Friendly Nails KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK for my graduation/Eras Tour nails! I got a dip manicure on my natural nails with gel designs. Helen did my manicure and perfectly replicated the inspiration photo I showed her. She was extremely detail oriented and patient to make sure her work was of high quality. It's been exactly two weeks since my appointment and my nails still look amazing. This experience was unforgettable as I almost never get my nails done professionally and it was exactly what I wanted for my events. I also got a gel pedicure from another nail tech whose nail I unfortunately did not get. She was also great and my toes still look near perfect! The shop was really decent, there wasn't a long line. I showed the tech a picture of some marble polish but she said she doesn't do it, even though there were several tester nails with the same design. She gave me several crooked nails, I spent an hour later that night filing them even. She was rough with my cuticle, it was stinging like crazy. My partner got gel polish with Kim and it was great! Lovely, clean shop, great cozy vibe and thankfully they were able to take me as a walk-in. Helen did a great job on my gel manicure, treated me very kindly and was so super-efficient. I am passing through Worcester and was due to have my dip nails redone. Convincing my friend into getting her nails dipped I found friendly nails and they were open and available for walk ins on Saturday. We both got our nails dipped and I am very impressed with how thin and perfect they came out. I would certainly recommend them to anyone passing through/lived in the area. They came out thinner than I had them done previously, which makes them feel 100% natural instead of acrylic fake. Very kind people. Clean. Great color selection. I went to them to get my nails done for my birthday weekend and I was the only one there until someone else came in for their appointment. I made my appointment that morning later that day and they were able to fit me in. I got dip powder and tips and it was one of the best jobs I have ever gotten done! She did exactly what I asked her to do and the manager didn't question me once. Customer service was excellent and they really did a wonderful job. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Heard good things about their designs so decided to give this place a try. NEVER AGAIN! I asked for Marble, granted I did not specify which color marble I wanted but the nail tech took it upon herself to give me a rainbow theme... the example in the shop was nice even though not what I wanted as far as color, but it would do. Went in for a pedicure and wax. Eyebrows and lips. Waaaaaaay too expensive. Was not happy with my pedicure at all. While I was getting waxed the girl that did my pedicure left so I couldn't tell her.
