taking responsibility. Painful, stressful, and completely unprofessional--I would never go back here. read more

Went in for a dip manicure one week ago, they used one layer of dip and multiple layers of gel top coat that is already peeling and cracking. I should've spoken up but wanted to trust the process. The dip looks dull and transparent in the sun. They also cut my finger while trimming cuticles and used cuticle oil to clean up the blood and put the brush back in the container. The gel manicure was not the best, and came out lumpy on some nails. Only one week later, I already have chips on multiple nails. After that service, I was determined to find a good nail tech that would give me my money's worth, and I found this nail salon on Google Maps with glowing reviews, so I decided to try it and haven't regretted the decision since. The men in the shop are very kind and funny and know what they are doing. Saturday was my second time getting service from them, and they won me over based on their shaping skills and the fact that their products do not crack or chip. Got a basic mani/pedi on 5/10, today is 5/13 and my nail polish is chipped already! The lady who did my services was nice but she over cut my cuticle and I was bleeding and hurting and she didn't even apologize till I actually said that it hurt after which she seemed sorry. My nails are long and when I asked them to be shaped in an almond shape, I was told that I would need to upgrade to a dip service for long nails. That was a first, I've been getting mani/pedis and never encountered that and my nails are NOT outrageously long either....... Overall, poor service and quite disappointing as this was a surprise from my husband. Needless to say, I will not return. read more

We will not be returning. My girlfriend and I have come many times to LS for pedicures and she has had her nails done as well. This time we had two spa 2 pedicures. She had her toes painted. We went home and her toenails were still not dry over an hour later. At first, she thought they mistakenly put a gel top coat over her regular polish. So we called, and they told us to come back. They insisted they didn't put gel top coat on and they repainted her toes. She sat under the dryer for almost 20 minutes. When the worker came to check the dryness, the worker realized something was wrong. She stated that the polish was no good and "had too much oil in it" and that she would have to pick a different color. At this time, we requested gel polish, as we had wasted over two hours going home and coming back, and just did not have the time to sit and wait for her toes to be painted a third time, and to dry. They would not do gel polish without charging us an extra 15 dollars. We explained that they shouldn't be charging as we had spent hours there, left, and came back and it was their issue having old nail polish. I explained to the owner if he charged 15.00 that we wouldn't be coming back again. The owner still didn't take care of issue. We will not be going back. All over a petty owner who doesn't understand business. The issue was caused from their old nail polish. He wasted hours of our time. In the end we had them take the polish off and she left without polish. We will not be going back and will make sure to tell our story to whomever we speak with. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would I didn't even get a chance to try them because there is no parking available to go there and there is not a sign outside of the building that says LS nails. I just tried LS Nails and Spa this morning for the first time and my experience was fantastic! I called in around 9:30 and was able to book an appointment for 10:30 that day. Because appointments are required, Covid exposure was not a concern for me. All staff were wearing masks and very courteous! The salon is clean and bright; it gets plenty of natural light. I got the basic pedicure-just what everyone needs at the end of February! The technician was polite and thorough, the massage chair was obviously just cleaned, and my toes have never been happier! My daughter got a fungal infection after a pedicure spa treatment. The technician cut her cuticles so short that they have stopped growing and are inflamed and infected. A doctor confirmed this. She contacted the salon and was treated like a liar. They told her to prove it. A woman next to her witnessed the skin bleeding and the tech hiding her actions. My daughter is a kind loving and extremely fair person. She would not write this but I will. All she wanted was some empathy and an apology. She had brought 5 friends with her and was treated so rudely by the owner / manager that they will never return. A simply I'm sorry that happened and a modicum of kindness would have gone a log way. She is still in pain ans needs to see a specialist over a month later! When you draw blood use at least the standard protocol for cleanliness and wound care! read more
